Dear Future Bride and Groom, Before we tell you anything about us, we want to say congratulations. Getting here took a story of its own. And now, somewhere between choosing a venue, making a guest list, planning a ceremony, and probably answering more questions than you ever expected, you’re preparing for one of the biggest days of your lives. We know choosing a photographer and videographer is part of that trust. You’re asking someone to be beside you during moments that are deeply personal and to be there when you see each other for the first time, when your parents hug you, when someone gives a speech that makes the whole room cry, and during all the little moments in between. We understand what you’re giving us when you choose us. Your trust. And we want to earn it. We’re YJ and Chuck, a wife-and-husband photography and filmmaking team. For the past six years, we’ve had the privilege of documenting hundreds of weddings. And somehow, weddings still haven’t become routine for us. We genuinely enjoy them. Every couple brings us into a world we haven’t seen before. Different families. Different cultures. Different traditions. Different ways of showing love. We get to witness all of it from just a few feet away. That is something we’ve never stopped appreciating. It’s also why we care so much about the experience before the wedding day. If your ceremony and reception are far apart, let’s talk about it. If your timeline is complicated, let’s work through it. If there’s a family tradition we should understand, teach us.
