Neltner's Farm was first established by Joseph Neltner, a German immigrant, in 1892. Ever since, it has been nurtured by six generations of the Clarence-Neltner family, who supply the local area with fresh produce. This beautiful farm offers a number of settings in which you can hold your ceremony and reception. You can choose between three outdoor locations for exchanging vows, each featuring scenic backdrops. For your reception, the venue offers two spacious barns, perfect for a rustic-themed celebration. There's also ample space for a tent if you'd like to set one up. Before the day begins, you can relax and get ready in the comfortable lounge area, or in the nearby Matthias, located above Camp Springs Tavern. Featuring exposed brick and hardwood floors, this beautiful space is ideal for spending time with friends and family or taking wedding photos. You can opt to rent one or both floors for your wedding prep. Matthias also features a large rehearsal space that's perfect for your pre-wedding dinner. This wedding venue is very special for those who want a unique wedding and who like having creative control. Guests said the location was "magical": they appreciated having differe...
nt areas so that the guests progressed from one area to another. You have everything to make this a special and convenient day for the wedding party, as well as the guests: getting ready in the rental house in the morning, having the ceremony out in the field by the corn and the hills, dinner under the tent as the sun set, dancing under the lights and the sycamore tree, to the after-party at the old tavern across the street. The barn serves as an area for the buffet and also a shelter in case of rain. Add the horses right there wanting interaction with guests, and you have an unforgettable night. The owner is a joy to work with, as is his team, including the tent rental team. Be sure to hire his recommended bartender so that your guests are well taken care of. Being able to purchase your own alcohol (recommend The Party Source, delivery and returns available!) and hire your caterer of choice are great bonuses. These people know what they are doing and make the planning enjoyable. The wedding party stayed overnight in the rental house, making it a safe and convenient 24+hour time for them to be together.
For those couples looking for a quaint, country wedding vibe... look no further! The venue is beautiful. They make great recommendations of vendors that they frequently work wit...
h, which makes set-up of this large space SO EASY! It rained quite a bit the night before the wedding, so they made some recommendations and adjustments to the set-up to avoid everything becoming a sloppy mess. The staff at Neltner's farm is also so amazing to work with. Kevin checked in with my husband and I throughout the night and even brought drinks to us :) I can't recommend this beautiful spot enough.
Exceeded expectations! Highly recommend!
PLANNING: Fast and quick to respond to any and all questions.
One of my favorite things about this venue is that it is not a "cookie cutter...
" wedding venue. We did not have to choose from a designated list of vendors, we did not have only one option for how the venue needed to be set-up, etc. We were really able to individualize the wedding and make it special so that it represented us as a couple.
THE WEDDING DAY: Kevin was absolutely amazing throughout the whole wedding day. He anticipated needs without even being asked like making sure the golf cart was always available for our grandparents. He took away so much stress which really allowed me to fully enjoy the day.
And of course the venue is absolutely beautiful! Our pictures came out amazing!
They also have a fall harvest festival every year (which we have already been back too) and plan on attending every year as a new family tradition and our first as newlyweds!
We had our wedding here on 9619. All night long we were getting compliments on how beautiful everything was. I reached out to Neltner’s multiple times over the year while planning ...
and they were always quick to respond and to help. They were very accommodating. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and the best day of my life. If I had to do it over again, I would choose Neltners every time.
Not only is this venue gorgeous and amazingly beautiful and fun but the Neltner’s and their staff are the most kindest and helpful people we could have ever asked for! Some of our ...
vendors promised things and ended up not doing them but that was NOT the case for Neltner’s. They did everything they promised and even more by letting the goats in the field after I told them I loved them! It was the one thing that kept our wedding from being a complete disaster !! THANK YOU NELTNER’S! This is truly where dream weddings are made!!

ng. I wish we could get married all over again just to be at Neltner's again! It was the most perfect day, and the Neltner's team helped us to make all our dreams a reality!

enue the entire night. The Neltner’s were amazing through the entire process and answered any questions we had and responded to emails very quickly! I also highly recommend getting the loft as well it’s great for getting ready with your bridesmaids and I had easy access to my run across the street when I needed to help set up and it looks amazing in pictures!

d straightforward and I love they give you the option to plan your own event and bring in your own vendors. They were quick to answer any and all questions I had leading up to my event. They even offer a lot of great, fairly priced add on services.
The farm is BEAUTIFUL and so well kept and there is so much room! It was easy working with Advantage Tent Rental in getting the tent set up on the concrete slab there and Kevin was there to make sure all things were going smoothly. Day of the party, Kevin was there in the morning as we set up and made sure everything we needed was there and was so helpful! Come party time we had everything we needed and everyone in attendance complimented on how beautiful the venue was. It was serene and beautiful and we felt a million miles away in the country yet we were still so close to AA and not far from the city. My wedding party was everything I hoped and wished it could be and more and Neltner’s Farm was a large part of that. I cannot thank their staff enough for all of the help and assistance and for being so easy and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend their services and venue to anyone!
I cannot say enough good things about this venue. They are the classiest of people who want to make everything perfect for every one of their couples. The venue works for all weath...
er scenarios even though it is on a farm. They also just recently added an AMAZING bridal suite that we used and seriously LOVED. They are responsive and were there for me and my family throughout the entire process. I would get married here over and over and over again.

unately it rained, but the barn was perfect and beautiful! Aside from that, everyone at Neltner’s is beyond kind and helpful and made us feel so comfortable and in good hands! Highly recommend.
My daughter and new son in law had their wedding here 4-14-18. From the time they booked this venue a year ago the entire Neltner family was amazing to work with. They don’t typica...
lly even have the venue ready by this time of the year but promised they would (meaning fresh flowers planted in all the flower boxes over the open bridge and covered bridge, mulched and tidied from the winter). It all looked beautiful. My daughter’s wedding was the first since the new barn renovation. It was unbelievable! Even though we had to move the ceremony from the pasture to inside the barn last minute (due to weather) it was as though it was planned that way all along. It was a seemless transition. The site is gorgeous with all the options you have here. We used the small barn in front of the venue for the bridal suite which was a perfect setting to get ready and enjoy everything before the ceremony. The Neltners have great relationships with all the vendors we used. The tent (Advantage Tent Rentals) was absolutely stunning and is perfect there on their property. Even though it rained (one of the guest said it was added ambiance) it was an absolutely magical night that we’ll never forget. Thank you Neltners for all you did to make it seem less and special! ny way he could. Everyone that attended the wedding told us how beautiful the venue was. We couldn’t have done it without Kevin! We were so happy with how amazing our wedding turned out! Thank you so much Neltner’s for everything!

hey have two creeks, corn fields, animals grazing in the background--it feels like you are a lot further away from Cincinnati! There are two barns as well, and a charming, relaxed feeling in the air. It really is magical! My family and friends keep telling me how beautiful it was, and what an amazing place it was to get married!
The owners are fantastic to work with as well. Rick is extremely responsive. He would answer all my random questions and never seemed to mind. Kevin does a lot of the work on the grounds, and he is amazing as well. I think I went to the farm 4 or 5 times before the wedding to meet with various vendors, etc., and Kevin was always happy to show me around and help any way he could. Kevin was there the day of the wedding, as well, which made me feel so comfortable!
One gigantic, massive cost saving at the farm is that you can bring in your own alcohol. We ended up paying about $10/person less with a FULL BAR to what we were getting quoted for beer and wine only at other places. One added cost here is that you need to rent a tent (in case of rain). Overall the price of the tent rental and venue is competitive, however.
One massive added benefit of this location is that there is so much color and beauty in the surroundings. That color and vibrancy will bring a lot of life to your pictures. Another cool thing about the farm is that they have fall festivals, so you can go back to the farm and remember your wedding day!
They also have a "lock of love" that they send you, that you can lock on a big wheel on the farm. They send it a month early so you can get it engraved, which was such a nice gesture! We locked it together and then had my nephew throw the key into the stream nearby. It was such a neat, cool experience.
Go check this place out. The staff and location were a total class act and I am so happy I got married there!

ce to have a venue that was willing to work with our vision without giving us a lot of parameters. The day of coordination was great and the whole feel of the reception was perfect! There was enough room for people to roam a little but still felt connected to everyone without feeling cramped. We would certainly recommend this venue.
I can not say enough about this place. It is totally amazing. All of our guests raved about how spectacular it was. You would not even need to decorate it's so beautiful! The owner...

We had a wonderful time. If you enjoy an outdoor event, the place is perfect. We had 300+ and there was plenty of room under the tent and around the grounds. The barn can be used for food and bar or for dancing and there is another bar and kitchen in the front barn.
It was great!
