First, I will say I loved my hair and make up.. However, make up artists and hair dressers were late which caused me a lot of stress on my wedding morning when we ran out of time a...
nd I had to be at Church.
Eddie, the person that does the scheduling) was extremely rude and cancelled my trial hair and make up and told me there was no more opportunity to do it. The reason was because they wanted payment before the trials and only allowed 4-5 days for the payment to be sent in which I forgot. When I tried to apologize and send the payment right away, I was SHOCKED by his response and how inconsiderate he was and the lack of sympathy, as I was in tears. I ended up getting the trials because I continued to email my apologies. I had no other option as all other makeup artists were booked by this time and it was too late to change it.
Additionally, 2-3 of my bridesmaids who PAID for eyelashes, did not get them. I did not get refunds. Not sure if it was due to lack of time since they were late as I did not find out about this until recently.
They had a schedule they sent me in advance, which both makeup artists and hairdressers did not follow which causes a lot of chaos.
One of my bridesmaids who did not sign up for make up in advance had her make up done before everyone who paid got theirs. This resulted in the last girl to get her make up done have the most basic and rushed makeup that she was not happy with.
Overall, I would go with another company if I could go back in time where you speak directly with the makeup artists and hair dressers and not deal with unprofessional Eddie.
They were good to work with, hair and makeup both looked great. Eddie was easy to coordinate with and Veronica and Hung were great at their craft. Highly recommend

I had no idea where to start with makeup for my wedding day - I know it is an industry where you get what you pay for and I was not interested in cutting corners. However I did lov...
e that they do have a tiered system, the more people you have getting hair and makeup done, the less per person it ends up being. All in all, Sobrino did 10 makeups for myself, bridesmaids, and mothers on the day of my wedding and he killed it. I was in awe of how beautiful my girls and I looked. He even helped my grandma fix her eye makeup which was so kind and wholesome. Planning a wedding through COVID with this company was easy - always prompt and kind answers. My biggest fear was a lost lash and all of our lashes stayed firmly in place. I cried all day and the worst that happened was a very red nose. Very very grateful to Sobrino and Eddie for being apart of my big day.
They were easy to work with, very organized with the scheduling to help keep us on track. Hair & makeup both looked great and lasted all day. For makeup I high recommend requestin...

and MOB on time (with time to spare, too!). The actual quality of her makeup and skills are to die for and even though she is efficient, she did not skimp out on making everyone look and feel beautiful. Anjelica's personality is so fun, quirky, and by the end of the morning I wanted her to be my best friend. I can not recommend her enough and I hope I get to work with her again for future events!

h right after I did they sent me a confirmation right away which always makes me feel a lot more comfortable. Hair & makeup arrived right on time and made all of us feel comfortable right away. Finally when we were all done I realized it only took them 3 hours to finish a total of 7 of us! We ended up with a little extra time to get our selfs together. What I liked best was that they collect payment, gratuities and travel fee the day before through quickbooks which means you don’t have to awkwardly pay the artists in cash plus trying to add a tip, break change etc. Got to say their prices are semi high but totally worth it for a company traveling all the way to Naperville from the city which other places etheir wouldn’t travel or would double up their prices. Totally recommend giving them a try!
Best hair & makeup ever! Was very happy & satisfied! Thanks again!
I called this company for a quote and they immediately got to back to me with the exact amount for hair & makeup for my self and 4 other bridesmaids. We did prepaid the full amount...
the night before the wedding but during the day of l, two additional girls decided to get their hair & makeup as well. The artist just called the company and were able to just add additional 2 with out having us run to hunt cash since everything was already paid for. We were able to pay with our card through their system which is convenient. Although two more were added we still were done by 12 and ready for photos and of course looking beautiful. I would highly recommend them. We just let them know a head count and what time we needed to be done by & they coordinated the arrival time and the artist plus they gave us a confirmation so I felt good about everything. PS their prices are reasonable for a on site services.
I got my wedding makeup done by Sobrino and Ioved it. He was very professional, he also made my entire bridal party feel good and comfortable. I was at first concern about the time...
because a total of 7 needed to be done in four hours but we were all done right on time and looking beautiful. Our makeup also last all night! Would totally recommend this company. Now too bad I already had a hair stylist because if I would of known they offered hair I would of done it too!

rls who did our hair and makeup were really sweet and made us feel comfortable, as well as making us all look beautiful. Makeuo lasted all day too! I would recommend them to anyone & it really prevents a whole load of stress to deal with when it comes to seeking the right beauty team because they coordinate it all.
I was able to get my wedding makeup done by this company even though it was almost close to last minute. Sobrino was not able to do it but he however was very helpful finding us an...

t was really clean and inviting (cute mini studio with bulbs) it made us feel comfortable getting our makeup done by him since his products seemed clean. He was efficient and professional, I have a bit of acne scars so he recommended airbrush which I was glad I got it when I saw how good it covered my scars and still not making it feel heavy. Totally recommend him and will continue to use him
