Ninety Eight Wedding Co.

y captured us so naturally that we were able to just enjoy the experience together. When we received our pre-wedding photos, we both had real tears in our eyes. We were completely blown away by how beautifully they captured our love and all of the little moments in between. Every single photo felt like a work of art, and we honestly couldn't stop looking through them. We feel so incredibly lucky to have Gui and Joe as our wedding photographers. After seeing what they created during our pre-wedding shoot, we are even more excited for our wedding day. They are truly talented, kind, and an absolute dream to work with. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

energy to a day that naturally moves at an incredibly fast pace. They kept us relaxed while staying on top of every detail and made everything feel effortless. When we received our sneak peek, we were blown away. Every image feels timeless, intentional, and full of emotion. They captured exactly how that day felt. Looking through the gallery instantly transported us back to the day. As a creative myself, I came in with a vision and a few ideas, and they embraced them while elevating everything. Their eye for composition, light, and storytelling is exceptional. Choosing Gui and Joe was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. They are incredibly talented, kind, professional, communicative and a joy to spend your wedding day with. Thank you both for giving us memories and photos we'll cherish for the rest of our lives.

eave a review. They both made the shoot so fun, the photos came out spectacular, and we received them back so quickly. The album is curated with different shots as well as black and white photos. They are extremely easy to work with and really listen for what you're looking for. Highly recommend!!

hers, but our first meeting was with Gui and we ended up making our decision that same day, which has been the easiest and best decision we have made so far! After our engagement shoot, my fiancé and I both feel super confident with how our wedding photos will come out and also about how comfortable we’ll feel having them around on our wedding day. Our engagement photos came out better than we could’ve imagined– I genuinely can’t recommend Ninety Eight Wedding Co. enough!!!

felt natural and every detail was cared for. They managed to capture the raw emotion of our day in a way that feels like we’re reliving it every time we look at the gallery. If you want a team that genuinely cares about your story and makes your day better just by being there, I cannot recommend them enough. They gave us memories for a lifetime, and for that, we are eternally grateful We can’t thank enough for their amazing work. From start to finish, they were professional, kind, and so easy to work with. They didn't just take photos; they truly assisted us and made the whole day run smoother. The final results are breathtaking—they captured the essence of our day perfectly.

SO beautifully and so skillfully. The pictures actually look like they should be in a fashion magazine and I never thought I could say that. Coming from someone who is very awkward in front of a camera - our engagement shoot honestly felt routine because he is incredible at making you feel at ease. If you are looking for a photographer who produces high-end, candid photos, who is also so personable & so easy to work with, then this is him!! Honestly I do not think words do him justice. 10000/10 recommend. You’ll regret not hiring him, trust me. Over the MOON with our photos!!

tiful, but because they feel elevated and intentional, like magazine-level editorial images that still capture real emotion. They noticed everything: the quiet glances, the small gestures, the love happening in the margins. And the Super 8 video… wow. It made our hearts melt. Watching it feels like stepping back into the day, which is priceless because the day itself flies by. We’re so grateful for the care and artistry they brought to capturing our wedding, and for giving us a way to remember the wonderful moments long after the blur fades. You can tell this is their passion, and they do it incredibly well.

h is exactly the energy you want on your wedding day. Not only were Gui and Joe extremely patient and thoughtful when managing group photos and family requests, but they also made sure we got all of the couple shots and ambiance photos we had hoped for. Nothing ever felt rushed or stressful, and they made the entire process feel easy and seamless from the very beginning. We were super lucky to have beautiful late-November foliage and some daylight, and it is no surprise that they completely maximized it. The sneak peeks we received are stunning!! The lighting, composition, and editing are all so beautiful and timeless. We’re absolutely obsessed already and can’t wait to see the rest. If you’re looking for a team that is not only incredibly talented but also kind, calm, and amazing to work with, we can’t recommend 98 wedding co enough.

sion for our wedding portraits; we wanted editorial, fun, classically New York vibes - drawing on the architecture of the city. Gui not only brought that vision to life; he exceeded expectations!  Gui truly has an amazing talent for capturing moments in a way that not only creates a beautiful image but also tells a story. Also, he made us feel so comfortable in the process!! My husband and I were both really worried we would feel/look awkward and mess up our photos, but Gui is so great at directing and finds all of the most flattering angles!  Also, we spent so much time with Gui throughout the day, and I can confidently say that he made our special day even brighter. By booking with 98 Wedding Co you are supporting two wonderful people who genuinely love what they do and care about making your day what you dreamed it could be! You should absolutely book!

comfortable behind the camera, which made our photos all look natural and genuine. They were extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and flexible during our year of planning, which took a ton of stress off our plates. HIGHLY recommend this duo

wedding and feel comfortable in front of the camera. We loved our candid photos most and how authentic, yet stylized, the final images looked. I can't say enough—HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

d our bridal party. The vision we had in our heads of what our wedding photos would look like truly came to life - and then some. The lighting, the perfect use of flash, and their ability to make every shot look like it belongs in Vogue absolutely blew us away. From our first virtual meeting to our engagement photoshoot, to our final walkthrough before the wedding, Gui made us feel so secure throughout the entire process. His patience in answering our questions and ensuring every detail was understood was so appreciated. On the day of, Chris and I felt completely at ease in both Gui and Joe’s direction and guidance, their calm energy and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you, Gui and Joe, for your partnership, attention to detail, and for truly listening to what we were looking for - you absolutely surpassed any expectations we had. tos (despite the rain) but also created such a joyful experience, and we genuinely had so much fun taking pictures! The photos are stunning and truly reflect the love, beauty, and happiness we felt that day. They are so meaningful and more perfect than we could have ever imagined. We’re endlessly grateful to you both!

the moment and all the emotions absolutely great. As a photographer myself, I have high standards, and they did an amazing job. I can highly recommend working with them if you want someone to capture moments and emotions for life.

f the camera - something that doesn’t come naturally to either of us! His calm energy, clear communication, and professionalism made everything feel easy and stress-free. Looking through our photos, we’re blown away by how beautifully he documented the day - not just how everything looked, but how it felt. We couldn’t have asked for more from a photographer, and we’re so grateful we had Gui there with us. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only incredibly talented but also kind, thoughtful, and a true professional, we can’t recommend Ninety Eight Wedding Co. enough.

DUMBO, and (finally!) to our wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, Gui and Joe captured every moment beautifully! Their photos are stunning - romantic, timeless, and full of life. Gui and Joe are both incredibly kind, warm, and skillful professionals. They bring their expertise while also making you feel totally at ease. Our entire wedding party and families thought the same - we got so much feedback that everyone was having fun and felt so comfortable with Gui and Joe. And the photos turned out better than we could have ever expected - we continue to get more and more compliments that they look like something out of a fashion magazine. We will treasure these photos and our experience with Ninety Eight Wedding forever. We absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect photographer.

like we were taking a stroll through the West Village with an old friend. He made us laugh and feel comfortable right from the start and we couldn’t wait to work with him again for our wedding reception. We had some pre-wedding jitters and Gui's calming and professional demeanor helped ease us. He graciously weaved his way through our crowd, capturing the most authentic and gorgeous photos- I almost forgot he was around! Honestly there are so many photographers to choose from in the NYC/New Jersey area but working with Gui was the BEST decision. We are so thankful to have him as the perfect addition to our special day and can’t recommend him enough!

Our wedding day was what every bride dreads weather wise... ice, snow, rain... you name it, we had it. Dark skies and stormy weather aren't exactly the ideal scenario, but Gui and Joe worked with what they had and the outcome was beautiful. They went above and beyond to capture every precious moment, often going unnoticed behind the lens but without missing a single important detail. While they are both so talented, they are also warm, calm, and friendly which made the whole experience feel so effortless, especially for a girl who's camera shy and awkward in front of the camera! The photos are stunning. If you're looking for photographers who capture the essence and magic of your day, look no further. My only regret is not hiring them for our engagement photos and rehearsal dinner. I can't wait to work with you both again in the future for other life milestones!!!! THANK YOU!

together at our wedding next year. Our work started with a kick off call where Gui asked questions about our style, goals, and vibes. From there, we were able to very quickly get a shoot on the books, and despite it being a 39 degree day, Gui immediately made us feel comfortable shooting in the streets of Tribeca. He completely captured the vision of editorial meets real-life, giving us SO many options to choose from for all our needs. I know we will treasure these photos for a lifetime. Can’t recommend Gui enough – he made us look straight out of a magazine!! So so thankful.

engagement photos turned out so beautifully and got us so excited for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Gui was so easy to work with. Anytime we had questions (and there were many), he was quick to respond and always made us feel like a priority. His communication was clear and stress-free, which made the whole process so much easier. On the wedding day, Gui was more than just our photographer—he was a wonderful part of the experience. He captured every special moment perfectly, and we were so happy to have him there with us. The photos are absolutely stunning and truly capture all the love and joy of the day. We’re beyond grateful to Gui for giving us these memories to treasure forever!

made us feel incredibly comfortable and was a joy to have with us throughout the day. Most importantly, the photos turned out even better than I could have imagined! Joe really captured the joy, love and energy of the day.

oup. They helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and captured the purest joy from us and all of our guests on our wedding day. Through the entire processes they were responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions about the planning process. Our photos are STUNNING and I could not be more pleased with the results. We really felt like our love was captured in the candid moments, and we have never felt so photogenic. Choosing the right photographer was very important to me, and I am so honored to say we made the very best choice with Gui and Joe. Not only will we have these photos to treasure for years to come, but we will always remember how great of an experience it was. There was no sense of pressure on the day of, and we were able to truly enjoy our day and still have all of our happiest moments captured. P.s. Get the film photos!! We are in awe of how unique these are and they show a completely different perspective on the day!

and made the whole process so effortless! He gave us tips on where to look and where to stand, but also the photos still looked candid. Could not have asked for a better photographer.

as beyond amazing. Gui really took the time to understand the vision we had for our shoot, capturing the moody, intimate vibe we were going for. He made sure to explore different areas of the hotel to create a variety of unique, beautiful photos that we’ll cherish forever. Not only is Gui incredibly talented, but his warm and relaxed approach made us feel so comfortable throughout the session. He asked thoughtful questions to understand our style (we wanted something more editorial and documentary-like) and really delivered on that. The entire experience felt effortless, and we had so much fun in the process. We were thrilled with how quickly we received our photo gallery, and Gui was very responsive to any questions we had. We can’t wait to continue working with him for our wedding day! If you're looking for a photographer who’s not only skilled but also personable and dedicated to bringing your vision to life, Ninety-Eight Wedding Co. is the way to go!

oach truly made us feel like we can trust his lead to deliver the upmost beautiful and authentic photos, and that he did! We cannot wait for Joe to shoot our wedding in 2025. He's a doll!

. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We can’t wait for 98 to shoot our wedding!

d not awkward in front of the camera to integrating into our wedding day seamlessly, getting every shot I wanted and more. The photos speak for themselves too! Joe's eye for detail is impeccable and some of my favorite photos are of the small moments between my husband and myself on our wedding day. I was stressed about not getting all of the shots I wanted on our day because of the weather but Gui found a moment later in the night when the rain stopped to take us outside and get the most cinematic photos that I love. We weren't sure if wanted to have a videographer for our wedding but are so happy we decided on 98weddingco for videography as well. Joe and Gui worked so well as a team and Joe subtly videoed so many of our favorite moments on our wedding day. We had guests not even realize we had a videographer and yet our wedding video is perfect. 100% would recommend!

behind the camera and he was able to capture his best smiles and his best poses. As a person of color, it’s hard to always trust that your photographer will capture you in the best lighting and know how to photograph you. Gui exceeded our expectations. My husband even left his sunglasses at home that we planned to wear and Gui selflessly let him borrow his own pair so that we could get the look that we wanted for our photos! (Gui’s were way better anyway!). He even help me with timeline and helped ease any anxiety that I had about the aesthetic of the venue. He helped create and captured timeless moments and we will forever be grateful for him.

Gui was such a pleasure to work with. He made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun! We can not wait for the wedding!

direction. Working with him felt like hanging out with a friend. We wanted a photographer who truly captures the feeling of a moment - and we absolutely got that with Gui. He was a perfect fly on the wall at our wedding and captured everything with his amazing documentary style exactly as we dreamed. We cannot imagine our wedding with a different photographer!

many many photographers and they truly came out on top of the search. But what I can add that might not come through in their photos is that behind the camera, they will both make you feel so comfortable at the engagement shoot through the big day. They are calm and composed, show up on time, and truly want their couples to be happy. My husband in particular does not like being the center of attention, and they met us where we were at with amazing results! I highly recommend Gui and Joe as your wedding photographers and wish them only continued success and growth.

they exercised, and the creativity they instilled into the photos was incredible. We truly couldn't be happier with the way our wedding photos turned out. On top of that, Joe and Gui clearly love what they do, and that showed in the photos they captured. 10/10 recommend them to anyone in need of photography services.

t behind the camera is truly extraordinary. His photos are not just pictures; they are works of art that beautifully encapsulate the joy and love we felt. What we love most is how natural and full of dimension the photos are—Gui has an amazing ability to capture candid moments that feel genuine and full of life, rather than posed or staged. Joe’s videography is equally breathtaking. His attention to detail is sincerely remarkable. He created an absolutely stunning video that perfectly complements Gui’s photos, capturing the essence of our day in a way that feels both intimate and cinematic. Beyond their incredible skills, Gui and Joe were simply wonderful to work with. They are not only extremely professional throughout the entire process, but also genuinely kind and caring individuals. They made us laugh and feel completely at ease, allowing our true emotions to shine through in every frame and scene. We are so grateful to 98weddingco for giving us memories we will cherish forever. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional wedding photography and videography.

authentically capture us a couple—truly magic! My fiancé and I are decidedly not picture people, but had so much fun during the shoot and are amazed by how well the photos turned out. Who knew we could look this good? We can’t wait to work with 98 Wedding Co for our wedding!!

king us feel so comfortable every step of the way. Not to mention... Their work and the finished product is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Seriously, jaw dropping. They captured the essence of the day(s) perfectly and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. If you're thinking about hiring them, do it! You won't be disappointed.

so comfortable on the day, guiding us and our friends through the photo session with so much patience. I wish I could get married again (to the same person!) to work with them all over again!

was so seamless. They are both so quick at answering your emails and answering any questions you may have. They captured every single moment throughout our shoot and we truly could not be happier with how the photos came out. They executed our vision better than we could have dreamed off. Extremely talented and amazing to work with!!

e delivered, and there are truly hundreds of photos that I love. Cannot recommend hiring Gui to be your photographer enough!

ur engagement photos with Gui in Central Park. I remember telling Gui that I was nervous and feeling like I would be awkward in front of the camera. Gui immediately made me and my partner feel at ease and captured us as we are -- and we were blown away by the photos. We even made them into our guest book at the wedding. Fast-forward to the actual wedding in February and Gui and Joe were the absolute best. They were present but not overbearing, they captured the day as it unfolded, and took advantage of the light and the venue as I could never have predicted. They also made group shots with family painless (which is a feat). Their collective creativity and kindness is unmatched. They're also just fun and STYLISH. Getting our photos back after the wedding has been a beautiful way to re-live our wedding day. Our family and friends are in awe of how good they came out. If you like editorial and documentary-style photography, 98 Wedding Co. is an absolute must-book. We cannot thank Gui and Joe enough.

k with. They made it so fun and it felt like my partner and I were on a date, chatting, laughing and getting to know the group. We got the photos back recently and are BEYOND thrilled with the results. We CANNOT wait for the wedding day. They're super responsive, fun, amazing at what they do and SUPER adaptable!

. His talent and eye for capturing the perfect moments left us in awe. Gui's easygoing nature made us feel completely comfortable on our wedding day. Gui and Joe were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, which was such a relief during the "hectic" wedding planning and nerves with so many questions we had. We cannot recommend Gui & Joe highly enough. You will not be disappointed at all. Thank you, Gui, for your exceptional work and wonderful personality, hope to work with you for any future events!

and Joe have a passion for capturing special moments that comes through in their approach and stunning photographs. It was their first time at our venue but you wouldn’t know it from the photographs. They researched the venue ahead of time and within a few minutes of getting there, they found these mind-blowing spots and angles I never even knew were there. Seriously, they had a vision for our venue, in ways no other photographer has shown! They were genuinely excited and in-the-moment the whole day. They would find the most magical light in little corners and get so excited while shooting! I loved feeling their excitement for our wedding. Gui and Joe bring the best kind of energy. They're the kind of people you want around on any day, not just for their insane talent but for the fun, positivity, and calming presence they brought. I was nervous about being in front of the camera all day, but they helped me find poses that felt natural to me and my husband (!!). They made us laugh and feel so confident! I’m still confused at how they managed to get all of these cool candid shots of us, but as soon as I looked up for them they were right by me. When I got a sneak peek of our photos, my jaw hit the floor – they were beyond anything I'd imagined, all gorgeous shots. My friends and family are all saying this album should be on a magazine, and I totally agree! I'm already thinking of excuses to host another event just to get them back. To Gui and Joe – you captured our day in a way that will always take us back to those special little moments and we are forever grateful. Thank you!

makes them so special is that they truly care about you as a couple, it feels like having a pair of comfortable, calming, lovely friends with you the whole day of your wedding. They do an amazing job of suggesting poses, places and ideas of photos while also capturing the raw moments you have with your partner. There is no "bossing" around or imposing a certain vision that you may find with other creatives. These two have a gift of making anyone in their presence feel comfortable & beautiful. They also have great turn around time. We also did our engagement photos with them about a year prior to our wedding. This was also an amazing experience. We were able to meet Gui & Joe for the first time, learn how to pose/work with them and truly get comfortable. I highly recommend making this happen before the big day, I can't imagine not having these stunning photos from both days! Brilliant, wonderful & talented people. 98 Wedding Co. is a non-negotiable decision for my wedding that I would make over & over again. You will not regret!

son, Gui was the kindest, most welcoming human. We are usually camera shy, and Gui and his team made us feel so confident. Not only is this team filled with high quality humans, Ninety Eight Wedding Co is incredibly talented. We have been blown away by every single photo we have received. Our family can’t stop showing them off and my wife and I are so happy looking back through some of our greatest memories every day thanks to y’all. We couldn’t recommend Gui and Ninety Eight Wedding Co enough for those looking for an excellent photo video team for their big day.
