We had the pleasure of working closely with Dan to curate the perfect soundtrack for our wedding from beginning to end. Dan was incredibly accommodating and generous with his sugge...
stions, making the entire process a lot of fun! His effort was truly evident in the outcome of the day: it ran so smoothly! Despite having a daytime wedding, he kept everyone on the dance floor all night long and ended the night with a final song that was an absolute hit! We are still receiving compliments from friends and family, commending our fantastic DJ.
Choosing the right DJ service for your nuptials is an important task. Dan from NY Wedding DJ surpassed our expectations; he took our vision and transformed it into an amazing celeb...
ration. He instinctively played the appropriate music to get everyone on their feet, and the dance floor stayed packed all night. We could not have been more impressed with his performance.
BEST DJ!! We are so thrilled that we got to work with Dan from NyWeddingDj.net! Our guests still can't stop raving about how incredible the DJ was :)
From our first planning sessi...
on until the wedding day, he was incredibly organized and asked all the questions I forgot to!! All of my guests loved the music and had a great time and he did a fabulous job of getting everyone out on the dance floor!
He has a great ability to read the wedding crowd well and knew exactly what music to play to make people want to dance all night. We had so many guests say that the music was so fun, such a great blend of oldies and new tunes that made for such an incredible night! I would highly recommend using him for any event.
We can’t speak highly enough of Dan. The last thing we wanted was a cookie-cutter DJ for our small and intimate wedding and
Dan was able to deliver.
I was slightly concerned abo...
ut the unusual set-up of our venue (dance floor on one side of the building and dining area/bar on the other) but Dan visited the site with us beforehand to coordinate with the General Manager about how best to set up for the event.
Dan was able to accommodate our drastically different tastes in music without making the playlist seem schizophrenic. We provided him with an abbreviated list of “must plays” and we were immensely pleased with how he filled in the blanks.
We knew things were going great when one of our guests gushed early on that this was the best dance music she had ever heard a DJ play at a wedding. This proved to be a popular refrain, as many of our friends and family complemented us on our excellent choice of DJ. With a healthy mix of Motown, pop and contemporary hits, Dan was able to please all of our guests.
What impressed us the most was the fact that the dance floor was never empty, which is remarkable given the fact that we had a relatively small wedding. We’re so glad that we chose Dan and NyWeddingDJ.net as our DJ.
If we had a Dollar for every time someone said ”how good Dan was at our wedding ” our wedding would have paid for itself!
Dan takes great pride in what he does. We trusted him co...
mpletely throughout the consultation period and on the night of our wedding and I am so glad we did because he played an evening of music we will never forget.
Dan and NyWeddingDJ.net definitely delivered on his promise of making us dance! All of our guests danced their socks off all evening and he kept the excitement and energy going the whole night. Dan’s expertise and creativity came through and he has an incredible talent of being able to read the dance floor. So many of our guests commented on how much they loved the music.
It was such a great feeling for us to be able to stand back for a moment in the evening and see everyone enjoying themselves so much. The night finished on such a high with all of us chanting for more . Massive thumbs up for Dan with Ny Wedding DJ.net! You played such an important role in creating the best possible day for us.
We will be forever grateful.
With love and so much gratitude
Our dance floor was off the hook!

DJs, we knew Dan was perfect; he catered to all of our needs while also considering what each guest might want. He had set up lists of songs available so it would be easier to coordinate between dinner service and dancing during the reception. And boy did it work! The night went perfectly- thanks largely in part due to how awesome Dan was! For 2 1/2 hours straight, no one sat down- they were either eating or on the dance floor when good music came on!
From the moment we met him for our initial consultation, it became clear that he was right for us. We were able to create a list of all the songs we wanted played at our reception (also including some favorites from guests), which made everything go smoothly because he knew how to balance out what each person liked best while choosing appropriate music throughout dinner and dancing. The entire evening went off without a hitch thanks largely in part to how great Dan was.
I don't think I would mind getting married again just so that I can find someone as wonderful as DAN !

hat every detail of my wedding was absolutely perfect. Dan went above and beyond to not only provide the soundtrack for my amazing wedding, however he also helped to ensure the planning and timeline was exactly what my day needed.
My Wedding was everything I have ever dreamed of! Big THANKS to Dan and NYWeddingDJ.Net . He truly made the whole night! Everyone was on the dance floor and when I mean everyone it was every single person in different age groups! People are still talking about my party! the music was AMAZING!
Dan helped with creating the entire evening and acted not only as a DJ , but he also helped to introduce things over the mic to ensure that everything went according to plan. He assisted in planning with the perfect playlist along with a " do not play list" and was professional in every aspect of the word.
I have been to many weddings in my time and I have never seen anything quite like this! We had the best night of our lives and our guests cannot stop bragging about how much fun they had!
Do NOT even think about shopping around for another DJ , JUST HIRE HIM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
