Mozingo Photography is a wedding photography company based in Asheville, NC. Husband-and-wife team Michael and Meriah Mozingo have been developing and honing their craft for more than nine years. They love their work, and they feel that it is an honor to be invited to share in a couple’s special day. Your wedding is an occasion for joy and celebration, and Michael and Meriah want to capture every precious moment.
Michael and Meriah love beautiful moments. They believe that life is ultimately about relationships, and the relationships that matter most are measured in shared experiences and precious moments. Every relationship is wonderful and special, and they want your photos to reflect your journey and the love that you share as a couple.
Mozingo Photography covers engagements, rehearsals, and wedding day celebrations. Michael and Meriah are also available for boudoir, portraits, day-after, and trash-the-dress sessions. They offer a range of wedding packages to suit a variety of needs and budgets. Package features and options include a second photographer, printed enlargements, social media sharing, and a selection of beautiful wedding albums.

I wanted all the photos, in all the locations - the photos meant so much to me. Meriah was instantly on board - in fact she recommended a first look a few days before the wedding at sunset and it was hands down the most amazing night and best recommendation ever. They spent over 15 hours with us and had a smile on every step of the way. They are professional and amazing at what they do, and so so personable. I knew the photographer played a big role in the day, but didn’t realize how big of a personal role - Meriah was by my side every second of the day for every candid shot, keeping us on schedule, helping fix my dress, you name it and she was there with all smiles! And if you need someone who will make a group of boys happy and comfortable taking photos - mozingo is it! Their positive personalities and passion for their work made a wonderful impact on the day. I am so thankful to them for that.
Their photo quality is impeccable. We have had other previous professional photos, and theirs are by far the best quality. They manage lighting beautifully and all their edits are timeless and classic. They are masters at posing and making every photo perfect - their attention to detail is spot on. Their photos are perfection.

She listened and remembered the shots that were most important to us, she provided direction to make sure they all came out perfect, and got creative with me/us during the shoots, because they were mostly supposed to be outside and the weather presented a challenge. All of our photographs came out perfect, it was so hard to choose which ones to share on social media, and to print. Meriah and Michael were both great to work with, and super respectful and easy to work with the rest of our vendors as well!

ey were the perfect mix of assertive and behind-the-scenes. I can't stress enough how important this is. Meriah kept our timeline on track, which meant that I could maximize time with my guests. And she pulled me away for all the special shots I requested, like when the sunset was at full color intensity! But the rest of the evening they did a great job of blending in with our guests and taking candid shots of our family and friends.
The photos came out AMAZING!!! I am so happy with them, and Meriah has been happy to re-crop photos where I have a requests. Throughout our whole relationship, they have been responsive, professional, and -- most important -- very talented photographers!

you want for your wedding day. I was abroad when we were booking photographers for our wedding and had limited WiFi and just by looking at Mozingo's portfolio, I knew they were perfect. My (now) husband and I were not able to meet them in person prior to our wedding day due to scheduling (and our wedding was destination), but they showed up on our special day, felt like long lost best friends and took the most beautiful and perfect pictures I could have ever asked for.
I am a picture-holic (yes, that's real) and the Mozingo's completely satisfied my need for special moments pictures. When I look through our wedding pictures, I honestly think I am reliving the entire day. From the getting ready snaps to moments during the ceremony I don't even remember to seeing our guests enjoy the heck out of our reception- they are all perfect.
