Julianne at Most Joyful Day made it clear that our wedding weekend was going to be about us, what we envisioned, what mattered to us, and what we wanted our guests to experience. T...
hroughout the planning process, she was so wonderful to work with and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel fun and exciting instead.
Early on, I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted things to look like, but Julianne is such a natural and a great listener because she easily translated my sparks of an idea into one seamless, cohesive vision. She helped us navigate the financials thoughtfully and completely took the guesswork out of selecting and coordinating vendors, which freed us up to enjoy the most fun parts of wedding planning! I had a few things that were really important to me, both visually and for the overall tone of the day, and she made sure those priorities were woven in.
All of that behind-the-scenes work paid off in the most beautiful way. Her attention to detail and ability to bring everything together beautifully and effortlessly was evident at every stage. I genuinely don’t think I could have been any happier with our wedding day and rehearsal dinner! Many of our guests remarked that it was their favorite or most elegant wedding they had ever attended, and I am so happy that we could give that experience to our friends and family!
I have to shoutout specifically how helpful it was to have Julianne help us work with the florist! I really wanted this beautiful unique display for the ceremony and Julianne worked very closely with the florist to be sure the display came out perfectly and complemented the rest of our ceremony and reception details — and it was ABSOLUTELY DREAMY! I will always feel so grateful for how special I felt in that moment.
So all of this to say— if you’re looking for someone who will pour genuine care into making your day exactly what you dreamed of, the team at Most Joyful Day is for you!!!!
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the incredible experience my mother and I had working with you both. From the moment we reached out, you made the daunt...
ing task of planning my brother’s rehearsal dinner from four hours away feel effortless. My mother was overwhelmed trying to coordinate everything, and thanks to a recommendation from our florist, we found you and Annie, and I truly cannot express how grateful we are.
From the very start, you were nothing short of spectacular. Your attention to detail, hard work, and dedication shone through at every turn. You were always one step ahead, offering quick solutions and thoughtful ideas to make the event a success. Walking into the rehearsal dinner with a huge smile on our faces was all thanks to you and your wonderful team.
I also want to extend a special thank you to Devin, one of your amazing team members. When I say she does not skip a beat, I truly mean it. Throughout the evening, Devin was an absolute gem, anticipating every need before we could even ask. Whether it was a chair, a drink, or helping with the setup, she was always there, making sure everything ran smoothly. Her kindness and attentiveness even extended to helping with my two little ones, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the evening. It’s rare to come across such dedication and care, and her work ethic did not go unnoticed.
By the end of the evening, we had tears in our eyes, knowing this event was everything my parents had dreamed of for my brother and his bride. You went above and beyond, and we cannot thank you enough.
If anyone is looking for a coordinator, I would wholeheartedly recommend your team. You made this experience so memorable for our entire family, and we are forever grateful.

Julianne has a great sense for design but isn't pushy. She really listens to your ideas and will help you implement them, offering guidance and helpful suggestions along the way! Our wedding was a dream come true - and we are so grateful to Julianne and Annie for helping us create our Most Joyful Day!
Extremely nice people and if you want someone who will decorate with your vision they are great, but you need to be very involved in every detail to get to that point. They were un...
organized and scattered during the entire process and I found and communicated with most of the vendors myself from out of state. A lot of the little details we discussed about the day of weren't executed properly. We were very surprised they left for an hour lunch while everyone was rushing around before the ceremony. They also left for the night at 8pm, 2.5 hours before the wedding was over without instructions for vendors for the rest of the night.

The best money we spent out of the whole budget!! We were planning our wedding in NW Arkansas from out of state and I knew I needed a local expert to help us out. We hired Julianne...
early in our planning process for day of coordinating services and I knew she would be a great help but we seriously would not have had a wedding without her! From last minute rental snafus (which she resolved within hours, finding us a new company within budget weeks before our big day), a lost bus carrying the grooms family, and the general stress I was not prepared to handle - Julianne was on top of everyone and everything the second she started. She handled our entire day (and me) with joy and calm professionalism. Of all the vendors we worked with she made sure our whole experience was the best it could be and it was even better than we dreamed. We will be forever grateful to her and her team and will always highly recommend her for any and all wedding planning needs.

an and orange was his favorite color. I decided on an Asian Garden Party at a beautiful outdoor venue. I relayed some of my vision to Julianne and she knew immediately how to carry out that vision. She came to my home and selected some of our decorative items to use and she executed my vision superbly. I arrived and was blown away by her attention to detail and the most important thing for me that it truly reflect my husband's personality. It went beyond my wildest expectations. All of the guests spoke to me about how beautiful everything was, and the flowers she arranged with Julie Mendenhall were breathtaking. One guest told me they thought they were some of the most amazing floral creations they had ever seen. While this type of an event was also a bit melancholy, Juliannes joyful and positive energy were a huge help to me at a difficult time. I adore her and would recommend her to anyone looking for an event planner who will truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I adore her and look forward to working with her again sometime, if the occasion should present itself.

and all health safety precautions. Vendors who might not have taken the risk working with the bride's family during a pandemic, trusted Most Joyful Day, and agreed to take on our wedding. MJD made sure that our guests, staff and vendors had a beautiful experience while maintaining precautions against COCID19. As the mother of the bride, I got to relax with my daughter in the bride room, while MJD transformed Barn at the Springs into a fairy tale wedding.
