New York Sounds DJ & Entertainment

time. The guest absolutely loved the photo booth which I booked through him as well. Since then I have referred him to many people who absolutely love his work and have booked my daughters upcoming sweet 16 with him as well. He goes above and beyond helping find an affordable venue and vendors to make your day a success. If you are looking for a one stop shop with amazing quality and professionalism NY Sounds Dj and Entertainment is the company for you!

ecommend him to any event!

country - from Nebraska to New Jersey to Puerto Rico - up and dancing all night long. Our guests enjoyed the evening so much that they didn’t want the party to end and we forgot to do the bouquet toss (which I’m completely ok with) because there was never a lull on the dance floor. His uplighting enhanced the reception venue and the photo booth was a major hit. Thank you Steve O and NY Sounds for making our reception a night we’ll never forget!

music, you truly had our guests saying this was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to. You even got Adam's grandparents on the dancefloor!! We are also extremely honored that you officiated our ceremony. It was exactly what we hoped for- meaningful with a touch of humor and short and sweet. If anyone is looking for an experienced, talented, passionate DJ, with an amazing personality- look no further. Steve O'Flaherty is your guy!!!

is very flexible and worked well with all of my vendors. Most importantly, he kept everyone on the dance floor, including myself! In looking at my reception photos, I realized the only photos of me are on the dance floor, accompanied by my friends and family! Everyone keeps telling us what a fun wedding we had, and it is in large part to Steve. Don't hesitate to book him!

rking with Steve was not only a pleasure, but he provided some great ideas to make the wedding unique and lots of fun. He helped us with our theme of "The Great Gatsby" with the right music, ideas on costumes and even what time to play certain songs. He told the caterer what he wanted and she fulfilled his requests. He met with me three times before the wedding and traveled to our home to make sure things went right. He even played officiant since he is a notary in the State of Florida. I cannot say enough good things about him, except if you want a great party, "Don't call Lou" call Steve.

e party going the whole night. I would HIGHLY recommend NY Sounds to any and all.

e crowd as well. We are still getting calls and texts about how good the music was. Thank you so much!

ning experience shows. The order of our reception was perfect. Go with whatever Steve recommends when it comes to planning the reception. Our guests had an outstanding time thanks to the order of our reception. But wait it gets better. The DJ we had was Bret. He was awesome. The party came to life with the music and announcing he provided. He truly was the spark that lit our wedding party up! My wife and I received a plethora of praise for how diverse our music playlist was. Mo-town, reggae, country, pop, dance, even ska! Bret had my entire wedding grooving all night. Stop looking for another DJ. Hire New York Sounds for you next event. I know I will again.

booth which is always a huge crowd pleaser. What I loved most is that he gave me a flash drive containing all the images at the end of the night.

ny photo booth I've ever seen! There was never and lulls and people were always dancing and having fun!! Steve even steamed my big special day on Facebook live!! The day was everything and more!!! Thank you soo much Steve!! Love ya!!

everyone loved the DJ”. He played music that appealed to all generations and everyone wanted to dance to. He was very professional and went with the flow when changes had to be made and was very easy to work with. Steve is energetic and charismatic which transferred into the experience he created for our guests. Steve/New York Sounds were recommended to us by a guest from another couple’s wedding and he was the only vendor we met personally (Florida was a destination wedding for us) and booked on the spot. We were confident he was the best of the business and were thrilled to see our instincts were right! He also put together a montage of photos that was projected during the father/daughter and mother/son dances that brought our parents to tears. The photo booth was a real crowd-pleaser too! He also provided and set up lights inside our venue that really made the ambiance in the room perfect. I would highly recommend Steve and NY Sounds to make any occasion exciting and fun for everyone of all ages! We could not have been happier with his Steve and his company!

g for us. It was one of the most amazing feelings I've ever had thanks to Steve. He had all of my guest dancing from start to finish. He played all the songs that I asked. He even gave us a USB with all the PhotoWall pictures that were taken from that day. Which was done by his wife who was absolutely amazing she was so polite and pleasant. She made sure me and my newly husband took photos at the photo wall knowing we would want them later but we're so busy at the time. I had a lot of compliments about her and Steve from my guests on how great the music was. I can't even say one bad thing about the whole experience with dealing with Steve he was always there for me and always answered any questions that I had. Please don't hesitate to call Steve you will not regret it. He has a lot of years of experience and knows a lot of different types of music so he won't let you down. Plus he has different types of packages that can fit all levels of budgets Thanks Steve!

did an excellent job! He listened to and followed through on every one of my requests and was really great and attentive (but not overbearing) on the day of the wedding! I would absolutely recommend Steve!!

rtable and confident. He truly makes the day all about you! He was on call for me the entire week leading up to the wedding and was flexible and easy going. On the wedding day Steve arrived early and not only set up his own equipment but made sure that the venue was ready as well. Along with the venue coordinator, Steve orchestrated the entire night so that things flowed flawlessly. The music fit the mood and the crowd perfectly! He got everyone up on the dance floor and having a blast. So many guests came up to me and commented on how awesome Steve was. If you are looking for someone who is professional, fun, kind, and talented Steve is your man! He is so much more than a DJ, he hosts the event in a smooth and effortless way, always keeping his clients (for us Bride and Groom) at the center of his focus. Thank you Steve for helping to make my wedding day the best day of my life.

asked us for his information at our wedding because people continued to tell us how great our DJ was. Our reception was so much fun and EVERYONE was on the dance floor. Thank you Steve!

constantly in contact with me and my husband. He gave us a timeline of things we should have done. He also gave us updates on his newest DJ equipment that we could include in our wedding! Steve was easily accessible in terms of contact, very professional (even with his NY background), and was easy to work with. In terms of the actual day, he did an amazing job! We provided him with a song list which he followed perfectly and smoothly. He kept the crowd energized and interested the entire evening. His DJ set-up is top of the line, modern, and chic along with the uplights he was able to include! We could not be any happier with our decision to have NY Sounds DJ & Entertainment be part of our special day! Thank you Steve (and Pitti)! You guys were amazing!

g are the DJ and the photographer. The DJ is the LIFE of the party, and literally can make or break the night. Steve was so down-to-earth and accommodating so we decided to book NY Sounds. This was one of the BEST decisions we made. The night of our wedding, NY Sounds provided great music and entertainment. Everyone at the wedding was constantly on the dance floor because of the great atmosphere the DJ created. NY Sounds made the night so special by adding lights, up-lighting, and flat screen TV's that displayed our pictures during dinner. I strongly recommend going with the TV package, which will also display father/daughter and mother son pictures during dances. This feature adds a great emotional component to the whole night...and the TV's also play music video mixes for songs--truly awesome stuff! The best part about NY Sounds is that everyone at the company is so nice and will bend over backwards to make sure your night is special. The company's packages are also very reasonably priced compared to other DJ's. Do yourself a favor and consider giving Steve a call if you are planning a wedding... I'm positive that you won't be disappointed!

for me and he rolled with it and made it happen. I would definitely use NYS DJ's again and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Steve for your hard work!

s something none of my guest had seen before, sooo much fun, and it gave my wedding a luxurious feel. The up-lighting transformed my venue and took my wedding to the next level. I would highly recommend DJ Steve to everyone!!

ator just to ensure I would have everything set for a perfect night! The set up he has is absolutely stunning along with his DJ and MC skills I seriously could not have asked for a better night! If you're looking for good music, an amazing MC, with a beautiful set up then New York Sounds is where it's at!! Thank you so much for creating the perfect party for my husband and I!! A party we will continue to talk about for years to come!

c. I definitely recommend him!

till talking about how much fun they had and how great the music was. From the moment my husband and I arrived at the reception, through introductions, dancing and cake cutting, all the way to our send off, DJ Steve completely handled the timeline of events, and ensured that every last detail was taken care of. We were able to relax, dance, and enjoy ourselves all night with the peace of mind that DJ Steve was coordinating with the staff for whatever was happening next. DJ Steve helped make our wedding everything we hoped it would be, and all for an extremely reasonable rate. We highly recommend him for your wedding!

anted a big party! We also both love the 80's era music. He knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen! Lets put it this way.....HE ROCKED THE HOUSE! Our guests didn't want it to end. We both recommend Steve for any occasion. Thank you DJ Steve for making our wedding exactly what we had expected! FUN AND MEMORABLE!
