About this vendor
In 2020, Hope embarked on a mission that combined her passion for art with her dedication to service. As a full-time missionary, she sought a creative outlet that would also support her mission work. Thus, Olive Branch Studios was born. Initially, Hope focused on crafting pressed flower art, which quickly became a heartfelt way to raise funds for her mission efforts. It wasn't until nearly 2023 that she expanded her horizons to include the preservation of wedding bouquets, responding to the growing interest from brides who wanted to cherish their floral memories forever.
The company's humble beginnings in Hope's apartment soon grew beyond its limits. The need for more space and a dedicated team led to the transition from a small-scale operation to a bustling studio, complete with a team of talented designers and floral preservation specialists.
In late 2023, Carly joined Olive Branch Studios, bringing her background in marketing and wedding photography into the fold. Carly and Hope had met in 2022 and quickly became friends. With Carly's help on the business side, Hope could focus on what she loved most—creating beautiful art. Their partnership has been instrumental in the company's growth, transforming it from a side hobby into a leading name in floral preservation.
Olive Branch Studios has evolved significantly since its inception. From a simple art project, it has grown into a vibrant business serving the wedding industry and beyond. With a larger location and an expanded team, the company now handles a high volume of floral preservation work, ensuring that each bouquet receives the care and artistry it deserves.
At Olive Branch Studios, our mission is to transform the beauty of life's most significant moments into lasting keepsakes through skilled floral preservation. I have held off on this review since I received my piece in early May. I ordered a Floral letter F using my bouquet. We shipped the flowers right after the wedding in October 2025 ...
and did not get the piece until May. Timeframe was not the issue, but the quality. I received it and to my disappointment it didn't look like what I had seen on their website, it was off centered, peeling up and to be honest didn't read as flowers. I emailed them on May 8th expressing my disappointment and stating I did not want to leave a negative review as its a small business, I just wanted to get it fixed and give feedback.
Fast forward to May 11th when I followed up after hearing nothing, which is surprising because if I was a business and got an email like that I would want to make it right immediately. I even checked their hours and made sure it was sent during then.
On the 12th I was told they forwarded the feedback to the owner. May 18th I got a response saying they would have it shipped back as they agreed it did not meet their QC criteria and was not sure how it got shipped out. I was happy with the resolution and shipped my piece back June 30th as we bought a house and had moved so I was not able to get it out right away. I emailed and let them know and also provided the new address to get it shipped to. I heard nothing until I realized it went unanswered and emailed again on July 25th making sure they got the email and my piece.
July 27th I was told they thought they responded but must have not. I was told they updated the address and I should have the piece next week and I would get an email with tracking then.
As of today I have no tracking, and no piece. I am extremely frustrated as this was not cheap but I wanted to support local and in the end have no bridal bouquet and was out $$. I did not want to have to leave a review but feel like I am left with no other choice based on how the customer service has been and the laspe in responses.
I was really looking forward to preserving my wedding flowers, but my experience with Olive Branch Studios was extremely disappointing.
The final frame I received did not match th...
e quality or design I expected. The edges were uneven, the overall product felt rushed, and the reference I submitted was not followed. I was never shown a preview or given the opportunity for feedback -- even though I was led to believe that I would.
Worse, my unused blooms were shipped to the wrong address — despite me confirming it months earlier — and the package was returned. I had to track it down myself and follow up repeatedly before they finally took responsibility.
Communication was inconsistent throughout the process, and the resolution offered did not reflect the time, stress, and emotional value involved.
I wouldn’t recommend this service to other brides. If you’re looking to preserve something as sentimental as your wedding bouquet, I’d suggest working with a more reliable and transparent company.
I’m writing this after multiple attempts to resolve this issue on my own in the last few months. . My goal is to prevent another bride from experiencing what happened to my wedding...
bouquet.
The dates may seem extreme but apparently they were running a few months behind which of course was communicated after I kept reaching out. In late December 2023, I booked this vendor to preserve my wedding bouquet, paying approximately $450. With shipping and other costs, I’ve lost over $550. I chose them because they emphasized color preservation and longevity in their work.
After months of waiting, I finally received my bouquet in September 2024, YES it took almost a year! I immediately noticed the colors were severely faded—far worse than expected—and the flowers didn’t even resemble my original bouquet. Something I had communicated with them in previous emails when they sent a photo update. But seeing it in person just disgusted me. I also sent my invitation to be included originally but they say they never got that. My main heartbreak is despite their claims of color and bouquet preservation that was not delivered.
Now, just months later, my bouquet is molding. I reached out to them in Dec of 2024 just 2 1/2 months after receiving my “persevered” bouquet. I sent pics of their work and the mold that was growing inside the sealed frame. I’ve attached photos for reference. Despite reaching out with my concerns, I have received no response. Due to how long ago this transaction was completed Im out all my money. If you book someone I would caution against paying upfront for such a long drawn out process…. Note they did not tell me they were running months behind until I reached out to them.
I’m sharing this to warn others: choose a vendor who values your investment and understands the sentimental importance of preserving your bouquet. Spare yourself the disappointment and expense.

e a friend drop my bouquet off at their office the day after the wedding, but they do give you detailed shipping instructions if that’s your best option so there is no added stress to do this. Just plan ahead! This is such a unique and beautiful investment to do for yourself after your wedding that will hang on the wall forever as a piece of art and it’s so worth it! I did the 16x20 oak wood frame.

endly and determined to make this an amazing process. They took layout revisions well since I’m picky with certain things and it only took one round of revisions and it came out perfect! When receiving my art piece it was carefully packaged and now hangs in my home and I love having it up to remember my wonderful wedding day! I found them on tik tok and Instagram super amazing work!

everything, from when she got my flowers, to when she was beginning to design, to double-checking that I loved the design. The frame was delivered in such safe packaging and I can't wait to hang it up. I highly recommend Olive Branch Studios if you're looking to preserve your wedding bouquet in a special way.
Excellent communication, very professional, and the pressed bouquet turned out beautifully! We couldn't be happier.

he whole process, from when the flowers first arrived to her, to letting me know when they were getting pulled from the press, to showing me designs to approve, and finally when to expect the flowers to be shipped back. She was so sweet in every interaction I had with her. I asked her for a redesign and she didn’t even bat an eye before saying “no worries!” After all the stress of the wedding, it was so nice to have someone who made the process feel so effortless and easy. I got married in late March and received my flowers back early June so the turnaround time is not bad at all and honestly seeing the designs that she sends you through emails just made me more excited to get the frame back. The frame was neatly packaged to ensure that it got to me safely. Thank you Hope! 🫶
I don’t even know where to begin. Hope helped me recreate my wife’s bouquet for our one year wedding anniversary with so much ease and thoughtfulness. Hope and I have talked about ...
how much this means to us because we dropped the ball on pressing the original one. I originally asked for the 8x8 frame and she got that idea back to me and I loved it so much I wanted an 11x11 and she whipped me up a new design in no time. I’m so grateful and so blown away about how quick this came out and my order shipped with ease and with tracking. I’ve told all my friends and family that they don’t have to look anywhere else when it comes to preserving your flowers. Hope is the one.

lanner sent my bouquet to her while we were on our honeymoon. Hope is amazing. She is so bubbly, kind, and instantly makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever! She sends you frequent updates on your bouquet and where it is on the process and then puts together multiple designs for YOU to choose from and/or tweak to make it look exactly how you want. I’m so glad I was connected to her and now we will always have some of our wedding flowers in a frame to remember how perfect the day was!! Thanks, Hope!
