I genuinely don't know how we would've planned our wedding without Oak & Veil. When I tell you I had a MILLION questions, I mean a million. I was probably sending emails about things that wouldn't even matter for another six months, and somehow they always had an answer, a solution or a plan already in place 😂
From finding our vendors to managing the budget keeping us on track, and ironing out every single little detail, they handled EVERYTHING I never felt like I was bothering them, even when I was asking my 47th question of the week
And the wedding day?! I didn't lift a finger. I got to actually enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. Everything was exactly how we imagined it, and honestly, probably even better.
If you're on the fence about full-service planning, DO IT. Worth every penny and then some!
I honestly had no idea we even needed a day of coordinator until about 2 weeks before our wedding. We ended up finding ya'll completely last minute and looking back, I genuinely dont know what we would have done without you
of course on the actual wedding day, stuff started going wrong. One of our vendors was running late and when they got there, some of the things we had paid for werent set up correctly. I remember being like great... this is happening now lol. the last thing i wanted was to be running around trying to fix vendor problems on my wedding day.
Natalia just handled it. She got on the phone with the vendor, figured out what was missing, got everything sorted out and kept things moving. There were so many little things happening behind the scenes that we didnt even know about until after the wedding because she and her team were taking care of it.
And the fact that we had only hired them 2 weeks before is honestly crazy to me. They came in, figured everything out so quickly and were completely on top of everything.
I went into this thinking a day of coordinator was probably something we could live without, and I could not have been more wrong. having Natalia there meant we could actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about every little thing that was going wrong
She seriously went above and beyond for us and im so thankful we found her when we did. if youre debating whether you need a coordinator, just get one. it was one of the best decisions we made!
