estrooms. I had a destination wedding and wanted a venue with a true NOLA feel. I checked out several other vendors and most were not even competitive price wise. The location is perfect! I communicated with the coordinator mostly via email which worked best for me. I visited Oceana before completing the contract to check out the room and have a food tasting. We chose the Presidential room which was beautiful! It was spacious for our party of 65 and had a nice balcony over the courtyard. The food was absolutely amazing! My guests raved about how great it was! The coordinator was very flexible with the menu and set up. They set up the room as we wanted it and provide linens. She let us bring all of our décor in the day before to leave in her office, and let us pick it up the day after the wedding. Everything was wonderful, I wish I could experience it again!!

o a slide show at the dinner and the screen was delivered a bit late but they worked with us and were ready to set us as soon as it got there. The food was wonderful and the room was plenty big enough for our guests to move around freely. We had a blast and our guests did also!!

course meal and 4 menu options to choice from to suit all palettes. The food was rich and delicious and truly held Louisiana's standard for hearty portions. We live 5 hours from this venue, therefore we did nearly all of the decision making through emails or over the phone. Sierra (event coordinator) was extremely pleasant to deal with and made us feel very at ease in her capable hands.

t a taste of New Orleans cuisine. The room where we had the rehearsal dinner was large and secluded enough from the main restaurant to feel private. The food and service definitely surpassed my high expectations. The staff were kind enough to turn down the music, while our friends and family were giving their toasts. I would highly recommend Oceana Grill to anyone looking for a great place to have their rehearsal dinner.

ervice, the room .. I cannot praise Oceana enough! There was ample tables, chairs and space. We had approximately 60 guests. When we first arrived, we wanted to move some tables and they had no problem helping us set up however we wanted the room. Mimosas and bloody Mary's helped get the party off to a great start and the ladies had a genuinely good time. The food was piping hot off the buffet and the guests raved about it. The staff kept the drinks full and the tables clean. After the party I emailed the event coordinator to thank her and ask that she inform management as to how accommodating and hospitable the staff was during the shower. I did not have one single complaint.
Leading up to the event, I mostly corresponded with the coordinator through email which was convenient for me.
The price was reasonable and competitive for the location. I would definitely host another event here.

our reception was held. The food is fantastic (we received so many compliments on it) and the atmosphere is the best--laid back, French Quarter blues-themed with lots of Cajun and Southern accents. Beautiful exposed brick and lots of sunshine in the reception area. I'm sure it would be great for a ceremony too! And the pricing is way more reasonable then other restaurants and venues in the area--highly recommended!
