NorthStone Country club single handedly saved our wedding!! We were one of the many couples that got displaced due to Hurricane Helene. Our original wedding took over a year to plan and was supposed to take place 10/19 up in Beech Mountain. We found out on 10/3 that our original venue had to cancel due to damages. This meant we would have less than 16 days to plan a whole new wedding!! After scrambling to find a new venue that still had Saturday 10/19 availability, our HMU referred us to NorthStone. The staff (Diane, Harley and Julie) stepped right up and answered my 37 questions so quickly. They were SO supportive and truly went above and beyond make sure our new wedding went off without a hitch! Due to our extenuating circumstances, they were so kind and gave us price breaks where possible to ensure we stayed as close to our original budget as possible. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL!! The rolling hills, trees, and stone heads make for the perfect backdrop. The food was amazing all of our guests loved it. And numerous people came up to me commenting on how nice the bartenders were. I can’t thank Diane and Harley enough for how smooth the day went. I had the best day with no stress because of how hard they worked to pull everything together so quickly. They even organized a sparkler exit and provided the sparklers for us which was so kind and such a lovely surprise!! I can’t say enough good things about NorthStone Country club. It’s the best place to host your special day with the least amount of stress due to how much decor and space they have. It was truly the best 10/10 recommend!!!

We had our wedding here in Mid November and it completely exceeded our expectations! The ceremony outside was breath taking and the reception in the ballroom was beautiful! We can’t say enough good things about their in house wedding planner, Bailey. She paid attention to all our needs throughout the day, executed our vision and made sure everything ran smoothly. 10/10 would recommend having your wedding here!

e. Halee kept everything under control and Brittany would reach out to make sure we were all good after our payments. The wedding package gives you a lot for your money! Open bar, passed apps, plated dinner and your choice of a food display. We enjoyed the flexibility of being able to arrive in the morning if need be and not feeling rush when the night was over. I do wish that the bridal area was a little bigger but it did not stop us from booking. I’d recommend this venue to any couple looking for a venue who is a bit more inclusive (which helps with not having to find too many vendors).

Halee, Jim, and Brittany went above and beyond to not only host a perfect wedding, but stayed organized and go above and beyond in the planning process. Halee is the most outstanding planner in the Charlotte and will be putting the venue on the map for the best wedding venues in the area - mark my words! It was hands down the best I have ever had at a wedding reception! We had stuffed chicken breast, broccolini, and parmesan risotto for the main course. Appetizers were great, too. The entire night was perfect: great service, food, friends, and family! I highly recommend NorthStone in Huntersville for wedding receptions or any special event.

-inclusive, this is the place to go! They provide ceremony and reception space, tables, gold chiavari chairs, linens, day of coordination, food, and drinks. No hassle with trying to find a good caterer or renting linens and chairs from a rental company, which was a huge stress relief. Amy Bowers was absolutely amazing to work with and was so patient with all of me and my moms questions throughout the planning process. To top it all off, her coordination on the wedding day was the best! She genuinely wanted to make sure our day was stress free and perfect for us and we could not have asked for anyone better to coordinate. We could not be more proud of how the ceremony site turned out for our day. It has beautiful landscaping and is mostly private with a long pathway leading up to a white gazebo! Since our wedding was in the Fall, the trees just added to the beauty. We were able to decorate to our hearts content with additional plants, flowers, and signage but this is certainly not needed as it is already beautiful as is. The Foyer is a huge plus as well. It allows for space to have a gift table, guest book table, and easel for table assignments. It also has a fireplace which made it feel welcoming and homey. The veranda and ballroom were perfect for our cocktail hour and reception of 125 people. The food was just amazing! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The staff at the CC were so professional! There are tons of spots for unique photo ops, including a neat wooden bridge and huge rock! Although the CC had members there on our wedding day, the ballroom and veranda remained private to our guests which was a huge plus. Overall, we had an amazing experience having our wedding at NorthStone CC and thank everyone there for making it the day we have always dreamed of!

Even though it rained, our guests were still able to enjoy the cocktail hour on the covered balcony while we snuck away for a few pictures on the golf course during a break in the weather. The food was amazing! The seafood bar was a huge hit along with all of the appetizers during the cocktail hour. We did a dual plated dinner of chicken marsala and filet.
