We cannot say enough amazing things about Reverend Bonnie. She made our ceremony so special. She has such a calming nature, which is always needed right before a ceremony! I would ...
highly recommend her for any kind of wedding. She can do any style of ceremony you want.
Bonnie is a very kind person and interviews beautifully. She was very flexible with our schedules and made us feel at ease about the whole ceremony leading up to the wedding. Howev...
er, we were very disappointed with the service she provided. We paid for, what she considers, a custom tailored ceremony, a keepsake booklet of our ceremony, an hour of rehearsal time, and the ceremony itself. At the beginning of our wedding ceremony, however, we realized she had the completely wrong service with her and she didn’t even know our names. I stopped her after a moment of silence for a supposed sickly mother-in-law that was in the hospital (she was in the front row perfectly healthy). We whispered her our names and she improvised to finish the ceremony. She apologized for the error and blamed her assistant, taking absolutely no responsibility herself. Later, we were mailed the booklet of what should have been our ceremony. In it, my name was spelled wrong multiple times, my mother’s name was misspelled, and it still included names of people we didn’t know. We picked up a second poorly made booklet with correct names but wrong ceremony. A third booklet was mailed, but, by this point, we realized the only custom tailoring she did was cut&paste our names into recycled ceremonies. These errors were again, blamed on her assistant. For what we received, I definitely feel the $500 we paid was completely overpriced. We had interviewed other officiants for a lot less, but again, she interviews beautifully. We do not recommend.

ob with our ceremony the day of the wedding!! Rev. Bonnie incorporated all of our requests and changes that we communicated leading up to the wedding and the rehearsal as we did not have a typical generic wedding. Planning and communication is key to a successful wedding at all levels and with all parties involved.... we as the bride and groom did our part and Rev. Bonnie certainly did her part with timely and gracious professionalism! There were multiple friends and family at our wedding who commented positively about Rev. Bonnie! Teresa and I couldn't have been more pleased with Rev. Bonnie in the role she played in our special day!!!

ke highly of you. In the future we will highly recommend you.
Words cannot accurately express how much it meant to have had you marry us.

My husband Jeff and I found Bonnie at a wedding show. As we did not want to have a religious ceremony, upon meeting Bonnie we thought she was a perfect fit for us. After our initia...
l meeting, it took Bonnie 30 days and 10 phone calls to get a contract sent to us. I should have seen this as a sign of what was yet to come but we moved forward meeting with her to sign the contract and putting down a deposit. 90 days before our event, I received an email from Bonnie asking if I was still interested in using her services as she did not have a contract or a deposit from us. After telling her multiple times that we signed the contract and sent her a check, I had to track down a copy of my cashed check to send her to show that she did in fact have our deposit. Magically, the contract was found. At this point, neither my husband nor I had any confidence in Bonnie but due our wedding being right around the corner we stuck it out. 3 weeks before our wedding, we asked to meet Bonnie to review our ceremony due to our lack of confidence. When we met up with her, she started giving the same speech she gave us when we first met her. In fact, she thought we were a brand new couple! She even called my husband by the wrong name! She did not have our paperwork with her so the meeting was a waste. We wanted to fire her on the spot, but now that this was 2 weeks before the wedding, we had no choice but to stick it out. On the day of the wedding, to our surprise, she was there. However, she showed up 15 mins before show time in sweatpants and changed in the bathroom of our ceremony. Luckily, our wedding did go off without a hitch but I credit that to my amazing wedding coordinator not to Bonnie. I originally was going not provide any reviews of Bonnie, but yesterday I received an email from Bonnie asking for me to review her on this site. I quote "I'd greatly appreciate a sincere review from you and Eric." My husband's name is JEFF! Unbelievable!
We hired Bonnie about a month before our wedding. She sent over a proposed ceremony that included numerous spelling mistakes. We contacted her over 4 times over a 3 week period. Bo...
nnie was only concerned with the downpayment and never responded to any of our requests. Thankfully, we were able to secure a new officiant 8 days out from our wedding and we let Bonnie go. We lost our deposit but it was a small price to pay for the peace of mind. We would not recommend Bonnie.
Bonnie was so friendly and kind from the very first time I spoke with her on the phone to the very last minute of our ceremony. She was personal and created a unique and casual exp...

I received so many compliments on Bonnie's presence and enthusiasm from our friends, family, and guests. Thank you Bonnie for making our wedding day a success!
Bonnie is a very sweet and lovely person but she has too many irons in the fire.
First of all, she double-booked us with another couple. I wasn't insanely upset about this becaus...
e these types of things just happen. AND she did provide us with another officiant. She was a Friend of Bonnie's but I can't say that she did a better job. The new officiant arrived about 20 minutes before we were suppose to start walking down the aisle.
She was supposed to bring 5 roses to be presented to our moms AND grandmothers. She brought 3. Bonnie had even called the night before to confirm the number of roses.
When Bonnie had sent our ceremony to us about a month before the wedding, A LOT of the things that we had discussed were not in there. What made this worse was, she had everything in writing in her notes. I had also sent
emails, with the correct TYPED names & spellings of relatives that we wanted to include in our ceremony.
I basically, had to re-write alot. I did her job for her.
I can't tell you how disappointed I was in the service that we received versus how much we paid.
Again, Very Sweet women whom has too many irons in the fire.
Our first meeting with Rev. Bonnie went great! She explained the process and how she makes your ceremony personalized. She kept in contact with us via email (prompt responses - G...
REAT!) in the months leading up to our wedding. She gave us a couple of things to review and we eliminate/chose the readings we liked and reflected our styles.
Then came our wedding day...
She mispronounced my name (twice) and my mother in law's last name during the ceremony, bailed on the dinner blessing, and then ordered a Mike's Hard Lemonade from the bar before heading to her next booked event. She seems like a very sweet, lovely woman in real life, and at the end of the day we were married, BUT we felt like she was unprofessional and overpriced for the quality of the actual officiant duties. Sorry to say it, but not all that impressed.
Rev. Bonnie gave us a starting ground for our ceremony, then allowed us to change anything we liked. We added and substracted until we had the Perfect ceremony for us. It really ...
meant a lot to have a ceremony that was spiritual but not overly religious, yet honored our heritage. I was really hesitant about having a stranger marry us, but Rev. Bonnie is a very kind woman and really makes you feel at ease. I didn't feel she was a stranger at all by the time she actually performed the ceremony. I would HIGHLY recommed her to any couple looking for a perfect wedding day!
