Awful experience. Called them and asked the guy for a quote. First thing he asked was the cheapest offer I had gotten. Then after telling him those and why I wasn’t interested in t...
hem and STILL LOOKING for another vendor (HINT HINT BRO), guy tells me he “wouldn’t want to scare me with his prices” and condescendingly denied a THIRD time when I asked for what the price range was. Couldn’t believe it. Worst customer service I’ve encountered when booking this sort of service. Save yourself a call.
My brother in law had a wedding this weekend. Approximately 1 1/2 hours prior to the arrival of the limo, the bride was contacted and told that the limo was in the shop. They can...
celled the entire pickup. The company knew 2 days prior that the limo was in the shop and they never relayed the message or corresponded at all to anyone. I ended up driving the entire wedding party myself with several trips to salvage the damage and stress this company has caused. This is a horseshit company. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
Brides and Grooms BEWARE! Just this past Saturday, my new sister-in-law was set and scheduled with this company for her WEDDING DAY! An hour and half before they were suppose to ...
come and pick up the groomsmen and bring them to the venue, THEY CANCELED!!! CANCELED! They canceled because they said that the limo was in the shop. The killer is, they had no back up plan or way to fix this by sending another car, calling another company to step in.... NOTHING. Further... this limo was in the shop days before the event, so they had plenty of time to come up with a back up plan should something happen.
I am absolutely disgusted with the company and the fact that they just left a bride hours before her big day high and dry with no transportation and nothing more and than am "I'm sorry". She did not deserve this nor does any bride deserve to be treated like this on their wedding day. The look on her face was shear heart break and I could not stand by and not warn others of how unprofessional this company was bc this is a HUGE part of their business. I have never heard of this happening to anyone and with so many other options out there, I beg that you go somewhere else. A true test of the character and integrity of company is how they treat their patron when unexpected things happen and this was was a very true picture of how this company may treat you if something happens. Go some where else!!!
Horrible experience with them. I just got married yesterday and had a limo booked for both the groomsmen and bridal party for over 6 months ! I got a call an hour before my weddin...
g yesterday saying they had the limo being worked on in the shop when he’s known for two days already! Why did I get a call an hour before ?? They couldn’t do anything for us ! We had to have my brother in law drive us to the wedding . The whole point of the limo was to not stress any guests out... a total inconsiderate company and a waste of money ! Do not hire these people, it was absolutely horrible !!!! I have yet to receive money back . Overall horrible experience for me and my wedding party . We were all stressed out!
Overall using Nightstar Limo worked out fine for our wedding but of all our vendors, they were the one I was most nervous about beforehand. I chose Nightstar based on the reviews a...
nd reasonable pricing. My biggest complaint with them was communication and professionalism. They were sometimes very hard to get hold of over email. After I had already booked and made a downpayment, it once took 5 weeks for them to answer an email with a question about the limo. However, if I called directly, someone would always respond. The limo (we had a party bus) itself was fine - clean and go the job done (although it was raining and the roof had a few leaks). The limo driver himself was great - super accommodating and went with the flow to all our photo shoot locations. Overall, they were a fine company to work with but if you choose them be prepared that communication will be a little slow.
Want to have a great limo with a great driver ?
give them a call...i recommend it
Clean and on time service with a good looking limo that stands out when it pulls up ( Especially decorated ) .
We had our wedding with them and also our rides to the airport for our honeymoon.

Perfect!

You have found your company with newer limos at reasonable prices.
Awesome team to work with.
From the dispatcher to the actual driver everyone was professional.
Pure perfection and on time service from a driver that was awesome.
One of the few companies that have a 2 hour min for a wedding.
Granted it was for a Sunday but still.
Thank you for everything.
Punctual and professional driver with a nice looking limo.
We used this service for my friends wedding and was blown away by the professionalism shown by the driver. We had a lot of fun!
Had a wedding in the city and contracted Nightstar for their services. Loved their punctuality and professionalism.
Five stars for Nightstar Limo! After researching MANY limo services in Chicago, we chose Nightstar because they were by far the most reasonable price wise, and had 5 star reviews! ...
They were very flexible as well... picking up the entire bridal party then returning to the hotel two more times for parents and other family members. Our driver, Valentino, was very polite and stuck to the timeline perfectly. Highly recommend!
Five stars for this wonderful company and their super nice driver.
Excellent service ! Your company is top notch. Professional, courteous drivers.Thank you for making it nice for us on our wedding day.
Beyond grateful for the excellent communication, the amazing price and the 100% professional service. I would highly recommend Nightstar, and will use their services in the future...
. They provided the best limo style party bus to/from my wedding, everyone was comfortable and had fun on-board (we brought our own champagne headed to the reception).
I reserved a Limousine with Nightstar for a wedding party and I had a great experience with this company.
I used Wedding sites to get quotes from several limousine companies in and...
around Chicago and received a straightforward quote within 24 hours from Nightstar Limo. They didn't try to force me to buy extra services or get me on the phone to do a hard sell. I really appreciated that. When I did decide to go with Nightstar limo, the reservation process was easy, the agent on the phone answered all my questions and was very polite and courteous.
They were wonderful. They didnt care if we had a wheel chair for my mother, the driver was helped us the whole time with it.
After a dozen emails (i had a lot of questions) we booked them for our wedding and could not be more happy.
Daniel is the best.
Chic and stylish.
From emails to booking to the actual limo..everything went smooth.
I mean when i say that they are the best at what they do.
These guys came through when I was stood up by another company in Chicago, and I am now a repeat customer.

My overall experience with them was great, from the actual booking ( Simple Process ) to the limo ride , everything was cool
Their Lincoln Mkt limo is the best for small parties, we had a blast in the limo drinking champagne and listing to music.
Loved the service they provided along with the awesome stretch limo.
We had a small wedding very far from the city and they didn't care about the extra miles of drive.
Attentive to everything, from emails to calls Daniel was the best!
Hi,
Having a wedding in the winter is not fun but our limo made it nice and warm.
Fully stocked with drinks and a driver that knew what he was doing , we had a blast.

oved the bus, we all enjoyed the beautiful decorations, champagne, cold drinks and loved that we could play our own music- it really got us pumped before the reception! The bus seated all of us very comfortably! We HIGHLY recommend Nightstar. Thank you again!
Booked the limo ONE DAY before my joint birthday with my girlfriend at 10pm. No issues. Solid price, solid everything.
Daniel, the sickest driver ever, showed up pretty promptly...
and he was super cool with all of my guests. Got us exactly where we needed to go quick. He was so quick that in fact when my time limit was close to expiring, he made sure I got back in time. I recommend getting that driver if you can, he's awesome.
The BEST customer service and driver I've had from a driving service, and just in general these guys were always amazing with it. Price is what it is, but the limo was big enough for about 14 people.
We wanted to take a moment to give our thanks to the Nightstar Limo Team. You guys were great to work with, very helpful and with such a great service. Our limo driver, whose name ...
slips our minds now, was fantastic and provided more help than what he was supposed to.
We rented a beautiful Ford Expedtion SUV limo that came with everything as promised.
Driver was experienced.
Great limo at a great price.
Thank you guys for a day to remember.
Very professional and very good prices.
From start to end they were awesome.
Emails are being responded with a few hours or less.
Decorations, champagne, drinks, flowers and many more is what this company offers in their wedding package.
Great service at a great price.
Good limos and courteous drivers.
It really make a big difference on your wedding day.

Beautiful limo cars. They were extremely professional, showed up early, clean, reliable and wonderful to have something different.
The one limo i liked and it was also cost effective is the Ford Expedition Suv limo ( up to 14 pass ).
Very nice and also comes with the wedding package.

edding ( That's how nice it is )
The driver only made 1 pick up and then left before we ( Bride and Groom ) needed to go and take pictures. We were left to take pictures at the reception location. DON'T BOOK!
they charged me PER HOUR, not for a minimum of 3 once I uttered the words 'wedding'!! Professional and timely! We also used them for the town car to and from O'hare for our honey...
