Notably Yours

was organized, developed a timeline that prioritized what we wanted, and then took care of it from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry at all about anything and got to focus on enjoying the day. Her organization of the day itself, coordinating with vendors before and everything leading up to the wedding was superb. She recommended great vendors who went above and beyond what we expected or hoped for. We found that her preferred vendors were slightly more expensive than what we found when asking friends who were also planning weddings in Houston about their vendors, but when we got to the wedding day we realized that each of the vendors she recommends came with incredible quality and were absolutely worth a little extra money! We were so thankful for each of these recommendations. Kari listened to all of our thoughts and ideas for our engagement season and the wedding day. She helped us find vendors that matched our values and priorities. Kari has a great and positive attitude which made working with her a joy. She is always upbeat, rolls with any hiccup, and brings energy to all of her interactions with you, and she is a great people person! Every interaction we had with her during our engagement felt like she was just as excited about our wedding day as we were! We appreciated that she was honest and upfront about availability and what each planning package included. She was professional, reliable, and reachable when we needed her. It's easy to tell she is passionate about her job! All in all, we loved working with Kari. We would recommend her to everyone and we hope everyone enjoys working with her and her team as much as we did.

took everything in to consideration to make our wedding day the best!

vendor team as well as her couples! She is very hands-on day off and I, as a vendor, really appreciate that. I always get so excited when we have a wedding together because I know it will be a smooth, beautiful, and fun wedding! Save yourself some stress, and hire her! You will not regret hiring Notably Yours Events!

te them as they were such a big part of us having a wonderful day. Thank you for everything ❤️ .

our lives easier when planning our wedding from half way across the country. She went above and beyond to handle our every request, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Tanna made our wedding day stress free and perfect!!

ugh every time. I could not recommend Kari more as her pricing is reasonable and her service is exceptional.

ng process” so simple and organized from the start. I was looking for someone to help with all the moving parts and be sure things would go as smoothly as possible, and Tanna did exactly that and handled the whole process, which allowed us to enjoy the process knowing we were in good hands. She was so organized, had the plans and timeline from day 1, let me know what I needed to be doing along the way and then she took care of the rest. The entire night she was focused on us having the wedding night of our dreams and it honestly felt like your best friend was with you making everything happen! I can’t say enough good things about Tanna, we love her and she will forever be in our hearts.

. Neither me or my family were ever stressed or had to worry about the flow of the day. From assisting in hiring vendors to creating the perfect timeline to executing a flawless day, I would recommend hiring Notably Yours a million times again. I couldn’t imagine my wedding day without this team!

g my hundreds of emails, and helping me in every way possible. Actually, it makes me sad that I don't have a wedding to plan anymore because I can't work with the angel that is Kari. Please please hire Notably Yours - you will save yourself so many headaches through wedding planning. They are superb and the best in the business, hands down!!

liable, and attentive to not only their clients but vendors they work with. We are VERY blessed to be working with them. Communication is number one to me and they deliver. Book now before it's too late!

and isn’t afraid to go to bat for her brides and groom’s! I felt like I was working with a friend when working with Kari, and together we created the wedding of my dreams! Everything was fantastic and I cannot recommend this team enough!!

organized and helpful. My wedding day was relaxing and beyond my wildest dreams thanks to her. I will always be so so grateful she was able to be apart of the best day of my life.

g day, Kari consistently went above and beyond what we asked her to do. She was gracious, organized, informed, helpful, dependable, and a calming influence on what can be a very stressful event. Kari was the absolute best investment we made that helped insure the entire wedding day ran smoothly. I cannot recommend a vendor more wholeheartedly than Notably Yours!

the whole process. I truly feel like Kari was worth 10x what we paid for her services, and cannot thank her enough for the value she brought to our planning process and day of coordination. Please take this as your sign to hire her for your big day! She will advocate for you, support you, and keep you on track in ways you wouldn't even think of. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

ugh all of the little details that go into a wedding while providing insight on what she typically sees in the industry. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of our wedding because Kari handled everything and had wonderful relationships with the vendors. She is hard-working, detail-oriented, caring, positive, and kind. She was a joy to work with. We are so thankful for her and Notably Yours!

ay was beautiful. I would highly recommend Tanna and Kari and all of their team!

he was on top of everything thrown our way. She has so many connections and if you are looking for anything specific, I can guarantee she either knows who can do it or she’ll do everything in her power to find someone who can do it right. Bless her because I am someone who loves to know every detail and know what we were going to do if anything were to take place, and she listened to allllll the drama... because with a wedding and two families coming together...it’s a lot. She handles everything with such grace and her professionalism is off the charts. My wedding day was fantastic! But at one point after taking so many pictures I snuck away into the bridal sweet with a bridesmaid to take off my shoes because they were MURDERING my feet. (Definitely recommend bringing a comfy pair of slippers). I did think my presence went unnoticed considering everyone was getting down on the dance floor but not 30 seconds after arriving in the bridal sweet, in comes Kari and her team and she immediately came to my aid. After taking off my heels, she runs to the bathroom and makes a warm wet towel and massages my swollen feet! Talk about a godsend! She truly cares about her clients and made me feel so special on such a hectic day with so many other things going on. There is so much I loved and a lot of people who did everything perfectly but she is the one who should take all the credit! None of it would have been possible without her. 1000/10 recommend!

was expected and made it to where we could just relax and enjoy this time with our family and friends! She showed a great amount of patience with my bazillion and one questions and met our every need! We loved working with her!

went with the "Month Of" plan. Tanna attended vendor meetings with us, did our floor plan, kept me in time with decision making and so much more. When we had our hotel booking fall through a month before our wedding she took the brunt of the stress of it for me so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. The day of the wedding was an absolute dream, not one person asked me any questions, and if there was any stress I certainly did not know because of Tanna. It was seamless because of her and I cannot thank her enough for her hard work. We are so lucky to have had her as our planner, but also we gained a lifelong friend. I will absolutely make sure that when my two younger sisters get married, Tanna will be there on their day as well.

nner ~60 days before our 4/10/2021 wedding. Once Kari become our planner, everything came to life. We finally felt as though we had a connection to our planner. My husband is in the military & often has crazy schedules, but Kari met with him via video chat which resulted in us building a strong connection very quickly. We felt very comfortable emailing & texting Kari with questions. she even answered texts from my parents when they coordinated certain surprises for my husband & me. Kari worked so hard that she often had to text me after her normal business hours to help sort out missing items on my original rental contract (prior to Kari working w/ us). Kari did her absolute best in preparation down to the last day before our wedding w/ adjusting timelines, creating timelines for my bridal party, calling & contacting vendors, & even attending additional meetings w/ vendors. Many of these additional things were not included in my contract, but she was kind & determined to make our wedding perfect. I will say that without Kari & her team's extra hard work in preparation & planning the 60 days leading up to our wedding that the day would have lacked many important details. The day of our wedding was perfect. Our timeline did get adjusted on the day-of due to small mishaps (unrelated to Kari) such as people arriving late & long speeches, resulting in eliminating our couples "golden hour" photo session & "sparkler mock exit" (we still had a real sparkler exit). Our sweetheart table & dessert table linens were switched in the morning, but my mom noticed & told Kari it wasn't a big deal. To this, Kari said "No, we have to change it because Madeline (Bride) will notice." Kari was detailed & adamant on making everything perfect & it showed! Other small situations: My brother was left out of some morning groomsmen photos (before someone noticed), and Kari insisted on taking our bin that contained our marriage license & "COVID gift baggies" to the church for our ceremony. She arrived after most guests/bridal party so not many baggies were handed out (she was wrapping up decor at the reception). We also had an issue with my bustle that ended up taking quite a bit of time. I probably should have recorded how to do the bustle, but I didn't know. If I had any constructive criticism at all it would be for Notably Yours to have a planner w/ the Bride/Groom taking photos always (in the morning) & to have at least one planner on time to the church w/ the license. We have not received any photos from our photographer yet, so I am hoping that we took enough couples shots without "golden hour." Kari & her team we completely on top of changes to the timeline throughout the "moving" day. They were extremely adaptable and communicative with our vendors while things were changing. We had a TON of our own decor and Kari & her team did an AMAZING job arranging everything. Overall, we had ton of small details that Kari made sure were even better than we imagined. We constantly had guests, old and young, tell us as well as our parents that our wedding was the nicest or most well planned out wedding that they had ever attended. Everyone says their wedding day is the most amazing day, but I truly believe that Kari and her team helped give the best day of our lives. ~Mr. & Mrs. Pansera

ing a lot of the planning of my wedding prior to our first contact. That was my biggest regret after working with Notably Yours, that I hadn’t worked with them longer! Kari and her team are unbelievably organized, supportive, and have an abundance of resources to help not only plan the wedding but make sure you’re on track and executing your vision to excellence. We used them for DOC on our March wedding. So, my biggest recommendation would be to book with Kari and her team early and take advantage of their full wedding coordination package instead of just day-of-coordination. The team is just so amazing. Day-of, both Kari and her assistant went way beyond expectations to make sure every detail was accounted for and kept me informed enough about the minuscule details to help reprieve my OCD while not bothering me to the point of taking away from the event. Overall, they found the perfect balance and helped to execute our wedding exactly as planned! I couldn’t recommend a better team to help people plan their wedding in the future.

ran so smooth and on time.

communication with vendors, especially when having to postpone my wedding twice. Kari has become like family to us because this is the vendor we spent the most time talking with and helping to create our dream wedding. I absolutely recommend her, and she is now the owner of the company. She was professional, super creative and thoughtful , and just so sweet. She really cares about making sure her clients have a great wedding day. I will say, I was frustrated at times because I felt that communication was delayed, and I had moved to another state halfway through planning so it made me more anxious. After she explained that she had so many clients plus trying to reschedule weddings due to covid there can be a lot of emails to catch up on, and I totally understood. On that note, one of the reasons I say she is so professional is how she responds to criticism and critique. No sass or passive aggressive attitudes, totally humble and wanting to make sure she provides the best service she can. There were a few things that did go wrong on my wedding day. There was a lot of rush getting to the ceremony due to our photographers being behind schedule. Due to that, I didn't get to have a walk through of the venue decor to make sure I liked the setup, my veil was misplaced and put on at the very last minute seconds before walking down the aisle, and my vow book was left behind which we didn't realize until it was time to say my vows. During the reception I wish there was a little better communication between vendors. I had wanted to make sure the dessert attendant was serving desserts instead of having a mob of people serving themselves, especially due to covid. Unfortunately that didn't end up happening, and the attendant didn't pass out the to go containers I wanted the guests to use to take extra dessert home, so a lot of it went to waste. I wish there was more communication in terms of asking the DJ to remind people to sign our guest book and advice cards. I know my Polaroid camera had died (which was my fault), but I did have a lot of pens there that I felt could have been used. I think these things that happened were the reasons I couldn't give 5 stars because unfortunately the most important part of wedding planning is delivering on the actual day. I was hurt and flustered by a few of these things because of course everyone wants their day to be perfect. I took a few days afterwards to wait before calling Kari, but when I told her all my thoughts she was so calm and respectful and really appreciated the feedback. I also have to say, the month I got married was the month she officially became the owner so I know she had a lot of personal stress dealing with that. I am a transparent and blunt person, and everyone makes mistakes but the mistakes that occurred would not prevent me from hiring her again or recommending her. I have no doubt that she will continue to grow professionally into her role and continue to be successful. She is highly recommended within the wedding industry and all of my vendors who have worked with her have raved about her.

y planning process. I also know for a fact I would have not survived postponing my wedding twice without Kari working with my vendors to keep them all in the loop and ensure their availability. I never once had to worry about if a vendor was in the loop or if they were going to show up the day of, and that truly took off SO much stress from me in the planning process. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 because we had to do a super last minute switch between Kari and Tanna, and although Tanna was AMAZING and such a trooper I felt like a couple things fell through day of vs my intent (mostly decor and timing related), but that was only expected based on the situation. I would never hesitate to recommend Notably Yours to another bride!

ication between vendors and planner is crucial to the success of a wedding it ensures that all involved are working as a team, Especially in the entertainment industry as we rely heavily on planners itinerary to move smoothly and transition throughout the night, When Notably Yours is the planner they pay so much attention to detail which then allows us to focus on our job as well ensuring that your wedding experience will be something you discuss for years to come. Sooo NOTABLY YOURS TEAM WE LOVE YOU AND YOU ARE DA BOMB!!! Sincerely The Signature Eventx Crew :)

e day or planning without her. I was able to sit back and relax on the day of my wedding because she took care of every single detail. She is so amazing at what she does!!

edding. She helped with all our venders, scheduling, and helped me destress throughout the entire planning process. I am so glad we hired them and definitely recommend this vender to any brides in the Houston area.

, seriously could not have done it without her. The day was perfect!

remely professional and at the same time gave us a friendly and fun vibe throughout the planning process. We loved how she was deeply familiar with all things wedding, but in our case her experience with our venue and our vendors were priceless. We haven’t attended any recent weddings with family or friends and greatly appreciated Carolyn’s organization and attention to detail including our wedding day schedule. Her and her team’s work setting up the wedding and reception were lovely – they provided a lot of attention to details we never even thought of and the results were amazing. Our day was as perfect as we dreamed of and Notably Yours is to be thanked from the bottom of our hearts!

nating my big day during a pandemic. If any brides are reading this right now, stop looking for other coordinators because you have found the one (see note below though)! Supportive. Available. Efficient. My day had a couple kinks and they handled it without even blinking. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!!! Note: The other coordinator assisting for my day, Erin from Dot & Cross, was also so incredible!

r hands, and knees to help make adjustments for pictures/etc. She went well above & beyond what we needed, and can't thank her enough for the fabulous job she did for us!

fun when working with her in planning our big day! She was so incredibly organized and thought of so many things that I would never have even considered. She had our wedding timeline down and prepared to every last detail! Our wedding setup was completely taken care of by her and her team and it looked even better than I ever could have imagined! She also was able to keep our crazy group together and on time, which is an accomplishment in itself! She also gets extra bonus points for making my smoke bomb pictures come to life, something she had never done before and she absolutely nailed it! I highly recommend booking Carolyn and the Notably Yours team for your big day!

as also helpful in the months leading up and took care of so many details for us. The single best expense of the wedding. -- Travis -- "She's thebomb.com."

he took every detail and idea I had and brought it to life! On the day-of, Kari made sure all I had to worry about was hanging out with my bridesmaids and getting married! It rained for a couple of hours before the ceremony and Kari was an expert at getting everything done while being flexible! Also making sure my dress didn't get wet :) I highly recommend Notably Yours! They helped make the wedding planning process smooth, easy, and FUN. My now-husband and I talk about our wedding day all the time and we have Notably Yours to thank for it. It was truly the most amazing day. Thank you Kari!

sional, responsive, and made me so comfortable. All of my vendors knew who she and only had dazzling things to say about her and her team. On the day of the wedding I did not lift a finger and everything was PERFECT! Everyone wants their wedding day to go smoothly and mine really did <3 I expected a wonderful coordinator, but Kari was even more than that! If you want your big day to go perfectly, look no further. :) Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value

eep and well connected vendor network as well as keen industry insight. These ladies are a one of a kind group of women who are compassionate, understanding, organized, professional, and just all around awesome people to have on your team for one of the biggest days in a bride's (& groom's) life! They definitely took the stress out of wedding planning, even more so during a pandemic! Could not recommend them any higher.

as my coordinator through it all. She was responsive and flexible. Whether it was corresponding with vendors or questions I had, Kari was quick to respond and handled any situation. My wedding day was perfect and seamless, and I know that had to do with Kari’s behind the scenes work. Kari understands how a wedding operates and would think of details that even I missed. From a day of bag with items my bridesmaids and I might need, to providing water when I was taking pictures in the summer heat, Kari was always there and paying attention to the little details. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, I HIGHLY recommend her! We love you, Kari!

t they will take care of the bride and groom every single step of the event. If you want a stress-free and worry-free wedding, please make sure they are your wedding coordinators! You will be able to enjoy your special day so much more.

sked questions and had me thinking of things I hadn’t thought of or planned as of yet. I was missing a bakery and she provided me with a list of her recommendations which we hired one of them for our wedding. Three weeks before my wedding, COVID shut down the state and we postponed 4 months. Kari went above and beyond my day of coordination expectations and reached out to all of my vendors regarding the date change and had everyone confirmed so quickly. She really helped with relieving the stress load. The day of felt flawless and if there were issues I was blind to them, it was a great experience to finally relax and enjoy the celebration knowing Kari had everything covered.

p the hall the day of the wedding, since I knew we couldn't do it alone. BEST decision I ever made. If you're hesitant about booking a coordinator--DO IT. And hire Notably Yours. The team was amazing! I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID. Carolyn handled everything, up until the very last minute of the wedding. She was such a huge support, and her team the day of the wedding handled things before my family or I could even think about it! The littlest (but important) details such as bobby pinning my bridal party's hair (and mine!), putting bandaids on my feet, spraying me with deodorant after I danced a little too hard, bringing us food, cake, drinks, and making sure I had NOTHING to stress about on my wedding day. All of my vendors were so impressed with her professionalism and organization, and my bridesmaids swooned over the itinerary. I seriously could not have pulled off such a great wedding without her help. Don't look any further--book Notably Yours!

sponsive to my emails throughout the planning process and connected me to floral and linen vendors. I also enjoyed our video call meetings when COVID hit and Carolyn helped keep us on track with tasks. When thinking about my big day, I knew I wanted to sit back and relax with my bridesmaids while set up was all taken care of and the Notably Yours team did exactly that. I would highly recommend these lovely ladies for your next wedding/event!

not have to worry about a thing. Kari took care of everything! She reached out to all my vendors in regards of my change of date and made sure my wedding progress remained stress free during tough times. Having a coordinator really made the planning process smooth. All the vendors I worked with were mostly because Kari recommended them, and they were all AMAZING in every way. That reflected a lot on Notably Yours and how they only work with people that are going to put 100% excellence in wedding planning. What I appreciated the most was the communication between Kari and I. She was quick, professional and attentive to details. From our first meeting, I knew I was going to be able to trust her. We were able to enjoy our wedding day from start to finish thanks to Notably Yours. Definitely recommend them✨
