Working with Oniki was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was with us every step of the way, from helping us find our venue, to s...
cheduling dress appointments for me and my mom, to managing and communicating with our vendors throughout the entire planning process. She was also the person I could text whenever I needed advice or just wanted her opinion on ANYTHING wedding-related. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful season feel so much more manageable because we always knew we had her to lean on.
One of the things I appreciated most about Oniki was how genuinely invested she was in us and our wedding. I looked forward to every meeting with her, and over the course of planning, she became so much more than our wedding planner. She felt like a trusted friend. She made me feel calm and supported throughout the planning process, and when our wedding weekend finally arrived, I felt completely confident and cared for knowing that she was there.
And then there was the DESIGN! Oniki has such an incredible eye. I remember during one of our very first meetings, she asked us to describe our vision for the wedding, and she stayed true to that vision in every decision she made from that point forward. She attended our floral meetings, worked closely with our florist, and helped curate a cohesive vision for the entire weekend. Seeing everything come together was honestly breathtaking and our wedding was absolutely stunning. Every detail felt intentional and thoughtfully designed, and Oniki played such a huge role in bringing everything we had envisioned to life.
What makes Oniki so special is that she somehow makes wedding planning feel effortless while still making the experience incredibly personal. She is organized, thoughtful, creative, supportive, and truly cares about her couples. We were able to actually enjoy our engagement and, most importantly, our wedding weekend because we trusted her completely.
If you're considering working with Oniki, DO IT. Having someone in your corner who you can trust completely is invaluable, and I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding experience without her. We will forever be grateful for the role she played in making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more.

It's taken me almost 2 months to write this because it is an acknowledgement that our time together has actually ended (for now).
Oniki was in our lives for 18 months and was ever...
ything that she to me she would be on our first call. She is kind, patient, and above all a creative genius with the highest level of professionalism. Our May 2024 wedding in Bermuda was a dream. She made sure that we got what we wanted and if we couldn't have exactly what we wanted she made sure we had the next best thing. Pulling off a 4 day wedding that included 3 events wasn't easy but it was all executed effortlessly. Oniki coordinated the best vendors across the island and made sure we were catered to. Yes she is a great coordinator but she has creative vision and was able to take a few simple ideas that we provided and design three beautiful events.
We would choose to work with Oniki over and over again!
We hired Oh Niki Occasions to plan our destination wedding in Miami for March 2024 and we LOVED every aspect of working with Oniki! She planned our wedding from the very beginning ...
to the very end. She was always a joy to talk to, she was very responsive, and she is very detailed oriented. We absolutely loved our wedding design she came up with and worked with us whenever we had any questions. She was also our spokesperson with all vendors, which we enjoyed because we both work demanding jobs. She provided great vendor recommendations and is well respected in the industry.
OH, and our wedding day was a complete dream! Everything ran smoothly and our guests were very impressed. We definitely recommend Oniki and her team if you are looking for a wedding or event planner in the Miami area :)
We worked with Oh Niki Occasions as our wedding planner/event designer and day of coordinator recently for our 10/28/23 wedding in NJ and highly recommend her to anyone looking for...
a one of a kind wedding design experience. Oh Niki Occasions completely exceeded our expectations from beginning to end with the support and incorporation of thoughtful and beautiful details in the design plans and ultimate design execution. Oniki and her team were there for us from the beginning with phone calls, eventually meeting in person to go over the design and to the day of the wedding where she kept all of our vendors well organized as well as the wedding party. We both have busy schedules and really appreciated her attention to detail, keeping us organized, advocating for our best interest and kindness. Oniki always made time for us when we had a question. If you are looking for a wedding planner to take your ideas and translate them to your dream wedding design, I would highly recommend engaging Oniki from Oh Niki Occasions.
Oniki has been my wedding guardian angel. From the moment, Louis and I got engaged she was ready with recommendations for venues, photographers, videographers, and more - she truly...
is there for the full process head to toe, start to finish.
We started with a first meeting about 2 months after we got engaged, with my mother, sister/MOH, and myself. We met for dinner and me being the organizer I am came with a list of what I was looking for in terms of styling for venue, colors, and location.
My now husband and I are both from Palm Beach, Florida and majority of our family live in the area so we knew we wanted to keep it local. I mentioned just a few wish items to Niki: high ceilings, white & lots of natural light, and something with an outdoor component since Louis loved the idea of something outdoors as well. At the dinner, she already had a few suggestions off the spot but the first was the North Palm Beach Country Club. I thought in the wedding process we may have to compromise on one of our asks but she found a venue that fit all of our requests and was perfectly in our budget.
Within the next few weeks we had a tour set with the venue and confirmed shortly after as we were planning our wedding in less than a year's time. I definitely felt overwhelmed during the planning process and had my share of frustrations from determining the guest count & list, selecting the details and coordinating the bridal party, but Niki gave me so much peace during the process. She was there with me (and my mom and MOHs) every step of the way.
The most comforting thing during the whole process is that I knew I could trust Niki 100% during the process. She worked with our budget timeline, wish lists, and helped me coordinate the best vendors for our special day - not to mention she worked with my mom and bridal party to plan the sweetest and most beautiful Bridgerton Bridal Tea (Shower).
Niki helped coordinate floral, photography, videography, venue & catering, rentals, and so much more behind the scenes. Not only did she help me find the vendors, it truly is great to GET A WEDDING PLANNER BEFORE YOU BOOK VENDORS. She helped negotiate on our behalf to get us different packages that best fit our budget and our style. Even if you like to have the control and plan everything on your own, Niki works with your own style (and has built her planning service packages) around your own level of comfort whether that be all-in and her taking the reigns or just consultation calls, chats, & meet-ups to help keep you on track and provide recommendations.
I am so blessed to have had the most wonderful wedding and a beautiful Oh Niki Occasion. I know that even for that next event whether it be another family wedding, baby shower, or celebration of any kind, it will be fabulous because it will be an Oh Niki Occasion.
Working with Oniki and her company Oh Niki Occasions was THEE BEST EVER!! When I first got engaged, I was told by a lot of people that I didn't need a wedding planner. I was told t...
hat a family friend or even myself can do everything that a wedding planner/coordinator does. Do Not believe the hype, LOL. My husband and I would've been so lost without Oniki, especially during Covid-19 and us having to postpone our original wedding date to a year later. I was referred to Oniki and her company by my bridal makeup artist. Even though, my artist had not worked with Oniki previously, she came highly recommend. I did my research and Oniki's work spoke for itself. Very beautiful and classy. Although, I only hired Oniki as a "day- of-coordinator", she helped with so many other things. Oniki is so attentive, you almost forget that she has more clients other than yourself. She replied to all of my emails, text messages and phone calls. If for some reason, she couldn't reply right away, she got back to me in a timely manner. When I found out that I would have to postpone my wedding, not once, but twice, Oniki was there to inform all of my vendors and to help us come to a date where each vendor would be available. I had a mishap with my original DJ two months prior to my wedding date and Oniki was there to refer a vendor who she had previously worked with. The vendor she referred turned out to be such a big hit at my wedding. Guests are still talking about it. Due to covid and the postponement of a lot of weddings, Oniki was unable to be there herself on my wedding day. She had another bride who hired her for full wedding planning, who had postponed to the same day as my wedding. However, she sent one of her trusted team members in her place and she was just as good. Oniki made sure everything was taken care of in her absence, she even found time to speak to me on the morning of my wedding day to make sure that I was ok. My husband and I can't stop talking about Oniki and what we would've done if our paths didn't cross. Oniki, Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

ted working with Oniki in late 2018 to plan a beautiful destination wedding for May 2020. Needless to say, those plans were ruined with COVID, at such time Oniki became not only my wedding planner but my therapist (lol) and assisted quickly with helping me to reschedule, not lose hope (several times I just wanted to give up), and retain the best wedding vendors. The Event: Oniki and her team are the BOMB – her work ethic is amazing and custom to your needs. If you are a person like me who doesn’t know what they want – she phenomenal in helping you develop/create a vision and the execution is done Flawlessly. The decorations were beyond our expectations. She met the needs of not only the bride but the Groom, which is just as important. I honestly felt like we were on vacation with our guest the whole time and that we attended our own wedding enjoying everything she had planned (she gave me a detail agenda of where I needed to be and when). Her referrals for vendors were amazing. You WILL not be disappointed!!! Oniki Rocks!!

a pandemic comes with its fair share of challenges, but Oniki never missed a beat. Her professionalism and calm demeanor throughout the planning process and days leading up to the wedding, reassured my husband and I that everything would be okay, even in the midst of last minute changes. She fully listened to our ideas and desires, was extremely accommodating, and ultimately created an overall wedding experience that surpassed our expectations. The design and décor elements were impeccable and our guests still rave about their experience months after.
Oniki is an absolute joy to work with and a true creative master. If a beautifully executed and organized wedding is what you’re looking for than look no further than Oh Niki Occasions!

ding board, manage everything the day of and help with any unexpected things that tend to happen throughout the wedding process. When I met Niki, we connected instantly. She loves what she does and really cares about the couple she is working with. We hired her as a partial planner and she never missed a beat. We started with monthly calls and then weekly calls as we got closer to the wedding. However, we were emailing almost everyday and she was always responsive. Just a few notes, since her main residence is in FL and I live in NJ, she wasn’t able to attend my final venue walk through which I do regret. Also, she does bring in assistants the day of to help her throughout the day. One thing I would recommend doing that I didn’t do is request to meet the assistants that will be working your wedding before the big day. The assistant that was assigned to be with me was completely lost throughout the entire day. While we were getting ready, she didn’t know what to do, what came next, what time it was, just lost. I called Niki and she immediately gave me another assistant that was great. You don’t want to be annoyed on your wedding day by someone who is there to ease your mind! Lastly, there was a mix up with seating. Niki jumped into action to remedy the situation quickly. Overall, my experience with Oh Niki Occasions was awesome. Niki is wonderful and we will stay connected for years to come. Actually, we are planning a coffee date (Starbucks of course!) as soon as the pandemic is over! Thank you Niki for helping me create the experience of a lifetime for our wedding and our guests.

s an unbelievable job listening to your vision and making it come to life! I would not change a single thing about my wedding process because of Oh Niki Occasions. She pointed me in the right direction, gave me options and executed my vision better than what I could ever imagine. I would recommend Oh Niki Occasions to anyone she was first class from start to finish.

helmed. Oniki was able to provide so much guidance, insight and recommendations which alleviated any stress for my wife and ultimately my concerns.
Her attention to detail and determination to ensure that our day truly turned out the way we wanted was incredible. We were so lucky to have found Oniki because the care and attention she provided during the entire process was priceless. She is amazing and special and will be hold a place in our hearts forever.
Anyone looking for a wedding planner that can bring your dreams to light, doesn't need to look any further!!

ing to be AMAZING. Oniki was with us through the entire journey - assisting us with the theme of the celebration, securing a wonderful venue that met our style, recommending great vendors, and adding those thoughtful details and finishing touches that make an event beautiful. Oniki is easy to work with and is a consummate professional. She assisted us with vendor negotiations which allowed us to stay within our budget. That makes all the difference. When you have an event, you are always nervous about certain aspects and Oniki is there to provide great advice and talk you off the edge when you need it. Our guests had the best time! The complimented the venue, the DJ, the linens on the table - EVERYTHING! We were so pleased - it was everything we asked for. When we have another celebration, the first call that I will make is to Oh Niki Occasions!
Our wedding day was a beautiful, stress free celebration and we owe a large portion of that to Oniki. We were planning everything from halfway across the country and Oniki put our ...
minds at ease to ensure that every detail was perfect for our day. She picked up on our style right away and was able to execute our vision seamlessly. She was always available for phone calls and emails as needed and was so accommodating to our busy schedules. When our transportation plans fell through at the last minute, she was able to communicate with our vendor and make it all work out. What I appreciated the most was that Oniki genuinely loved what she was doing and had our best interests at heart. We couldn't have asked for more than that. So whether you're in the Jersey area or halfway across the country like we were, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Oniki and her team for an unforgettable wedding day, head to toe start to finish!
When my (now) husband and I decided to get married, I had a very specific style that I wanted for our wedding. We originally planned on getting married in Miami, and Oniki sent a l...
ist of venues to look at in the area. At the bottom of the list was a venue in Orlando that I didn't bother to look at for two days because I was a bit confused as to why she sent a venue for Orlando in the first place. After looking at everything in Miami, nothing caught my eye so I decided to have a look at the Orlando venue and I fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for.
From there, Oniki totally understood my vision and helped us to bring it to life. She was extremely professional, accommodating and most importantly, her communication was exceptional. I was able to call or message her at any time and 99% of the time she answered right away!
We have been married for almost 7 months now and our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was. Our wedding was AMAZING thanks to Oniki and her team. I’d hire them to plan anything because they’re that GREAT!!!
If The Knot allowed 6 stars, I would give Oniki 6 stars.

as far as putting my mind at ease. Nothing was an emergency, even when it was an emergency. She handled every situation with professionalism and efficiency, and allowed my wife and I to remain at ease at all times. She was literally Olivia Pope (I call her Oniki Pope now).
Our wedding was a destination wedding in Orlando, and we live in Bermuda. We had two days to meet with vendors and visit the venue. Oniki met us in Orlando, picked us up from the airport, and had our schedule mapped out to the minute. On the day, her staff was just as professional, which speaks to the standard she has set for her business. I know weddings are her specialty, but I would hire her to plan any event. She is definitely worth every penny.

Oniki and her team of Oh Niki Occasions were right on point, from start to finish, in planning a dream destination wedding.
Several venues were scouted and she selected the perfec...
t one and negotiated an excellent contract with management. Most of the guests came from out of state and they all were pleased with the accommodation. There was a lot to see and do throughout the weekend.
She assisted and recommended reliable vendors some of whom went above and beyond their contracted duties.
Guests were greeted with Welcome Bags in their hotel rooms; and the welcome party was very relaxing as everyone listened and moved to the music by a great steelpan musician. The Photo Booth was a hit!
The backdrops and flower walls added much beauty to the room where the ceremony was held as guests were serenaded with music by a quartet.
Furniture that was rented really enhanced the ballroom. Tables were decorated with perfect specialty linen selections and place settings. The carved wooden table numbers were unusual. Each guest received a cake favor in a personalized cake box.
The DJ was fantastic as he had everyone on their feet to the end.
Everyone was in awe with the Sweets Table.
For guests who felt they had one drink too many they were given a Hangover kit to ease their headaches.
My husband and I both had a ball and agreed that it was the most enjoyable and organized wedding we had ever attended and would highly recommend Oh Niki Occasions to any prospective bride.

As a member of the bridal party I love and really appreciated that Oh Niki surprised us with gifts along the way that we’re such thoughtful and essential items for a great wedding weekend.
This was definitely one of THE best weddings I have ever been to. It’s a memory that I’ll cherish forever!

She was such a pleasure to work with to ensure that the bride was stress-free and happy! THANK YOU ONIKI!!
Working with Oniki was nothing short of amazing. Every bride dreams of having a day that is executed to a "t" and not having to worry about a single detail.

had.
Our wedding day exceeded my expectations. I know that Oniki had it handled throughout our entire process, but on the actual day of our wedding it was more than handled. She ensured that every person involved in our day knew exactly what to do, where to be, and had everything they needed - from our guests to every last vendor.
Our bridal party, family, and friends all said that our wedding was phenomenal and seamless; we owe that to Oniki.

rwhelmed- Oniki was more than helpful in every way. She was willing to take on any responsibility that needed to be taken care of and was incredibly prompt when returning emails or calls. Her vendor suggestions were stellar, I was very late on choosing my favors and preparing my welcome bags for the guests, she put everything together and made sure everything was there the day of! Oniki and her team coordinated every step of the day and it turned out absolutely amazing. Any hiccups that occurred during the day she handled perfectly and I was able to completely enjoy the day with no stress. It was the best decision I made for my wedding hands down. I would recommend Oniki and her team to anyone that wants an organized, beautiful and stress free day.

to assist with the many details during those last weeks, Oniki was a lifesaver. From coordinating with the printers for the invitations, recommending excellent vendors, anticipating and avoiding problems before they happened, and suggesting necessities most brides don’t even know to consider, Oniki was amazing. For every situation my daughter anticipated, Oniki had a solution.
Oniki is a true professional. Her prompt response to emails and phone calls, excellent vendor referrals, attention to detail, ability to anticipate and avoid issues, and solid support staff made what could have been a frenzied last few weeks before the wedding stress-free.
The day of the wedding was seamless because of Oniki and her staff. They were discreet, but seemed to be everywhere. They were on top of every task, including arranging for the groomsmen’s boutonnieres to be at the church, coordinating transportation, beautifully arranging the table cards and place cards at the venue, and probably 100 other tasks we were not even aware of.
I believe Oniki and her staff is a primary reason my daughter’s wedding went off without a hitch. I would recommend Oh Niki Occasions to any bride looking for a smoothly orchestrated event.
