Bart was phenomenal in every respect. We didn't have an official wedding planner, and he largely filled that role for us. In every meeting he helped us think through and draft the blocks of time throughout the night so everything felt intentional and calm. On the day itself he went above and beyond in ways we didn't even ask for. During dinner he dismissed tables one at a time and kept the reception moving while we were busy chatting with guests at our sweetheart table. Once the dancing started, he kept the mood exactly where it should be. What stood out most is how clearly he cared about us throughout the process and after. On the day of the wedding, our wedding coordinator left early without any communication and he took on a lot of those coordinator duties, such as dismissing tables for the dinner buffet and checked in on us about the next transition for the timeline. My husband and I never loved the music and dancing parts of weddings in the past, but he made it so much fun for us and it contributed to making our wedding so fun and memorable. ike he was part Wedding Coordinator. He helped walk us through a timeline that made sense for us and the length of our wedding reception and made very helpful suggestions. Additionally, he never made us feel silly about any of our ideas nor did he make you feel silly if you disagreed with one of his ideas. We had a 6-hour party so we needed to be strategic about planning each part of the evening such as speeches, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc. Another great part was that he was able to DJ both our Cocktail Hour and main Reception seamlessly. We shared with Bart that we were having a videographer, and we really appreciated his suggestions of interactive games/dances to add more content to our film. II especially loved the "Anniversary Dance" and so did our guests. We got a lot of comments from all guests that they loved the special touches like that and the different music played to satisfy all ages and music tastes. We had an early evening music vibe and a late-night music vibe which he nailed! I also loved that he was open to song requests because it was important for us to ensure all guests had fun and got to dance to the songs they wanted (in addition to the songs I wanted). to emails, but in his defense, he had just had a baby and his life was hectic. He always got back to me after a reminder email or two and when we had phone calls he was super helpful. We told him that we love pop-punk and he knew we meant business when I (the groom) elected to walk down the aisle to Yellowcard’s Ocean Avenue and our bridal party walked to Fall Out Boy. His microphone setup and handling of the ceremony were perfect, and he even gave our officiant (a friend) a little pump up speech right before the ceremony to get him in the right head space. Bart’s cocktail hour and dinner music were great too and he mixed in a lot of the music we’d requested during dancing. He could tell that the pop-punk songs were really working with the crowd as we and our friends all sang along, and as the night progressed he shifted heavily in that direction (not at our request) and our guests LOVED it. The wedding turned into a huge singalong dance party with tons of throwback pop-punk hits and we got a ton of compliments from our guests the next day on how much they loved the dance party. Credit to Bart, he totally made that happen on his own, and he made our wedding incredibly fun. I would highly highly recommend him.

ose to work with them. While we knew Bart was a very in-demand DJ, we always felt like we were a top priority, even during the busy season. We had several meetings with him via video chat prior to our big day, and found Bart to be very easy to work with, and we felt very comfortable with both his wedding experience (logistics can be complicated), and his music knowledge and taste. We had some very specific requests (we had an outdoor tea ceremony and cocktail hour, and an indoor ceremony and reception) and Bart accommodated for all of them easily. I never felt like I was asking too much, and because Bart has clearly seen so many different wedding iterations, it all seemed to come together pretty effortlessly. The music felt both familiar and interesting. We had a playlist that we shared in advance, and we were both really happy with the direction that it went through the night. There was a custom remix that I requested, and it was an absolute highlight of the night to hear it. I should also add that Bart is a very nice guy, and all of the guests and vendors who got to interact with him had nothing but positive things to say. There is a reason why Moments to Memories has so many great reviews. We would happily recommend them to any of our friends and family!

Having someone who is a great public speaker and can read a crowd goes a long way towards creating a more engaging and memorable experience. He took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions leading up to our wedding where we discussed scheduling, songs, microphone details for toasts and the officiant, and much more. He even took things a step further by bringing extra lighting to the venue to help with the ambiance. As someone who is a professional musician I can also say that Bart exceeds the standard of a professional DJ by also himself being a professional musician. This made communicating about music choices so much more easy. He was able to provide excellent suggestions about the flow of songs, playlists, and timing of dances. While he made great suggestions he was never pushy and always told us to trust whatever our gut feeling was. I highly encourage you to hire Bart for your wedding! He had the whole crowd dancing all evening and made sure everyone was having a good time. You will definitely be happy with his work ethic and the energy he can bring to a wedding.

imeline for the night with important songs ( special dances, cocktail hour, dinner, ceremony, etc) and once more the week before the wedding to go over everything once more. He was also very prompt at responding to emails. We gave him over 200 songs to play with, and told him if you he had a song he thought would work go for it. People did not stop dancing until they venue closed. My one request from him was to play Persian music and he was able to mix Persian music with hip hop and people loved it( he had never listened to Persian music before). His equipment is also top notch sound was magnificent. Oh and his wife runs their Photo Booth and she was awesome, she scrapbooks a memory book for you that night and has all the guests who take photos sign it. We recommend Bart and his wife to everyone!
