Avoid this business! We made an appointment in July at 12pm on a Saturday and showed up 15 minutes early. There was nobody in the shop so we waited outside while another bride wait...
ed with her party as well. A woman finally arrived, frantically passed by us, and told us to wait until she could sanitize the store. In the process, she told my mom to put her mask on while we were OUTSIDE so that she could pass by us. This would have not been such a big deal had the rest of the experience been good. We finally were shuttled into the shop, and the woman introduced us to the consultant, Ashley I believe was her name. Ashley took us upstairs to where the dresses were and told us to look around and see what I wanted to try on. First off, I only found maybe 5 or 6 non-ballgown style dresses that were under $2,000. So this was a bit disappointing, but nonetheless I was excited to try those 5 dresses on. The entire time I tried on the dresses, the consultant was ill tempered and seemed completely disinterested, and quite frankly irritated, that she had to be there. While I was in the dressing room, my sister and mother observed the consultant drop dresses on the ground and KICK them around whenever I would ask her for help with the dress I was trying and she was holding another dress. Despite both consultants bad attitudes, I remained cheery and tried on all the dresses I picked out. Needless to say we did not spend money here, as I have yet to have an experience even close to as negative as this one was at any other bridal shop. Don’t waste your time here, clearly the employees are unhappy and it does not make for a positive shopping experience. I’d recommend either Mary’s Bridal, Fantasy Bridal, or The Perfect Dress instead. We had wonderful experiences at all three!
I had such a great experience at Off White! They had so many unique beautiful dresses that I hadn't seen at other bridal shops. One of the most important requirements I had for my ...
dress was that it be a shade of blush. Other stores I had been to had very limited options of blush dresses and the ones they had looked nude and not blush. Off White had just what I was looking for. I tried so many dresses on and loved so many of them, which was the opposite problem I had at other bridal stores.
Julie helped me and I cannot speak of her highly enough. She was the best! Not only did she help me find my perfect dress, but she helped my fiancé find hers! It was so nice to have someone that could say our dresses looked great together, since we won't see each others until the wedding.
Off White provided a memorable and fun experience and I can't recommend them enough!
I would like the start off this review by saying I would HIGHLY recommend Offwhite Bride to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress (and already have)! It’s AWESOME there!
I visited...
Offwhite on three different occasions. I never felt pressured to make a purchase (an experience I have had at other bridal shops). Each time the atmosphere was fun, peaceful, and felt special.
During my first visit Chelsea helped me out. Chelsea was super knowledgeable about the dresses. I appreciated that I was able to pick several dresses to try on and was not restricted to those choices (that had been my experience at other bridal stores). Every dress I tried on was BEAUTIFUL. During that visit I tried on my dream dress and realized it was out of my budget (to clarify: this was a dress I had pulled and not checked the price tag, not Chelsea). I was heartbroken, but Chelsea let me know about their White Dress (Black Friday) sale coming up in couple months that would put the dress in my budget.
My second and third visits to Offwhite were with Julie. Julie was the BOMB! She has such a fun personality and is super knowledgeable about the dresses. I’ll be honest, my third visit could have been an order over the phone, but this store is just so fun I wanted to come back and hang with the beautiful dresses and Julie one more time!
Julie also helped my fiancé during her visit. Julie made both of us feel special and included (and kept our dress choices a secret from each other which we really appreciated)!
I truly appreciated the staff at Offwhite and genuinely had a good time during each visit! Thanks Offwhite!
I traveled from Ohio to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter. If you are shopping for a dress be sure to put them in your list of places to go. The ladies at Off White Brida...
l are so engaging, knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Ashley was our constant with Julie helping out. The ladies could not have been nicer. The dress selection is wonderful and my daughter found the perfect dress. Thank you to all of the ladies at Off White Bridal!
This place was AMAZING. My mom flew into town from Ohio so I had one day to find my dress. I went to two other stores and I was feeling kind of defeated, but as soon as we walked i...
n the staff was so nice and fun. They were all so excited to help us pull dresses and they were just as excited as my friends and family about finding the dress. Ashley helped me get in and out of the dresses and was so sweet. Julie was hilarious they all made me feel so confident about myself. They had a great selection of dresses and great personalities and I would highly reccomend them!
My cousin’s wedding was a few months before mine, so when I started to think about shopping for my dress, I asked her. She and her mom both independently and emphatically told me t...
o go here. We had a fantastic experience, and Ashley and I ended up chatting and having a great time as I went through options. They were amazing to make my 12 year old niece feel special and included, and they dug through spare buttons for quite some time to find a single button for my dress that has hundreds of buttons. I came back a few weeks later to ask a question and they were every bit as friendly and helpful, and remembered me and asked follow up questions. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
I am so happy I went to Off White! Ashley and Breanne were a dream team to work with and so cute and helpful. After having a terrible experience at my first bridal appointment at a...
different salon (which I will leave un-named) I was nervous coming into Off White thinking I was going to get another consultant who wouldn't listen to me, but not these two. They let me browse the racks and pick a few things I liked, but they were also paying attention to what I was picking to provide some helpful suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the dresses they sell. They made me feel like we were old girlfriends, shopping for my dream wedding dress. I basically just made them part of my entourage! I thought I was never going to find everything I wanted in a dress, but I did! It made getting married all the more real and I can't wait for it to come in!
I had such a great experience in this shop! All of the girls are extremely nice and easygoing and genuinely excited for you to find your dress. They let you look through all the dr...
esses first and pick out what you’d like to try on, and they really let you take your time and go at your own pace. Their selection has a great variety and everything is beautiful! I found my dress somewhere else but ended up ordering from here because I felt most comfortable and most excited here!
I wish there were more stars to give off OffWhite! There service was exceptional and my mori lee dress was even more beautiful in person! I took a huge risk in ordering my dress on...
line and let me tell you! OffWhite made the experience stress free! The customer see rep Julie is the best and was helpful with everything! Julie if you see this I am sharing a million thanks to you! Ps my dressed arrived in perfect condition and time!

gh i called ahead and asked them about plus size dresses. When looking at dress i said i did not think one would fit. she then looked me up and down and said i am not that big. When the dress didn't fit she just stared. I attempted another dress a size 20 i am an 18 and it also didn't fit. I ended up walking out and the woman went back to texting on her phone. I never felt more embarrassed.
Really really happy I bought my wedding dress here. I had tried it on in another state, but found it for $200 less on their website. The dress arrived on time and was packaged nice...

Living on the east coast, I have been having all my interactions on the phone with this salon. I found the dress of my dreams in a local bridal shop, but decided to go with OffWhit...
e because of their better pricing and even better customer service. Julie has been wonderful to work with. We spent 20 minutes on the phone discussing ideas on what kind of veil to wear with my gown and she even talked about her personal experiences with her daughter, which I thought was very sweet and comforting. My only regret is that I can't meet Julie and the salon in person!
They were awesome! Super helpful and there was no rush. They let me put on as many dresses as I wanted to and didn't try to rush me out when my appointment was "over" like other sa...
lons did. My only complaint is that I was never called about my dress being ready for pickup. I called them when I hadn't heard from them and they said that they tried calling me over a month earlier, but I never received a call. Other than that it was great.

d shipping times, and even rushed my dress to get cleaned and pressed before the big day since it had gotten very dirty during a formal photo shoot. My only hiccup was that I originally wanted to add straps to the dress I bought there, and in the shop it sounded like that would be an easy thing to do. They would order extra lace and I’d work with a seamstress to make the straps. In the end it wasn’t that easy to add straps and I went without them, but I think that was more my ignorance of fashion and dress construction then an error on the part of the bridal shop. Overall, it was a great experience shopping there and I highly recommend them.
We had a lovely experience at Off White Bride. Breanne was amazing and really patient. She helped me find some great selections and even helped manage my bride breakdown.
Breanne was a wonderful facilitator to help our bride navigate her way through the gowns that didn't fit through to the bridal gowns that looked stunning on her. Our bride left fe...

They took really good care of helping my sister find a wedding dress.
Such a fun environment! All the employees are so nice and welcoming!

I had a great experience with this shop. They are all really nice and have lots of dresses. Would buy my dress here again.
Really love my dress from here. I moved my wedding up and they were able to get it in a month sooner, which was such a blessing. Everyone loved my dress and I felt amazing in it.
I'm really happy I came here. I had beeen to lots of stores but just couldn't find something different and still in my price range. They had so many dresses and I was able to find ...
the gown I had seen online at BHLDN here, which was great because I could try it on before I bought it-- it was also less money here!! So excited to wear my dress!

s. It arrived before promised (I needed it rush shipped and it arrived super fast!) and was exactly what I expected. I recommend the dress and Bridal Expressions to everyone!
I recently purchased a Mori Lee and had it rush shipped. It got here a couple weeks before it was promised and in great condition.
Terrible customer service. I literally did not get a word in and I hear the lady whisper to someone else and say, "This is the lady that keeps calling." Keep in mind, this is the f...
irst time I was calling... I proceed to continue without calling her out on her rudeness (even if I had called, it's rude to say), and ask her if she had a certain collection available. Being slightly unfamiliar with the way the collection worked, she was still very unhelpful and unwilling to guide me along the process. I felt like I was an inconvenience and will not be shopping here or recommending it to anyone in the future.
I cannot say enough great things about Bridal Expressions! I went in three separate times before buying my dream dress (even though I fell in love with it on the first visit), and ...
everyone made me feel so at home each time! Chelsea was fantastic, so helpful and supportive! She got an idea of exactly what I wanted and made my vision come to life! I'm so happy I bought my dress here, the entire experience has been so easy for me! They really do everything they can to help and make sure everything is perfect for you. Thank you so much to Chelsea and the whole wonderful team at Bridal Expressions! :)
Bridal Expressions was the first salon I visited. The girls were very helpful pulling a variety of dresses and helping me get them all zipped or buttoned up and accessorized. They ...
never seemed eager for my finish or tried to hurry me along. I didn't find my dress that day, went to two other stores, but then came back to Bridal Expressions after seeing a particular dress in a magazine that they also carried, that I somehow missed the first time. It ended up being my dress and I also found a veil there that was perfect. I would recommend Bridal Expressions.
Bridal Expressions was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the moment I walked in they made sure that I was enjoying my experience and that the attention was on me. They have a...
wide selection of wedding dresses to choose from and they are so happy to work with you and find exactly what you are looking for. I had some trouble with the alterations of my wedding dress (not their fault) but they took it upon themselves to make sure everything was taken care of before my big day. My dress ended up looking exactly how I envisioned it! They made the process of finding a wedding dress a breath of fresh air! I would highly reccommend other brides to stop by. I know they won't be disappointed.
I had the worst experience with this store! I purchased one of the dresses that was displayed as available. It was my dream dress, the one that I wanted and it was on sale. Everyth...
ing was perfect.
I received an email confirming the purchase and payment, it also said that I would receive and email with further details as tracking info and such.
After not receiving anything for several days I contacted the store. I got this for an answer "We have been planing to contact you, we cannot find your dress, we think we sold it and never took it out of the system, we are sorry but we can get it for you for full price" This is not an excuse for poor service and certainly not an apology. It is also not an apology to give me a full refund in 1-2 days time.
Planning a wedding is stressful enough without adding the help of a store´s incompetence.
If you are planning in getting anything from this store I would say DON´T! Don´t go through the hassle of even browsing... You are in for discouragement and a headache
I took a huge risk in ordering my dress seen only online, but it worked out like a dream come true! Bridal Expressions was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful along t...
