About this vendor
Based in New York City, No Fuss Bride offers fitness and nutrition advice to help people feel their best for their wedding day. This company focuses on giving their clients genuinely useful advice that they can live by even after the wedding. They focus on simple, straightforward support to help you feel your most confident for this important milestone.
Owner Courtne is a certified personal trainer. She was inspired to open this business after experiencing how difficult it can be to find helpful, health-focused advice when preparing for her own wedding. From this, she hopes to combine her work with No Fuss Bride with understanding and kindness.
Courtne starts her training process with a consultation, where you can discuss your goals for the process. No Fuss Bride offers tailored services to suit what you want, whether that's a workout routine or nutrition advice. Through it all, she focuses on ensuring you are happy and comfortable, helping you to stay motivated.
Services Courtne offers:
1 on 1 in personal training ( Manhattan only)
1 on 1 virtual training
Self guided workouts with required weekly check in
Nutrition consultation (with or without training)

Working with Courtne to prepare for my wedding was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Not only did I transform physically, I have a completely new understanding...
of the benefits of having a workout regimen, and a deeper understanding of nutrition. I had never been able to stick to a routine for long, but Courtne has become such an important part of my every day life. Working out with her 3 times a week is so mentally and physically beneficial to me. She is an amazing coach that pushes you but also makes you feel completely comfortable through it all. I also appreciate her guidance when it comes to your relationship with food. She preaches that there are no “bad” foods, and there is still so much to enjoy! My life has been transformed, and all of my loved ones have bared witness to it. I am forever grateful for her, and will not stop this journey with her just because my original goal has been met. There are many more heights to reach!
