Nadia Cakes (Woodbury, MN) baker, KaraLee, was excellent.
She was professional, patient, and very willing to work with our different cake design. We had a 3 tier wedding cake:
1- ...
5" brownie cake with mint choc. chip buttercream filling
2- 7" berry cake with raspberry preserve filling
3- 9" vanilla cake with mint choc. chip buttercream filling
and all with peppermint green buttercream frosting.
We had her add fondant faux wood grain planks on all tiers, topped off with a ribbon bow in the center of the cake.
It was a PERFECT cake. She did such an awesome job and the cakes all tasted delicious. Price was very reasonable.
A big thank you also to our delivery person Lauren. She had to drive this big cake from Woodbury to Brainerd in 80 degree weather!!!!!! It arrived in perfect condition and she set it up for us as well.
Thank you KaraLee for making my son and his partner's wedding cake look and taste wonderful.
I would absolutely recommend Nadia Cakes, especially KaraLee.
Nadia Cakes of Maple Grove was amazing! I was planning my wedding from a different state, and Carolyn made the whole process as seamless as possible. I had relatives go taste test ...
for me, and they said they had a fabulous time and that Carolyn was extremely nice and have a ton of good information. The day of the wedding they were punctual with the delivery and set up all the cupcakes and cake beautifully! They also put some flowers and the cake topper I had bought on the cake for us which was awesome. And all of my guests LOVED the cupcakes, so much so that every single last one of them got eaten! Our cake was very well done as well, I would definitely recommend!

We got a small, 2 tier cake, cupcakes, and cake pops. Guests told us how moist and delicious the cake pops were, the cupcakes were flavorful and decorated exactly as we'd hoped. And our cake is so delicious, and the designs were so lovely!

ld us that their refrigerator went out the night before our wedding, meaning that all of our cupcakes that they worked so hard on were ruined. They REMADE all of our cupcakes, and even added some extra. They went above and beyond our expectations and the cupcakes arrived, and unbeknownst to us, we never knew that we had any issues. The cupcakes were delicious, cute, and a crowd pleaser! Thank you Nadia Cakes!
Nadia Cakes has amazing flavors and the staff is easy to work with! Nadia Cakes worked with us to meet our ever-changing needs due to Covid. Although we were not able to share our ...

riety of flavors, I was disappointed with their delivery service. They were almost 1.5 hours late beyond their 2 hour window and almost walked in the door as the ceremony was starting. Neither I nor my wedding coordinator got a call saying they were running late, so I was not impressed with their level of communication.
We love Nadia Cakes! We ordered a small 1-tier cake for just us and then cupcakes for all of the guests. Everything was delicious. Our guests loved having different flavor options....
We had traditional vanilla and chocolate, but also ordered the salted caramel and the lemon drop cupcakes. Everything was delivered and set up on time and we did not have to worry about a thing. We would highly recommend.

went with their delicious strawberry cake and I'm not usually one for strawberry! They were accommodating to our requests, including providing vegan cupcakes to our Best Man. They delivered to our reception location and set up the cake perfectly. We planned to save some for our one year anniversary, but we couldn't wait any longer to have some more. It is all gone!

ding cake which was SO GOOD! We rented a cake stand for the cupcakes with a stand for the cutting cake on top. The way they set it up was gorgeous. They mixed all the different cupcakes together in an elegant way. It was perfect. Our guests really loved them too because we only left with cutting cake we didn't get to finish. Would recommend them to everyone!

ned to mention that at a wedding fair and was told they could "throw down on some pie" I was SOLD! We met with them for a tasting, were SO happy with our choices and decided on a small cutting cake. Lauren worked really closely with me to make sure everything got delivered at a decent time as our venue didn't have space to keep anything cool for us and the pies and cake tasted GREAT! We were SO happy with them and the service and would totally recommend them to anyone.

r wedding cupcakes from them. It was a bit of a splurge compared to other cupcake prices I’ve seen, but all the raves from our guests made it totally worth it! We didn’t do anything custom other than a 5” cutting cake, but I have no doubt they could do it. They were very easy to work with and came to set everything up, so it was perfect by the time we got to the venue. Definitely recommend!

ke we chose salted caramel, our very favorite flavor! Lauren was awesome: the cake design turned out perfect (simple white with an edible gold leaf design) and the quantity was perfect - we left our reception with only six cupcakes left over! Love Nadia's!

ast at nadia's (a waffle cupcake so good I started laughing), and my bloody valentine (brownie topped with red velvet filled with hot fudge). The cupcakes were phenomenal, the team was easy to work with, and the prices were great. Very much recommend Nadia's for any dessert needs, even if it's just for a quick cupcake fix. I know I've driven the 25 minutes there just to get an amazing cupcake and you might find it worth the drive too :)
The cake we got was delicious and they did a great job on creating it. It was definitely smaller than we had expected for the price, but I guess that's what you get for going somew...

a 4 instead of 5 is that I had to change the day and pickup time for the cupcakes, but when confirming the pickup time and date later, it had been incorrect. They flash froze cupcakes for travel as it was a destination wedding. They made the process very easy.
Nadia's was great! I met with Lauren, their baker, and she was so helpful! She helped us estimate the numbers and pick out the kinds best for us. Nadia's came to the reception and ...
set everything up and it was gorgeous. Not to mention that the cupcakes were delicious. Doing cupcakes worked out so well at our wedding. Everyone loved being able to try the different flavors and it made for great socializing aspects for guests that don't know each other. If you are going to do cupcakes, I would do Nadia's!!!! They even made us a small cake so that we could cut a cake at the reception. That was delicious too!

tree display that included delicious gluten-free cupcakes among the flavor selections. They integrated our colors and origami toppers into the display beautifully. In addition to the cupcake display, they created a separate 2-tier mini-cake for us to stand alongside the display. Our entire process, from the tasting to the final delivery, was seamless and fun. I highly recommend them!

offer gluten-free, but my decision to use them was based on many great things. The gluten-free cupcakes were moist and delicious - my mother and mother-in-law said they were equally delicious to the regular cupcakes (they couldn't even tell the difference!). Dawn, the cake designer, made our cake and cupcakes completely unique and representative of us as a couple. Definitely wouldn't have gone with any other cake place!

was perfect for my husband and I . They were able to take the pattern of my dress and add it to the design on the cake. The cupcakes tasted awesome and the bakers were helpful in giving us guidelines on how long the cakes needed to sit out before being served and how long we could keep the cakes out before they would spoil because we had an outdoor wedding. I would recommend Nadia Cakes to any bride.
