Chet kept our wedding rocking all night long! He was able to perfectly read the room and there was not a single moment where people were not out of their seats and dancing! He prov...
ided great service, made sure all of our needs were met and overall was an absolute pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Chet as a Wedding DJ to anyone and everyone!
We had a wonderful experience with Musical Expressions for our wedding. Chet Light was organized, attentive, and thorough as we made our musical selections. Their platform for sele...
cting your playlist for each of the wedding’s events was very easy to use. Terry, Chet’s colleague who was our DJ on the big day, executed everything beautifully: the ceremony music, the cocktail hour and dinner music, and the dancing! We used Chet because of the wonderful work he did for our brother’s wedding - Chet DJ’ed that wedding. Whether you have Chet or Terry DJ-ing your wedding, you are in extremely good hands! We can’t say enough good things!
Chett was our DJ for our wedding and we were so happy we chose him!! His energy and passion shined through the entire wedding reception. He also ran out rehearsal and made sure eve...
rything was set up to run smoothly with the mics and music. He did such a fantastic job that all of the guests starting dancing immediately after the first dances and pretty much stayed the dance floor the entire night. He really knows how to get people dancing and make sure everyone is having a great time! We can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for an amazing DJ!
We met Chet at our venue's open house and it is clear why he's one of their preferred vendors. He made every event run smoothly from the ceremony to the end of the night. All of ou...
r guests were able to hear every word during the ceremony, even those sitting in the back. During the reception he took our music requests and added a few of his own suggestions that aligned with the music we liked and made an amazing set list that had people on the dance floor ALL NIGHT! We couldn't have had a better DJ for our wedding, thanks Chet!
Chet did my brother & sister-in-law’s wedding 6 years ago so we knew he would be fantastic-and he was!! He provided cocktail hour & reception music as well as uplighting. The dance...
floor was FULL all night long!!! We were pretty involved in selecting music & were able to make Chet a playlist with must play/play if possible/do not play songs. He did a great job with playing a variety of must-dance-to songs from all generations. If a guest had a song request, Chet made sure he found us & asked what we thought of it before agreeing to play it, which we really appreciated. He also made sure the uplighting was okay with us before everything got started. We changed our cake cutting song in his online system at the last minute and forgot to tell him-he had already checked & had it ready to play when it was time. An awesome, personable, talented guy who just does the job without any of the extra gimmicks-no worries about extra commentary, dancing, or trying to “steal the show as the MC” like some other DJs do-do not hesitate to book with him!!! We had so many people during & after the wedding go out of their way to tell us our DJ was amazing!!!
Additionally, I have been telling everyone looking to book vendors to look at reviews from covid couples-which we are. We had to postpone from summer of 2020 to summer of 2021. Chet simply sent us a new contract for our new date as soon as we postponed. No extra fees or a hard time given in the slightest. The wedding industry was hit hard by the covid shutdown & vendors like Chet who worked with you through this situation that was beyond anybody’s control are the vendors who deserve to be raved about and especially considered for booking in the future.
Thanks Chet!!!
Professional; economical, will have your dance floor filled until the last minute. We had Chet as our DJ for our sons wedding in 2015 and our daughters wedding on 7/3/21.
Chet was amazing! He kept the party going and kept everything upbeat! He offered suggestions during planning that helped fit what we were looking to pull off!
Chet was AMAZING. He took care of all of our sound needs for both the ceremony and the reception. Being a house vendor of Meredith Manor, he was very familiar with the location. He...
had a microphone on both our officiant and my now husband. I didn't hear any complaints about not being able to hear from anyone. We couldn't be any happier with the work Chet did. He was very easy to work with and listened to our wants and needs. We also had up lighting for our reception. It took a beautiful reception and made it exceptional. The pictures look so cool with the different colors in the background.
Chet is fantastic!! We knew we wanted great music and that is exactly what he delivered. He did the music for Cocktail Hour and the Reception - we gave him a list of a few must pla...
ys and from that list he was able to build the perfect mix for the entire evening.
Chet was professional and a pleasure to work with. He ensured he had pronunciations correct for the entrances into the reception and executed it perfectly.
He has such a talent for reading the room and queuing up the next song to keep people on the dance floor.
Chet was an amazing DJ! From the ceremony to the reception he played songs that reflected perfectly to the atmosphere of our guests. He had the dance floor hopping the whole night ...
but also played the songs we wanted played. His friendly personality made him a pleasure to work with. Thank you Chet for helping make our day perfect!
Chet did a tremendous job at our wedding on 10/1/16. He knew exactly what we wanted to hear and there was a great flow throughout the entire night between fast and slow dance music...
. Lighting was perfect and he directed the night just the way we had envisioned. He was very accommodating from the very beginning and wanted to make sure that everything was how we wanted. He gladly accepted our music list of songs that we wanted to hear and even asked what songs to not play. Also he was able to provide music for our outside cocktail hour which our guests greatly appreciated! Thanks Chet!
Chet did a wonderful job amplifying our ceremony so that all of our guests could hear everything. Our reception was amazing and Chet checked in with us to make sure we were happy ...

het also provided the uplighting to the tent that gave it that extra touch. Everything was perfect! When we met before the wedding, I realized I hadn't put much thought to the music part besides a general idea of the kind of songs I wanted. He was ready with ideas, lists of songs, and it really made things easy. He was very easy to get in touch with, even with last minute changes. The dance floor was never empty and everyone had a blast! He really cordinated the whole reception and it flowed seamlessly.
Chet is such a pro. We got married at Meredith Manor in Oct. 2012 and he provided the music for our ceremony and reception. Chet worked with us on the play list and coordinated w...
ith the venue on the various aspects of the day (you have to use a preferred DJ with Meredith Manor and it makes everything so much easier!). The playlist from start to finish was perfect, I would recommend his DJ services to anyone for any occasion!

fessional and always responded to questions quick and efficiently. He double checked with me on things because he wanted to be sure that he had everything written down that we had wanted. We left most of the song choices up to Chet for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Our dance floor was never empty and our guests talked about how great the music was and how much fun they had dancing. I would highly recommend Chet as he has a lot of experience, is easy to work with, and is just great at what he does. He is also very reasonably priced.
