r arrangements without sacrificing the quality and vision. And boy, did she ever deliver!! I had a vision for what I wanted and Kelly absolutely NAILED it. The flowers were stunning, the colors were exactly as I imagined, as were the bouquets and centerpieces. Kelly really listened to what I wanted and liked and advised me from the start on which flowers would be available during my season. She even remembered that I mentioned billy balls during one of our first conversations, and when she found some, followed up to see if I wanted to add them to some of the centerpieces we had in mind. I could not stop staring at the flowers the day of and the photos afterwards because I still can't believe how unbelievably gorgeous they were. Kelly is so talented and really helped make my day absolutely perfect and I cannot more highly recommend her.

the week after Hurricane Dorian hit the Outer Banks which lead the Outer Banks to be evacuated until the day before my wedding. Kelly was calling me regularly to update us on when she thought we would be able to enter the island, what to expect once we got to the island and helped us create a plan B for in case we weren’t able to make it to the Outer Banks for our wedding. She also offered to travel to the state border to give us our flowers so that we wouldn’t have to go without if we weren’t able to get on to the Outer Banks! Kelly was constantly accommodating every plan I had for our wedding and I appreciated all that she did for us! We had so many compliments on her stunning floral arrangements and bridesmaids bouquets. If you’re looking for an affordable florist in the Outer Banks area, Kelly is your girl!
