nd made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She had us laughing throughout the day and made everything feel so natural and effortless. She did an amazing job keeping group photos quick and organized while also making sure my husband and I got to enjoy every moment together. She even set aside special time for just the two of us throughout the day, which meant so much to us. We would recommend her to absolutely everyone!

comfortable. I love looking back at those photos. I had several family members comment on how well organized Monica was when it came to the actual wedding day. I appreciate that she was on time and reliable for both days.
Monica was also very quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had whether that was regarding last minute changes on our end, questions we had about edits, or social media posting. I would definitely recommend her and I will keep her in mind for any photo needs in our future!

new exactly what she was doing. She gave us clear, natural direction on how to pose, which made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of awkward. She had a great eye for finding unique, interesting shots that felt like us rather than generic engagement photos. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who’s talented and a joy to work with.

hout the event. Her organization and collaborative approach made working together seamless from start to finish.
Monica communicated effectively during key moments, keeping all vendors aligned and the timeline on track. She was always present at the right moments to capture the couple’s most important memories.
What truly impressed me was her calm, positive energy and her ability to collaborate effectively with the entire vendor team. A photographer who is both talented and team-oriented is a valuable asset, and Monica exemplifies these qualities. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her to any couple seeking a skilled, fun, and professional wedding photographer.

She was the best hype woman and helped me feel so comfortable and seen through my entire session.
She shared a sneak peek soon after and finalized my gallery just in time before my wedding. The results were fun, sexy, and better than I would have imagined!
So grateful for the recommendation that led me to Monica in my bridal era! The best wedding gift you can give yourself and your partner.

Monica was wonderful. She helped my now fiancé in planning a surprise proposal and captured every moment that we now get to cherish forever!

choose. The best thing about working with Monica is the way she makes everyone she's working with feel comfortable - because we're all relaxed she can capture beautiful moments where our personalities really shine through. Monica is also very professional and timely - both at the shoot, and afterwards with her delivery of photos. I highly recommend her!

uldn't have her there and not snap a few incredible photos. Her and I had planned a special photo shoot with all of my groomsmen the morning before the wedding. We got married at a summer camp (something my wife and I are both very passionate about) and had the most fun running around camp and having our own silly photo shoot in the custom robes I got for my guys. Monica also has a background in camp and really knew how to capture everyone's inner camper, including her husband (one of the groomsmen)! Thank you Monica for keeping this plan a secret for the months leading up to the big day. It meant so much to my wedding party and meant the world to me ❤️
We absolutely LOVE Monica. Me and my now husband are not every comfortable when it comes to photos and posing. We picked Monica’s package that come with an engagement session as we...
ll as our wedding. Engagement session was amazing, she was so easy to talk to and immediately made us feel comfortable. We could not stop talking about this session and how we couldn’t wait for the wedding. Fast forward to this past Friday Oct 25 Monica came into the wedding suit and immediately was asking if I needed anything, how I’m feeling, checking to make sure I ate and had water. She made everyone in the room so incredibly comfortable. My mother who hates photos as well absolutely loves Monica. She was organized, kind and funny. The guys absolutely loved her and my husband could not stop talking about how she helped in every aspect. Would 1000% recommend her for all of your event photography.

She goes above and beyond and makes the entire shoot a breeze (even though we can be awkward in front of a camera). I recommend her to everyone I love and can’t wait to continue working with her.
Absolutely over delivered on every single request! Photos turned out absolutely amazing. Using again in the future is an easy YES.

he could make us feel comfortable and bring the best poses and shots to life.
We gave Monica a pretty sizable challenge: a wedding party in a relatively small space that’s not ever used for wedding parties. Low ceilings, not a ton of space for people to move...
, north facing windows bringing in weird light, and the space had its own weird lights too. Yet she captured all of the fun, warmth and celebration we experienced that day in several beautiful ways. She brought immense creativity, not just within the space but also finding great photo backdrops just outside of our venue (including a wonderful recreation of the Beatles’ Abbey Road album cover). She took time to get a ton of information before the event, and didn’t balk at any of the challenges that came with our unconventional plans. My father passed away shortly after the event, and she left that personal, memorable touch on some of our last photos of him. We’ll treasure her work for the rest of our days.
Monica was amazing and made the day more enjoyable and way less stressful. I would recommend her to all of my close family and friends. She also has a great eye for what looks good...

Monica absolutely CRUSHED it as our wedding photographer. She took the time to understand what we wanted and to get to know us. She is organized, prompt, clear, communicative and a...
n all-around fun person to work with. She made sure we knew exactly what to expect and even helped us pivot flawlessly when things didn't go as planned which gave us so much peace of mind on our wedding day. She kept us laughing and knew just how to weave every photo opportunity into the day unobtrusively so that we felt like we spent our whole wedding day actually in the moment! She is a rockstar!
Monica did an amazing job on our engagement photo session! I would use her again for other photo sessions in the future! :)

above and beyond the photographer role and helped someone who knew nothing about weddings on her wedding day to feel confident and calm. Also, our pictures make me so happy everytime I look at them. The colors look beautiful and she really captured how happy that day was.

wered every question we had. No ask was too big or too small for her. We even had a couple of sneak peak photos shortly afterwards which made the final photos well worth the wait. Thank you so much Monica!
Monica’s services were gifted to us by my husband’s sister’s family. We had a small intimate wedding/reception at Dovetail Brewery in Chicago and what can we say, Monica was a rock...
star! Initially, we were just going to do disposable cameras and a hashtag but honestly, having Monica a part of our day was wonderful! We had a call with her a couple days before and outlined a shoot list of must haves. The day of, Monica was early, very attentive, and was extremely accommodating. Once my husband and I showed up on that very rainy day, she leapt in, hit all our shots, got us some beers, help dole out orders to our set up crew (we were late, and I was the planner; don’t do that by the way) and really helped push through to the start. Ceremony shots were perfect and afterwards, family shots! The space was dark so lighting was a chore but each of our photos turned out beautifully. Turn around was completely acceptable and timely. Monica is all that and a bag of chips! Kind, caring, attentive, and all around one of the best choices (gift!) we ever made for our wedding. Let her be one of yours!
My fiancé and I hired Monica to shoot our engagement photos at the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis. She traveled for the shoot and was on time, professional, and prepared! ...
She truly didn’t miss a beat. She was so relaxed and fun to work with, she made us feel comfortable and confident. There was never a moment where I felt like a shot wasn’t “us” or was uncomfortable, which was really important to us. My fiancé enjoyed it as much as I did, which is saying a lot for a man who hardly enjoys taking selfies! Ultimately, I would recommend Monica to any friend getting engaged, married, or having a baby! She was so much fun to work with and we will definitely be hiring her again! 11/10 for quality of service and overall attitude. She’s a true gem and a great fit for any occasion!
