Monica was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable on skincare and makeup. My wedding day look was memorable thanks to her.

you want in a makeup artist: clear, frequent communication, openness to feedback, and a positive reception to inspiration photos and ideas. During my preview, she made sure I looked exactly the way I wanted, and somehow managed to outdo herself on my wedding day. My skin was soft, dewy, and poreless, just as I asked, and she flawlessly executed the "soft glam" look I was going for. I felt my most beautiful, while also feeling like myself. She left me with goodies and a touch-up kit to ensure my makeup stayed for hours, and it did. After the wedding, she checked in to make sure that the day went off without a hitch and that I was happy with how everything turned out. I have recommended Monica to all of my friends, and will absolutely hire her again the next time I need my makeup done!

Monica and her team created an atmosphere that transformed our entire shoot. They didn't just apply makeup and style hair; they built confidence. Our teen models walked into the fabulous glam room they created feeling unsure about the day. But when they stepped away from their chairs, they were relaxed and beautiful. By the time they walked onto set, they were glowing—and it showed in every shot.
Monica (and team’s) kindness, patience, and generous spirits made the day effortless and joyful. The shoot results exceeded every expectation, and I know it's because Monica made everyone feel truly seen and celebrated. Working with her was pure delight, and I'm already looking forward to our next collaboration.
On the business side, Monica was incredibly communicative and helped ensure that we were set up for success.

al was such a good experience and she really took the time to listen to my vision. I don’t normally wear makeup but I wanted to feel special on my wedding day and she helped achieve and I still looked like myself :) I also had a lot of bridesmaids and was worried about the timing but she assured me that everything would be okay and it was! Her assistants were amazing and my bridal party looked beautiful. She also surprised me with goodies on my wedding morning which was such a sweet gesture. , and preparation. She even brought an associate to ensure that everyone got their makeup done on my timeline! I also got some great goodies (I lost them in the chaos unfortunately) but the sentiment is still there. They had great vibes and really helped me relax my nerves before the ceremony. Each time someone was finished it was a whole moment on its own and everyone felt absolutely relaxed and beautiful which is all I wanted. And when I finally got up from her chair I was stunned. She listened to what I was looking for and I was absolutely in love with my reflection. She's honestly one of my favorite vendors from my wedding. I'll definitely be going to Monica for all my future event and photography needs and if I could do it all again I'd still choose her. Thank you Monica 💜

up artist. I like that Monica offered a zoom meeting when I inquired about her services. No other make up artist suggested that. It made sense to me, to get a first look at the potential client. I also thought that her questionnaire was so thorough. She asked about skin type and just essential questions. I trusted her process and I am so happy I did. She even gave my Matron of honor the same questions. I say this because I have had my makeup done as a brides maid and maid of honor and neither of the mua cared to ask me about my skin type. They were not prepared for me ( and I was paying them) and the makeup that they did on me was horrible.
I had an early morning wedding. My matron of honor had to get her makeup started at 6 30am and Monica came to our hotel room at 6am and did not charge extra for that. I say this because when I was searching for a mua, the mua were going to all charge an exorbitant amount of money extra to start early. One mua told me I had to pay her extra because she had to wake up early.
Monica was and is so professional and quite easy and fun to work with. I am so happy I went with her services. She had me and my matron of honor looking gorgeous for a day.

. She is punctual, professional and attentive. Asked plenty questions before and during the session to make she understood the look I wanted and she gave me exactly that. Also, the planning team was still getting things together for the event, guess who loaned both hands to help out?? MONICA. I can’t wait to engage her again.

be getting their make up done and about when they would be finished. This put me at ease and she was great at sticking to the schedule.
She has a wide range of colors to match every skin tone and a ton of options for both eye make up and lip color. I wanted a natural glow but with a bold eye and she delivered! I didn't want to feel cakey or overdone and what she did felt perfect. I didn't feel the makeup at all!
Her calm but fun personality definitely was comforting as I was getting ready. I would 100% book her again.

ave me a chance to see what I wanted to adjust for my final look. The day of, she not only arrives promptly with her makeup cart, but with goodies and new/different make up I had requested. My sensitive eyes would not stop running during the eyelash application and Monica was sooo patient with me. Even after I ruined a whole pair, she still ended up skilling it. She made the process so smooth and easy, and once I got my eyes under control, the lashes - the whole look - was absolutely gorgeous. I can't say enough how extremely happy I was with the results, and I was reluctant to take it off after the evening ended.! Monica will forever be my go-to MUA!
