Ned's Catering works with the wedding venue Rose Briar Place. We selected the chicken fajitas and the spinach enchiladas. Ned was great about working with several of us that had ...
food allergies. The food was absolutely delicious. We had so many compliments on how delicious the food was - not at all the typical rubbery wedding food, but so full of flavor, warm, and wonderful. You should definitely hire Ned's Catering for your catering needs.
My In-laws have known the Ned's (Father and Son Duo) for many years. They did not disappoint! My rent's were paying the catering bill and they are a very tough sell. The Tasting wa...

The pancake bar was perfect. And during the reception, the director kept coming to us (the bride and groom) to make sure we had everything we needed. It took so much stress off the day! However, the planning stage was very frustrating. It took several attempts to get a correct draft of the menu we requested. Many of the requests we made were not communicated to the right people (so we often had to repeat ourselves, and some special dietary requests were forgotten in the end). We weren't allowed to sample the food beforehand because our guest count was under 400. We felt uneasy about whether we would get everything we asked for and what everything would look like.
