There are no words to describe how special Olivia, Jamie, and Amanda made me and my husband's wedding day! When I started wedding planning, even as a Type A personality, I had no i...
dea where to begin. I had details swirling in my head that I didn't even know how to categorize or when I needed them done! I felt so chaotic with the whole wedding planning process and knew I needed help. Olivia stepped up to be not only the best wedding planner on earth, but truly a close friend during this process. I am seriously indebted to both Olivia and Jamie and am certain I have gained such incredible friends for life. I felt so confident in her ability to help me achieve my dreams, while also feeling like I was working alongside a best friend. Everything she does is extremely straight forward and organized. She makes sure communication is clear and takes big things off of your plate.
When Jamie stepped in to help finish coordinating 6 weeks out (Olivia had another wedding booked for my date when I booked with her, but made sure her right hand woman Jamie would be present for our big day instead), I once again felt completely secure in her care and like I had gained a friend. Even with the unplanned little things that go somewhat awry on the wedding day (i.e. my husband of <1 hour stepping on my freshly bustled dress and completely tearing the bustle, leading to Jamie sewing my dress back off the floor, LOL), Jamie and Amanda handled everything with ease and grace - and made sure I was blissfully unaware. They had us right on time to everything and made sure we were having fun while doing it. I love this ENTIRE crew and cannot say enough good things about how well they love their clients.
Our wedding (from the rehearsal to the wedding itself) could not have been more perfect. Olivia and Jamie are extremely knowledgeable about all things wedding - even for things I didn't even know existed!! They kept me calm, cool, and collected the entire wedding planning process! If you're on the fence about getting a wedding planner - DO IT!!! Book Olivia Miley Events literally right now!! You will not regret it in the slightest and your wedding day will be nothing short of amazing!!!!
Jamie and Amanda were both amazing with every single detail. The planning before and the day of the wedding went smoothly because of these two amazing women. We had a tux nightmare...
and Jamie took care of it, and the bride had no clue all of those stressful things were happening. So professional and perfect!
If I could give any advice to brides it would be to add Oliva in your budget as a wedding coordinator. Not only was I amazed by her and her team, my vendors, and guest were also so...
impressed! My husband now cannot stop talking about how easy the day went by (and that tells you something if a guy notices those things!) Leading up to my wedding I didn't stress about a thing. The day of my wedding, I also didn't have to worry in the world, and it is because of Oliva and her team. Oliva and her team made sure all vendors were there on time, everything was set up as it should, made sure we stayed on schedule throughout the day, fixed buttons that fell off tuxes, and so much more! She allowed me to enjoy my wedding day, as every bride should. I am very thankful for them, and HIGHLY recommend Oliva as your wedding coordinator!
At first, I thought I didn’t need a wedding coordinator because I thought I could handle it all myself. BOY was I wrong. There were so many things that I hadn’t even thought about ...
or that I hadn’t adequately planned that Olivia brought to my attention. She worked through every tiny detail with me to make sure our day went smoothly. Working with Olivia and her team allowed us to enjoy our day without any stress. I was so impressed by how well they communicated with our vendors and bridal party and how efficient everything was run at the rehearsal and on wedding day. I even had several members of my bridal party and my family tell me how impressed they were! I could not recommend Olivia Miley Events enough!!!
As the mother of the bride, Olivia put my mind at ease from the beginning of planning until the end of the event! She handled the details, the schedule, the bridal party, made grea...
t recommendations, and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure the wedding ceremony and reception were a success! I am so impressed with her ability to warm up the atmosphere and make everyone feel taken care of! She is organized and efficient and kind and funny! She has a dynamite staff, too! 5 Stars for sure!!!

his helped a ton when choosing our vendors!! At any point of the wedding process I could always text/ call her if I had any questions or concerns and she would QUICKLY respond!
Wedding Day/Week of wedding
I couldn’t thank her enough!! She was so organized and made sure I had all of my stuff organized. She ran rehearsal and gave out all the info needed for the big day. This was so helpful and I didn’t have to worry about a thing!! She arrives early on wedding day, answers everyone’s questions from family, bridal party, to vendors. She makes sure the bride is HAPPY and gets what she wants the whole day!! She’s there from start to finish. If you’re wondering if you should get a planner for your big day, DO IT and Olivia is your girl!! It’s such a small expense in the big scheme of things!!
I found Olivia on Instagram in 2019, a few months before I was actually engaged. I knew that I wanted to book her asap. From our first phone call I knew that we were about to plan...
something epic. Since we currently live in Texas but wanted to get married on the coast where my fiancé was from I knew I would need someone local to the state for guidance. Olivia was there the entire way and gave such great advice. She was calm and up to date on all things Covid related so that I never had to worry about what the next step was. We planned the most perfect and intimate brunch wedding. It was a new concept when we first started talking but I think the idea quickly became a favorite of hers. I would recommend her to every person that is recently engaged. She is so helpful, flexible and kind but also has a way about her that makes everything fall into place. If she is able to wrangle my now husbands rowdy bunch while helping pull off the most perfect day then she can do pretty much anything. Thank you so much Olivia and your team. Y'all were so amazing and made my wildest dreams come true!

. covid changed a lot of things and she was just a phone call away to help me calm down from the many break downs that I had. She is extremely organized and together. She gets everything running perfectly. Literally everyone involved in my wedding was so thankful to have Olivia. She thinks of everything beforehand. My wedding day was perfect because of her help.

uide us through decision after decision, and was completely on board with exactly what my daughter wanted. Then, when COVID-19 caused our meticulously-planned wedding to be postponed, she managed to find another date when ALL of our vendors were available, and coordinated every bit of the rescheduling!

I had a pretty big bridal party and she was the voice that I needed to make sure everything was great for our big day. On the day of she helped me with everything so I didn’t have to stress about anything. I definitely recommend her for your wedding planner. ine. Her professionalism is unmatched and we could not be more pleased with her services!!
Our wedding was supposed to be in May, but due to the global pandemic we had to postpone to August. It’s such a heartbreaking time for us; however, all of our vendors were able to ...
work with us to get a new date except for Olivia. This was understandable due to a lot of brides having to postpone. We paid a $200 fee (part of what we would owe for her to be the coordinator for our “busy month” of April and the day of in May). So at this point, nothing has been done on her end for our wedding. There was no contract signed. When I asked her about the new date that our venue/church could both make work, she basically said I should’ve let her call all of the vendors (clearly to pick a date that worked for her) and that the venue and the coordinator should be the first things booked. I disagree. She made it seem as though she is the only person affected by this pandemic. I understand she runs a small business, but I’m also having to reorder almost everything I’ve bought for this wedding- koozies, signs, invites, etc.
Even though no contract has been signed, she is refusing to give any money back- even partial credit. This was not something we chose to happen. Some of my vendors are being shut down until this craziness passes, so I had no choice but to postpone. It’s not so much about the money, but how unprofessional she was when she called (instead of texting back to the text about a contract, she called, because there wasn’t one). All of the vendors have been great and so understanding about the situation at hand, except for Olivia. This is already a very stressful time for brides trying to replan their weddings. This being added to the stress hasn’t helped one bit! During times like this, something so unexpected, I would’ve thought people would step up and do the right thing.
Olivia is amazing. She is so supportive, so organized, and just absolutely amazing at her job. We hired Olivia around a year before our wedding. She contacted us with a month by mo...
nth detailed breakdown of what needed to be done to be ready for the wedding. She was always available for a question and always gave an honest opinion.
The week of our wedding - she was incredible. Our wedding was one that was affected by COVID-19. We had to postpone our large ceremony but decided to get married in a small, family only ceremony.
Olivia proceeded to contact every vendor, let them know what was going on, gather alternate dates, put those into a spread sheet, highlighted available dates, and then once we selected a date - recontacted all vendors and set up our alternative date. She did all of this in 48 hours.
She then also showed up for the small intimate ceremony, on her own dime, and helped set that up. She was a voice of reason and calm for me. She also proceeded to wrangle my entire family - a feat on its own - and was never a “drill sergeant”. She was kind, but made sure the job got done. Her pricing is incredibly fair and I get to use her again in June and I could not be more excited.
I have no words, Olivia and her team made sure mine and Ryan’s day was perfect. I was not excited about our ceremony having to be moved inside due to the terrible weather, but Oliv...
ia made sure it was more than we could have dreamed. She is so kind, and wants to make sure that everything is what the bride wants! If you are thinking about a wedding coordinator I would 1000 times recommend Olivia Miley!!!
Olivia knocked my wedding out of the park! I work and live in California, but came home to Laurel, MS to get married. She helped me plan my wedding from all the way across the coun...
try! I was never the kind of girl who planned their wedding in their mind, or knew who to hire, or even likes wearing white. She gave me suggestions in each area so that I could narrow down from there who I wanted to hire. She helped me choose, if I was unsure or just needed my opinion validated. She provided checklists to keep me on track. This was particularly important, because I am in the military and did zero wedding planning for key months due to work; however, her direction kept me on track when I was able to make planning a priority.
Lastly, the week of, and especially on the day, Olivia was a Godsend. She commanded the attention of everyone involved, but with a smile and great attitude. She kept us perfectly on schedule. And best of all, she took what I wanted and made that happen, which is harder than you think when EVERYONE has an opinion and wants to “help.”
If you’re on the fence, hire her! If you want someone in your corner who will back you up as you make choices true to you, but aren’t necessarily the norm, hire her! If you’re looking for someone who will fit a smaller budget without sacrificing on quality, PLEASE hire her. You won’t be sorry :)

nt run smoothly. No one should have to worry about the details during their special weekend (especially a bride and groom) but you certainly do not have to when you hire Olivia. I can attest that she is one of the best in the industry!

d it all under control and managed any pop-up worries. Every little thing you forget..Olivia remembers! My bridal party (22 people) and vendors just adored Olivia & the team. It was just the best weekend of my life, and I can’t imagine it without Olivia, Shelby, and Tori helping! So so blessed by them. From one bride to another, BOOK HER & relax! :)
As a fellow vendor, I work with lots of Event Planners, and I see what goes on behind the scenes as well what the families/brides see. You’d be shocked to know just how many event ...
planners don’t do much planning AT ALL with other vendors and leave it all up to each vendor to do their thing, but NOT Olivia!
She knows her position as the Event Planner. She is not only there to help make a timeline and guide the bride through the day (which is the minimum a planner should do), but she is also directing all the other vendors to make it happen the way the bride needs it to... even if the bride has no idea that’s what she needs!
I’m telling you. All Event Planners are not created equal and if you think so, you’ll be sadly disappointed! You could get all amateur vendors, and a great planner will work with everyone to pull your wedding off flawlessly. But if you have all high-end vendors and an amateur planner, it could be a disaster. Do NOT make the mistake of having your mom’s best friend as your “planner”... hire a pro. Hire the best of the best. Hire Olivia TODAY!! You will NOT regret it!
I have worked as a vendor alongside of Olivia multiple times and can honestly say she is hands down the BEST there is. She is a get it done and get it done right kind of girl. She ...

Initially, we were unsure if we needed a wedding planner for our daughter's wedding (our first experience in planning a wedding). After receiving several referrals we chose Olivia ...
and engaged her for the full planning package. This turned out to be the best decision we made, hands down!
Olivia is incredibly organized, detail oriented and able to keep everyone on the same page and on schedule. She was adept in bridging the occasional differences of opinions and goals among the various parties, in navigating us through the surprising number of decisions required for the event and her knowledge of the local vendors made those choices very easy and confident. She worked very well with each of the vendors, creating a "pleasant and coordinated team experience".
The best compliment we can say is that we hired a wedding planner and ended up with a very good friend! We would highly recommend Olivia to anyone planning a wedding or any other event.

Olivia was all that and more. I completely trusted her with my day and never had a second thought about it. She has the right amount of authority and confidence to run a show and the tough love to make sure the day is perfect. Her assistant, Tori, was a pleasure to be around and so sweet and calming all day. They know how to work and still have fun while at it. I couldn’t imagine my wedding day without them. The peace of mind was well worth it. From beginning to end I was happy to have this pair apart of it all
