We were able to submit our own "wedding logo" for our design. He attended the booth all night to help guests and ever provided pose coaching. nsive they were especially since it was a last minute decision to do a photobooth at our wedding. They had a lot of templates to choose from for the pictures but since we wanted something special we went with a custom design. They were really efficient with that too! And everybody said how cute it turned out so we were happy with that.
On the day of the wedding we barely noticed Mr Smileys (which is a good thing!). They worked great with our wedding coordinator too. They came in sometime after the ceremony, set up quickly and the next I know there was a line for the photobooth! A few days later we got an email with a link to view and download the pictures. He even sent us a follow up email to check if we had issues with the link (we were on our honeymoon and didn’t get to respond right away... oops!).
They were great to work with and the photobooth was awesome. I think we just really appreciated how easy they made everything especially when we were already dealing with so many other wedding details. From my experience during this process we discovered that a great vendor was someone we never had to worry about in terms of customer service and product - and we found that to be the case with Mr. Smileys :)

th. Rex does this full time so he is alway available to answer any question and his response rate time is almost immediate. He also has a many templates to chose from and we actually had him make our design unique and he was able to provide three different samples in less than a few hours. He also stay a few extra minutes after the cut off time so we could take some extra pics without any charge. Rex was so easy to work with that I definitely would recommend him and reuse him if I ever get married again haha jk maybe for a baby shower or something.

Rex is very professional and really makes the entire process incredibly easy. He is prompt in answering emails/calls/texts and is always available to answer any questions you may have.
The photo quality is the best I’ve seen and the prints turned out crystal clear. All of our guests were super impressed! We were lucky enough to use their new glitter backdrop and it was absolutely gorgeous, it matched perfectly with our theme. We also emailed a photo of our invitations to the graphic designers and they were able to print the same design on our prints.
