I went to north fork bridal for my dress because that is where my best friend (and maid of honor) had gotten hers and she recommended the place, and I’m glad I took her suggestion...
! I have a wonderful experience with this place. The inside is so beautiful with all their aesthetic decor and bridal dresses on display, with many spots for a cute photo opp. I went there for my dress finding appointment not knowing what dress I wanted, but the girls asked me some questions and brought some options to try. It only took TWO dresses for me to find the one! They really knew how to take all my inspo and bring me a dress I never would have thought of on my own. My mom and I both immediately knew it was the one as soon as I put it on. Everyone working there was so friendly and professional.
I also bought my veil from here as well as a cape that I would attach to my dress. Although they do not do alterations in house anymore, they did provide a list of vendors and I found someone from their list who did an excellent job! Everything looked STUNNING and breathtaking the day of my wedding, and I’ve never before seen a wedding dress get so many compliments and hype as mine did. The dress quality was unbelievably good and wearing it felt like a dream. I highly recommend using them for your bridal dress!!
What started out wonderful is now a nightmare!! Went with my daughter to find her dress. Appointment went well, dresses were beautiful, our stylist was great. My daughter found her...
dress but wanted swoop sleeves and her stylist showed them with dress on her, she assured her it was no problem they can be done with the dress. BIG PROBLEM! Dress came in, NO SWOOP SLEEVES! They assured us they could get the matching material from dress manufacturer, no charge, and have it in time for her fittings, meaning an additional cost for us to have them created from this fabric. They notified her material would be in 6/24, 3 weeks after the 24th we had to call. My daughter received a text message telling her material should be delivered with next shipment from that manufacturer in about a week. Its now 7/10, her wedding is 8/15 and no material! Not to mention her last fitting is next week. She has no sleeves and we are all extremely annoyed. This is ridiculous and should never have happened. Be very careful what you get when youre shopping and make sure everything is definitely included!
NFBS IS THE PLACE TO GO! 100000000000/5 stars. I came to NFBS with very high expectations and I was blown away! When you first walk in, you can tell they put so much effort into cu...
rating an experience for you. You're greeted by friendly staff, beautiful decor, and your name on the chalkboard up front. You then walk into a private section which has "Future Mrs.___" with a countdown on the TV above. They did such an amazing job ensuring you have all the photoshoot spots for when you say yes to the dress. This shop is the epitome of what every woman who grew up watching "Say Yes To The Dress" has hoped their wedding dress shopping experience would be like. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Now, I had the pleasure of working with Ava and let me tell you... She was sooooo amazing! She immediately made me feel so comfortable and right away I knew I was in great hands. She made sure to listen to me and was so good at narrowing down dress by dress until we found the one. She was never pushy and truly made me feel so cared for. She is a true professional!!! She never made me feel like I was a nuisance every time I didn't like something about a dress. She truly listened, observed, and found the perfect dress. I'm rambling here but I simply cannot find enough words to explain how amazing Ava was. She was definitely a girls girl and had my best interests at heart! Ava gave me plenty of time to celebrate once we found the one. I cannot say enough amazing thins about Ava! NFBS, if you're reading this.... Ava was absolutely amazing and deserves at least 50000000000000000 raises and bonuses. You have an amazing employee! Please take great care of her :)

s in what feels like a private area. Jordan was my stylist and she was just incredible! She listened to what I wanted and only showed me dresses within my budget and timeframe. The one time she wanted to pull a dress over budget she specifically asked beforehand (which I have never had at another store). She encouraged me to try on other dress styles to narrow out decisions and confirm this was the style I wanted. She was so informative to me and my party with things that could and couldn’t be done to a dress.
I wanted to sleep on my decision so I didn’t buy that first day, which they were super accommodating with absolutely no pressure. After two nights to confirm, I went back and bought the dress.
The shop is the most beautiful place, even the bathroom is themed!! Highly recommend EVERYONE check out this salon. It’s a wonderful experience, and if you can have Jordan you’ll be in great hands.
Loved it here!! I had Ava as my bridal consultant and she was a gem! Beyond sweet and helpful! She worked so well with styles I was interested in and found my dress for me! So happ...

I had the most wonderful experience finding my dream dress at North Fork Bridal Shoppe. From start to finish, everything was perfect.
My appointment with Ava was private, personal...
, and completely stress-free — she truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident. The selection was incredible, and Ava encouraged me to try on any and every style I was curious about. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, just genuine excitement and support throughout the process. I fell in love with a stunning Martina Liana gown, and the entire ordering and pickup process was smooth and timely — my dress & veil arrived within about 10 months, exactly as expected.
If you’re looking for a bridal shop that combines top-tier designer options with a warm, personal touch, North Fork Bridal Shoppe is the place to go. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks Ava! ❤️
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jenn at North Fork Bridal Shop! She was everything you could ask for and more! She made this part of the bridal experience for me and my...
entire “I do crew” the best it could be! She was kind, thoughtful, and informative. I was super anxious coming into this as I’d never tried on a dress and I’m happy to say it felt like a dream the entire time! I would highly suggest to come into this with an initial vision and the staff at NFBS will take you to the finish line! Cannot say enough great things! Professional ✅ Kind ✅ Dream Experience ✅
All of the girls at this shop were so nice! This was only my second time going dress shopping, and I thought I was going to be the person going to 100 places. The consultant really...
listened to what I wanted. I loved my dress and I felt really beautiful! Prior I went to a different bridal shop and did not have a good experience. The woman was very pushy and did not listen to anything I said. So it was nice to have someone who was attentive and fun. Also got my veil from here on a totally different day. I got it on a sample sale for $20! It was very nice, they even pulled my dress to see if it would match.
I couldn’t be happier with the dress that I chose! We got paired with Sophie and she listened to all of my requests. She made me feel like such a bride once I put the dress on that...
I had said yes too. We had the whole place to ourselves and gave us plenty of time to take pictures afterwards. The salon is absolutely beautiful and would recommend this shoppe to all future brides.
I went to a bunch of dress stores. This was the first one I went to and had such a nice time. I kept going back to the dress I tried on there. Morgan was so lovely and had me try o...
n different styles since this was my first appointment. I went back another time in between saying yes because I was torn between two. The ladies who work the desk and answer emails and DM’s were also very helpful. My mom loves out of state and they were so kind to make an exception with the amount of people that came to my say yes to the dress appointment. They connected me when my dress was ready and it was all seamless!
We had the absolute most amazing experience yesterday at NFBS. My daughter’s first stop on the hunt for her wedding dress and she didn’t want to go anywhere else. My only concern...
was timing as the wedding date is in December. I was assured that they would be able to make it work. We were paired with the manager Sophie who was just beyond all expectations. She had listened to my daughter’s thoughts and concerns and literally the first dress she brought out was the one she bought! My daughter looked and felt beautiful! Several others also looked beautiful but the first one was just stunning. Three of the 4 girls shopping that morning bought the first dress they tried on. I don’t think it’s a coincidence. These are lovely professionals with a fantastic eye for what suits each bride, and aligns with their desires and dreams. We were only brought dresses that were within our price range and those that would be available in our time frame. If you’re looking for a personalized and customized bridal experience there is no better place. The dresses are high quality and beautiful. I highly recommend NFBS.
I worked with Tori and Ava at NFB and had an amazing experience. I felt like they really listened to what I was looking for and made finding a dress so easy. The store is always so...
beautiful!
I had the BEST experience at North Fork Bridal Shoppe! I came in as a very anxious and indecisive bride, and Sophie and Lindsey were absolute angels throughout the entire process. ...
They were kind, patient, and never pushy. They truly listened to me, helped guide me in the right direction, and made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed — they really let me take my time, which meant so much to me. Thanks to them, I found the dress of my dreams and actually enjoyed the process of getting there! I can’t recommend them enough.
If you are looking for a dress shop that truly cares about your needs and wants, this is the shop! After dress shopping for my sister in 2023 and finding her dress here, I knew it ...
was my first and only stop. They were very responsive and got me an appt quickly(even without a date picked). All the girls were amazing and had me in dresses that I got to choose before hand. They listened to my every critique and before I knew it I was in my perfect dress! I went with a dress without sleeves but with the vision of having sleeves added which I had wanted for my winter wedding. They got me set up to see Lucy at Lucy’s alterations and even allowed me to borrow the sample dress to show Lucy the vision. The girls got my additional fabric ordered and we were able to make it my perfect, one of a kind gown! Without their expertise and recommendation I would’ve never even thought my dream dress was possible but they made it happen! I also got my beautiful veil from here that made my winter vision come true. I highly recommend this shop to any future bride, you will not be disappointed!
My experience with NFBS was absolutely amazing! This was my first stop and I was set to go to others afterwards. My stylist Ava did an amazing job finding dresses that were exactly...
what I envisioned. I said yes to the dress on my first appointment and didn’t need to look any further. Absolutely amazing experience!
I had the most incredible experience at NFBS and I can't recommend them enough! My hubby treated me to the VIB package and boy do they know how to make a bride to be feel special. ...
The atmosphere of the shop is adorable, welcoming, and elegant—perfect for the moment when you're shopping for your dream dress (with tons of cute photo ops too). The staff was so friendly and attentive, making me feel like a priority from start to finish. I was able to try on several dresses that matched my vision and ended up finding the one—and the moment I slipped it on, I just knew. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful experience they gave me, and I can’t recommend them enough to any bride-to-be!

This place is a must see! The attention to detail is spectacular. Ava was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so special. It was such a pleasure to find my dream dress here!

ttendant, Ava, was so helpful, patient, attentive and nice. I showed her exactly what I was looking for with key signature features and every dress she pulled mirrored everything I was looking for. Each dress was more beautiful than the next! She was not pushy at all or trying to make a sale, which I have experienced in the past from other bridal shops. My appointment was the last one of the day and scheduled for one hour, but I ended up being there for about 3 hours and closed the place, but they never hurried us along or made us feel rushed. They truly made this experience special and will forever be special to me. I highly recommend them!
What an experience! The shop is beautiful! When you arrive for your appointment you are escorted to your own large room, beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for family and ...
friends. Your assistant will listen to your dress inspirations and bring you a variety of dresses. My assistant was so patient and helpful. She brought me dresses, listened to my feedback, and then selected dresses that she thought I would like. You really feel treated like a queen. There is no high pressure sales. It’s such an elegant and classy shop and that is how you are treated. I definitely suggest splurging for the VIB (very important bride) experience. Wine and a cheese, nut, and fruit platter are served to you and your guests. It’s a private event where you will be assigned two bridal assistants and the shop will only be open to you and your guests. It was a great, pampering experience. All the women at NFB are helpful and professional. I bought my dress from NFB and I am so happy with the dress and the experience. I can’t say enough good things! I highly recommend NFB!
Jordan was amazing! My family and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She made me feel so comfortable, didn’t rush me, and listened to my vision. Wouldn’t have found ...

All of the girls are so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! I worked with Victoria & Morgan and felt so comfortable in their hands. Not only did they listen to my verbal comments, they also could decipher my body language and non verbal comments, which was really helpful. They stayed within my budget and picked out the perfect dresses for me to try on based on what dream I described. They explained things very clearly to me and my family.
I would absolutely suggest booking an appointment at this shop! There are great photo ops too so it’s a lot of fun!
Also, to comment on my experience for after the wedding... the dress was perfect, I got so many compliments. The dress I tried on had different coloring but with the guidance from the ladies at NFBS, I was able to get my dress in ivory and have the fabric to line to the top. Looking back, finding my wedding dress at NFBS was one of my favorite parts of planning! Again, definitely recommend!
I included pictures from my wedding day and the day I bought the dress.

ating and had such great energy. I said yes to the dress at my first appointment. They really listen to what you are looking for and cater to all of your wedding gown dreams. I also went back a few times to try the dress on with certain bridesmaids color dresses and they were always happy to help. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
I had THE best experience at NFBS. My bridal consultant, Morgan was extremely helpful. I preordered a dress ahead of time and tried that on first (and ended up choosing that one!) ...
but Morgan really listened to what I exactly wanted and picked all beautiful dresses. All the staff were extremely friendly. This shop even does the little things, like put your name and countdown to your wedding on a screen. It’s so thoughtful! They are thorough with every part of the process. I couldn’t recommend more!

What. A. Dress! This dress was amazing... HEAVY... but AMAZING! I wanted a ballgown with lace sleeves and little to no sparkle, but it didn't fit...
my personality. After my mom and sister gave a little more direction to the consultant, Christine, she had a "hold my beer" moment. The moment I saw her come around the corner with this dress, I knew it was THE DRESS! There was so much sparkle that on the day of, I was leaving a trail of glitter from the tulle. I changed into a lighter dress for cake and dancing after dinner, but that dress was everything.
My dress and headpiece were absolutely amazing and made me feel like a princess all day!
Helped me pick out the best dress. We’re so accommodating when my mom and I walked in without an appointment. Let me take my time with my decision and never made me feel pressured....
They have a great selection of dresses and sizes and all of the employees had smiles on their faces!

the calmest presence (which I definitely needed). She brought me a variety of dress styles and we found my dress in less than an hour! She really listened and made sure that my opinion wasn't being swayed by anyone in the room. 10/10 would recommend!

election of styles and even did a great job of getting me properly situated in dresses that were a bit small, which I struggled with at some other salons. They were respectful of my budget. Once I said yes they made me feel so very special and made it a true celebration. They even made sure to double check several times if this was really it and I was happy with the decision, I felt no pressure at all! Everyone at the store was so incredibly kind and helpful I would 1000% recommend them for your bridal dress.
Chrissy is the best !! She deffiantly gave me the greatest experience ever !

onscious bride...and I never felt more beautiful in my life! I thought I'd never want to put one on..and I ended up not wanting to take them off! I didn't feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable at any point. The ladies helped me, let me go back and forth and picked all types of dresses to help me narrow it down. This day was one I'll never forget and was very grateful to be able to share it with my mother and sister. I was treated to a VIB appointment and can't recommend this experience enough....from the treats, rosé, flowers, gifts to the personalized, private experience...it really made me feel like I was the only bride in the world! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I am SO grateful I found NFBS and had the opportunity to work with my stylist Chrissy. Prior to going to to NFBS, I went to two other bridal stores in Long Island. I had a terrible...
experience at one store (it was as if the stylist had never seen a full chested woman and brought me the tiniest dresses) and a decent experience at one store and thought I found my dress so was going to cancel my appointment at NFBS but my sister pushed me to go and I am SOOOOO happy I did. NFBS and Chrissy were different than the other stores/stylists and from the moment you walk in you are family and a VIP client. I was very nervous, scared, and worried to go dress shopping because I am self-conscious of my body and gained weight during COVID. NFBS and Chrissy never made me feel self-conscious, had dresses in my size, and made me feel like the MOST beautiful bride to be. Chrissy listened to what I was looking for, what I liked and didn’t like, and ultimately picked out a dress I would have never picked out for myself but looked AMAZING on me, was classic, elegant, and very bridal. Chrissy was truly the best and I could not imagine getting married in a different dress. I am so happy I said yes to the dress with NFBS and Chrissy and will be going back for an accessories appointment.

ave beautiful dresses! I had a great experience there and found my dress. My dress was ordered three sizes too big. I am aware that it is better to take a dress in than to have to add fabric. I wish I trusted my gut and went a least a size down from what they recommended but I’ve never been wedding shopping before. I felt pressured into ordering the size they said I needed. My dress came in 8 months after it was ordered, they didn’t have a seamstress in house but they did have a list of recommended seamstresses. So I picked up my dress and that was it from them. My alterations costed me a more than half of what I paid for the dress.
My only recommendation to new brides shopping for dresses. Even if you know it’s the dress I wouldn’t jump to say yes out of feeling pressure. You can always go back and say yes!
I was very anxious about a dress fitting. Just very nervous that I would not find something that was suitable for me in my price range. However, my experience at north fork bridal ...

Victoria and Ali picked out the most beautiful dresses and worked with me until I found my perfect dress! Victoria and Ali were extremely patient and super helpful in helping me make my decision!
I couldn't be happier with my decision to use North Fork Bridal Shoppe as my vendor of choice for wedding dress shopping! Thank you North Fork Bridal!
very sweet and patient. they asked for feedback on each dress i tried and helped me narrow down to the ONE. I absolutely loved my dress.
I loved my dress shopping experience here- the owner Lindsey helped me find the dress of my dreams and was so patient and helpful since this was the first bridal shop I went to, so...
she helped me narrow down the kind of dress I wanted. Other dress shops I visited made me feel rushed and felt pushy, but the team here was so patient and flexible and I felt like no one was pressuring me to decide. When I came back to make my final decision between 2, Jordan was so helpful also. I also loved the experience at the shop since there were private areas away from each other, so me trying on along with other brides was still private, and we didn’t see or overlap with each other. I also loved how they had the 360 cameras so I could see the backs of the dresses on the screen. And the overall ambiance in the shop is so friendly, cute and fun. I ended up going with an Essence of Australia gown and Laura Jayne veil, and couldn’t have been happier. The team was great at communicating with me and also recommended a superb alterations specialist, By Hand Alterations and I truly couldn’t be happier with how my gown turned out! I highly recommend them!

he styles and just try on more dresses! Ali was so personable and listened to my interests/disinterests of every dress I tried on. I really wanted that wow moment and wanted to feel like and look like a princess. We were coming to the end of the dresses that suited my style and we had concluded that the other dress from the other place was going to be my dress. But she gave me one more dress just to try on and of course I tried it on because I liked being in dresses and wow she found the perfect mix of everything I wanted. She really sold me when she put the veil and tiara on. Even put me in tears!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about North Fork Bridal! From the moment me and my girls walked up to the door and we were greeted by Victoria who is so kind and sweet. I did ...
the VIB so we had the place to ourselves, fun music on and rose with a cheeseboard. Victoria and Chrissy began to pull dresses for me to try on and I loved most of them. They even put some in the dressing room from a different designer or style from what I originally wanted to be sure I didn't want something different. The 7th dress I tried on was THE ONE and I started crying happy tear and the girls were all so excited. We then took photos in all the gorgeous areas of their space - this was truly one of the best days of my life! I can't imagine dress shopping anywhere else - NFBS is the best!!

o comfortable for being half naked in front of a stranger; by the end of my appointment she felt like a new friend. The atmosphere is INSANE in the best of ways - so many adorable photo opps and props for me and my bridal party to have way too much fun with. I fell in love with and said “yes” to my dress and the price was well within my budget!! We celebrated in the shop with rosé which they provided. I genuinely can’t praise NFBS or the employees enough for making my first ever shopping experience a day to remember. I am still on Cloud 9 and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a dream come true! Thank you, NFBS!!!
A few brides recommended this shop so I had to try it, and I’m so happy I did. I had such an amazing time at NF!! Ali was my consultant and she was wonderful. I showed her an image...
of a gown I loved and she nailed it on the first pull! I also love how she kept the appointment moving. I was in and out of gowns efficiently to get a feel for different ones and not spend too much time in ones I wasn’t crazy about. She was honest and straight forward about pricing which is also always appreciated. Everyone was so sweet and it made me feel so special! If you haven’t you definitely need to try some gowns on here.

I actually wanted. Chrissy worked with me and my group to get a dress I fell in love with. It was my first appointment so I wanted to try on some other dresses to be positive. I visited a few more shops and nothing compared to North Fork Bridal. The staff, the dressing room and the overall feeling was so wonderful. They have so many gorgeous dresses. Chrissy also made sure to tell me the prices and didn’t pull anything over budget. Thank you so much North Fork Bridal and thank you Chrissy for finding the most beautiful dress!!!

They were so sweet and great to deal with.
