If you are debating which band/DJ to go with, I cannot express how happy you will be with your decision to go with NSE. I am sure everyone of their bands/DJs are great, we went with Nightshift and DJ Yaya for our big day and they were absolutely incredible. Our guests are still asking about them, how we found them, etc.

We had the most amazing experience with High Line and NSE! It's been a month since our wedding and the compliments for Keith and the entire High Line Band still keep pouring in! EVERYONE has said what an amazing and incredible band they were and how much fun the wedding was! Many commenting they were so high energy and that it was a non-stop dance party. The moment I pulled up in the trolley for the cocktail reception, hearing the saxophone and keyboard playing, setting the stage for our day …. I remember smiling and thinking to myself, this is going to be such a GREAT day! We knew of Night Shift because that band played at my nieces wedding thirteen years ago at the Four Seasons in Boston. We never forgot how incredible they were and what a party it brought, so booking a band with NSE was the first and easiest decision we made once we had a date. We quickly picked High Line as our favorite, and boy did they deliver! So happy we made the decision to add the saxophone! Having the sax lead the bride and groom in to the tent for their intro and first dance was incredible! Everyone on the NSE team made this an easy and enjoyable experience at every point in the process. It is so wonderful to work with people who truly love what they do and it is so evident they all love their music, love performing and enjoy being part of these special events for families. Every question and request was handled quickly, they made what could have been difficult decisions feel easy, and their coordination with our wedding planner was seamless. They took care of all the logistics while working within our budget, which made the entire experience remarkably stress-free. We booked Upper East, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about them. As a musician myself, I specifically chose them because I could tell how talented they were going to be, but they still completely blew me away. They were phenomenal musicians, incredibly engaging with our guests, accommodating throughout the night, and knew exactly how to keep the energy where it needed to be. We received so many compliments about our wedding, but the one thing we heard over and over again was: “That band was incredible.” They created such an amazing atmosphere for our guests and played a huge part in making the night feel as special as it did. The dance floor was everything we hoped it would be. The entire experience with Night Shift was truly turnkey. From helping us choose the right band through the planning and coordination process to ultimately giving us an unforgettable night. 12/10 experience. If you’re looking for a sure bet for your wedding entertainment, trust me when I say Night Shift Entertainment would be incredibly difficult to beat. he also played guitar throughout the reception, which brought such an amazing energy. We also highly recommend adding the saxophone player—the two of them together had the best dynamic and created an unforgettable experience for our guests! Erik was the perfect MC: engaging and polished for introductions and announcements, but never overly talkative. Before the wedding, he met with us twice over Zoom and was incredibly helpful in choosing music for both our ceremony and reception entrances. He really took the time to understand us and tailored the music perfectly to our style. At my request, he even personally edited the song for my father-daughter dance to make it shorter. Additionally, he even made a special mash up of songs for me after I saw a IG video I wanted to replicate. Erik is warm, personable, professional, and SO much fun. Even while DJing and playing guitar, he maintained an amazing awareness of my husband and me, immediately noticing if we needed anything or wanted to make a change. This was truly remarkable and something that really sets him apart! We cannot say enough wonderful things about him. If you’re lucky enough to have Erik available for your wedding, book him immediately before someone else takes your date! If you don’t like having fun, don’t book him—because he is THE most fun and will make your wedding an absolute party. He is simply the best!

The dance floor was packed the entire wedding as they kept the energy extremely high all night. Each individual band member is so incredibly talent, and together they are truly one-of-a kind. One of the things we loved most about them is their unique way to mash songs together. Not only did he have perhaps the best voice I’ve heard, but he was a tremendous MC at dinner introducing everyone for their speeches and making everything seem fluid. Everyone was so kind to work with and we absolutely adored them. It is also worth noting the professionalism of the NSE team. They also provided such fun recommendations like having our horn section start a procession line leading our guests out to the getaway car which was such a fun moment for us.
