We had such a wonderful experience working with River! From the beginning she was organized, calm, and reassuring. We decided on the coordination package and River went above and beyond. For our wedding we wanted to make sure our day ran smoothly so we could focus on enjoying the day. Before the wedding River helped us stay organized throughout the process and made sure everything was ready for day of. On the wedding day we didn't have to worry about anything, and we just had so much fun. A lot of that is because we trusted that River would address anything that came up and she made our vision come to life. I'm so glad we worked with her for our wedding!

Working with River was amazing ! From planning and making the timeline to communicating with vendors. The day of I didn’t have to worry about anything and everything went smoothly. Even when our cupcakes were supposed to be delivered they weren’t, her assistant was able to pick them up, and I had no idea until after the wedding. I’m so happy we were able to work together and I would highly recommend.

When I was growing up I realized that the one thing I wanted to do the rest of my life was school projects. Needless to say I had no idea how to turn that into a reality. Then my friends who I’d known for ten years asked me to help plan and coordinate their wedding. Have you ever had a moment where everything just felt right? ll the wedding planning myself, as the planning started and it was becoming a full time job, I realized I needed more help, and River was the perfect person for that job. We had several meetings and lots of phone calls and text messages, she was always professional and helpful, with excellent ideas on how to make our wedding go smooth. River managed all the details with the vendors we hired and always made sure they were kept informed of all the details and kept them current with the changes that happen as the wedding got closer. I was super impressed with River's calm demeanor at the rehersal, she had to manage all of the wedding party, parents, grandparents, flower girls and bride and groom. River brought all the music and had it organized down to the last second, making it so much easier to get everyone to their places perfectly without confusion. On the day of the wedding, I was able to be in the brides room with my daughter and know all the details were being handled by River, and I was so impressed with her ability to multi task. River managed the flow and timeline of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding, while River was handling details that made our wedding such a great time. River made sure to communicate with my daughter and make sure the brides ideas and wishes were known, and helped keep her stress level down, which kept everyone's stress level down. made the wedding planning process fun and helped so much when things became stressful. You can tell how much she truly cares about you and every detail that goes into planning. She is such a sweetheart and really felt like a dear friend throughout this entire process. Her and her assistant Haley made our day so incredibly special. We got so many compliments on how gorgeous everything was put together and how seamless and smooth it all went. River is incredibly flexible, thoughtful, and committed to making sure the bride and groom are happy. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. When my wedding bouquet started falling apart, she literally took it into another room and completely rewrapped it because the florist hadn’t secured it properly. In fact, so many of our guests have since told us how absolutely amazing she was throughout the whole day! On the day of the wedding, she went completely above and beyond. Not only did she do an incredible job helping us set up the venue, but she also stayed to help take down all the decor and personally brought it to us after the wedding was over. River is professional, organized, and just an incredibly warm, welcoming person. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
