Words cannot express how much I would recommend Mitch and Jenna weddings! We had Miliana as our month of coordinator and Hailey as her assistant, and they went above and beyond to ...

make our day run so smoothly. We met with Miliana virtually each week for the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding, and she was so organized, kind, and overall joy to work with! She communicated directly with all our vendors so we didn’t have to have back and forth when minor changes or hiccups occurred. She also communicated directly with our family and friends involved in the wedding, and everyone kept talking about how wonderful and helpful she was. If you’re considering a wedding coordinator, it’s one of the best investments you can make to have a relaxing, loving day. Thank you Miliana for EVERYTHING!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Mitch as our wedding officiant, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better person to lead our ceremony. From our very first conversation, ...

Mitch was warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in getting to know us as a couple. He took the time to understand our story, values, and what we envisioned for our big day, and he delivered a ceremony that was personal, heartfelt, and perfectly us. Mitch's words during the ceremony were thoughtful, beautifully written, and delivered with sincerity and grace. Several of our guests commented on how personal the ceremony felt, and we completely agree—it was one of the most special parts of the entire day. Beyond being an excellent speaker and storyteller, Mitch was also professional, responsive, and organized throughout the planning process. He offered guidance when we needed it but also gave us the freedom to make the ceremony our own. Whether you're looking for something traditional, modern, spiritual, or somewhere in between, Mitch has the talent and sensitivity to make it meaningful and authentic. Thank you, Mitch, for making our ceremony unforgettable!

al. Everyone could not stop talking about how amazing our ceremony was and how Mitch did such an incredible job. One of my favorite parts was him allowing me and my now husband to take a moment during the ceremony to look out at our family and friends and take in the scenery around us. It gave me a moment to breathe and truly enjoy the moment that otherwise flies by quickly. We also threw him a curveball and asked him to incorporate a Butterfly release into the ceremony and he coordinated that perfectly. We ended up hiring Jenna about halfway through our planning once we got closer to the wedding. I didn't think I would need a planner but her month before and day of coordinating services were ESSENTIAL. I truly truly could not have done it without her. She brought up so many details before the wedding that I would have never thought about on my own and took so much stress off of me both day of and the weeks leading up to the wedding. She also dealt with an issue that I had with my florist not bringing everything we thought they would, improvised, and prevented me from having a potential breakdown about the situation. She also handled a situation where our DJ got sick and had to leave before the reception even started and helped to figure out what to do in that situation so I didn't have to worry about it at all. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend hiring both Mitch and Jenna, such an amazing couple and so essential to make your day perfect!!

Mitch and Jenna's weddings are truly amazing! They are such a great inspirational team! They make wedding planning so fun. We used Mitch as our officiant and Jenna as our month of...

coordinator. Mitch - made our ceremony SO fun! He is great at listening and sharing our love story. The meetings leading up to the ceremony were so fun. We were able to really connect with each other! He has so many amazing ideas and so much experience to share. He had a super fun love quiz for us and went over our results together. This started some really important conversations between us and really helped us learn each other's values at a deeper level! Jenna - Is AMAZING. She really helps with all the planning. I thought I was a super organized person, but Jenna truly is able to take anyone's vision to the next level. She is so kind, determined and truly an amazing human. She makes sure the whole day goes perfectly! I could not have had as good of a wedding without her. I am SO thankful to have found her. She is so calm - I am such a spaz and she was able to keep me so level headed! :) She really takes your plan and makes sure it happens - she was so awesome at setting up, keeping the timeline moving and reminding me to eat! :) She also has anything you could ever need! My fiance (Now husband) got dog hair all over his suit - she pulled out lint roller right away. My dress ripped during pictures and she pulled a safety pin out of thin air! :) She really thinks of everything! So thankful to them both - they are great role models to look up to! My husband (Still getting used to that) and I were so happy to have met them and learn from their love! :)

hink a coordinator was absolutely necessary (being the DIY-ers that we are) but Jenna’s expertise was truly money well spent. She kept us on track, thought of all the little things that I didn’t to make sure the whole night was fluid, and that no details were missed. She also was on-top of it and quick on her feet that we managed to have our first dance out on the riverwalk (not pre-planned) after she noticed all of our guests were outside anyways and it made for the most romantic touch. Mitch was also amazing and reminded us to stay connected to each other throughout all the stress. We had so many people come up to us after the ceremony and ask who’s relative he was because of how personal & well thought out his ceremony was. They both put the right amount of professional touch and we cannot thank you both enough!! If you are unsure if you need a service like this, just TALK to them!

to finish, Jenna and our lead coordinator Miliana were professional, organized, and amazing to work with. We met at 6 months and then weekly starting 6 weeks leading up to our wedding. They walked us through our timeline and made sure every detail was accounted for. Miliana even joined me on our final venue walk through. On the day of, she made sure all decor and people were in the right spot at the right time. Our day was truly perfect, and if there was a mishap I didn’t know about it because Miliana must have taken care of it. Then, towards the end of the night they started the packing up process which was a huge help after our event ended. I cannot recommend this team enough!

The ceremony crafted by Mitch was both touching and personal, leaving not a dry eye in the house and guests are still raving about how amazing the ceremony was. Jenna and Jori’s attention to detail from the first meeting to through the end of the night was on point. Shoutout to the team for making our day the best celebration ever!

re so glad they did, because hiring Jenna as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the beginning, Jenna was super easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable and confident about our wedding tasks. Leading up to the wedding I would always look forward to our weekly calls because I felt like I was chatting with one of my good friends. Jenna is very organized and is always on top of things, so I never felt worried about anything because I had the utmost trust in her! Our wedding day was perfect and everything ran smoothly. I know that everything went so well because Jenna was the driving force behind everything that day. She was calm, professional, and there was no doubt she had everything under control. Her and Mitch worked hard to set everything up and help make our vision of our wedding come true and we cannot thank them enough! We would recommend Jenna and Mitch to anyone getting married! You will not be disappointed, I promise!

If you are getting married in the surrounding Milwaukee area, you need to book Jenna to coordinate for you. I simply cannot say enough about her. From her attention to detail to he...

r ability to calm nerves and anxiety she is beyond worth trust your day with. She is as professional as they come, and comes with a plethora of ideas when it feels as though you can’t think through any more details. Jenna also handles issues that arise behind the scenes and without adding stress and worry which is worth every penny day of. She actually found several mistakes in contracts we had signed and got us a major credit towards our final payment with our venue. Again, I cannot reiterate, invest in Jenna…you will not regret it!

he time to get to know us, and it showed during our ceremony. He counseled us through the whole process, from giving great words on marriage to working through the nitty gritty details of the ceremony. Having him with us before the ceremony was so special and the actual ceremony itself was flawless - we had countless guests, family and bridal party members tell us how impressed they were with him! Him and Jenna have a truly incredible business and we highly recommend them.

We highly recommend working with Jenna for your next event -- she is a real-life superhero who truly went above and beyond! We simply cannot express how grateful we are for her and...

her team. Having Jenna as our coordinator was by far my favorite investment for our big day. Leading up to the wedding, Jenna communicated with our vendors, attended some of our vendor planning meetings (even 6 months in advance), kept us on track, and gave us countless advice. Jenna has impeccable communication and organization skills. She truly thought of everything which made our lives so much easier; plus, it was great to have someone to bounce ideas off of and ask those silly questions. Her fun, easy-going attitude made us looked forward to our weekly meetings during the last 6 weeks! On our wedding day, Jenna and her team did it all and executed our day flawlessly! It's impossible to list all of the tasks she completed but some notable ones include our entire wedding setup, coordinating with our vendors, end-of-the-night cleanup, late night snack execution with Ian's Pizza, and general wedding shenanigans. We received countless compliments from our guests on how perfect our day was and how lucky we were to have such an amazing wedding coordinator. Thank you again for everything, Jenna! We could not have done it without you!

We used Mitch and Jenna for both wedding planning services and as our officiant. Jenna was incredibly helpful. She was patient and responsive and proactive. Time and time again s...

he would go above and beyond to help us, especially on the day of the wedding. Mitch did a wonderful job planning the ceremony and officiating it. The wedding was beautiful and Mitch's words were the perfect mix of seriousness, humor, and duration. He also went above and beyond throughout the entire day, definitely going outside what would be considered his "job description." He met with us routinely leading up to the wedding to discuss the flow of the ceremony and to incorporate elements specific to our story. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us plan the wedding and to help us during the wedding. They both truly care about the couples they work with. We couldn't recommend them any higher for both officiant and planning services!

So grateful to have worked with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

ing our special day perfect. Jenna's experience and wisdom were evident throughout the entire planning process. Every wedding coordinator tries to be hands-on, but Jenna truly spared no time and effort diving into the details of our event. Venue logistics, coordinating vendors, contingency planning, delegating responsibility, and all of the daunting details no couple has time or energy to tackle— Jenna handled it all. She was there every step of the way, guiding us with patience and precision. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she made sure no stone was left unturned. Jenna's ability to turn what could have been an overwhelming task into an enjoyable and stress-free experience was truly remarkable. On our wedding day, Jenna's attentiveness and care shone brightly. She ensured that everything flowed seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment of our celebration. Thanks to her, our day went off without a hiccup, and we couldn't be happier. Working with Jenna was not just an investment in a wedding coordinator; it was an investment in peace of mind, a flawless wedding day, and valuable memories we will hold forever. We wholeheartedly recommend Jenna to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator who is not only professional and experienced but also genuinely cares about making your day unforgettable. Thank you, Mitch and Jenna, for making our wedding day so incredible! Five stars simply aren't enough to convey our gratitude.

ading up to the wedding. He really helped make our wedding ceremony feel like it was especially personalized just for us. I also loved that he had taken care of the marriage license and rounded up our witnesses for signatures instead of us having to chase people down. It may have been a small thing but it helped lessen the stress load for the day. Jenna was equally amazing. She helped with our check list and what needed to get done yet leading up to the big day and on the day of our wedding took care of everything that she could for us. She helped set up final touches prior to the ceremony, during, and then after helped pack up everything. I was so stressed about everything needing to be packed up by the end of the night and worried about not being able to really be present for our day and Jenna took care of it all. I really honestly could not say enough good things about these two amazing people and I would recommend them to everyone. You would not be disappointed!!

Jenna and her team went above and beyond. Very easy to communicate with and get ahold of. Jenna made it possible for my husband and I to focus on our big day and not anything else.

Having Jenna as our coordinator and Mitch as our officiant was honestly the biggest blessing of our wedding month. I set out wanting to do my own wedding planning, but also wanted ...

guidance to make sure I didn't missing anything... and man, am I grateful I had Jenna. I had no idea what I didn't know, but she did! She was calm, organized, and anticipated every detail. Her checklist was thorough and easily customizable to our event-- I would have missed SO many things if not for her. She was invaluable in communicating with our other vendors, confirming and re-confirming that everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, she was calm and on top of every detail. Every aspect of the day went flawlessly-- largely thanks to her experience and leadership. On a personal note, Jenna and Mitch are incredible people and took the time to genuinely invest in us and our marriage throughout the planning process. I couldn't be more thankful for Jenna and Mitch... you two made our wedding everything we could have asked for:)

I cannot say enough amazing things about having Mitch & Jenna as our Wedding Officiant & Wedding Planner. They were best-in-class and the most wonderful people to work with. Many ...

attendees have told me and my now-husband that the wedding ceremony was their favorite of any they've seen. It felt totally "like us" and that is because of Mitch's focus on getting to really know us as a couple (through asking interesting questions, carefully capturing notes on our lives and situations and easy-to-talk to nature). We laughed, lots of our attendees cried happy tears, and everything went absolutely perfectly. We were prepared for how to seamlessly work through the ceremony and everyone felt comfortable as they got ready to walk down the aisle. Jenna is also a complete rockstar. The best way to sum up working with Jenna is that if anything went even slightly off plan, I have absolutely no idea about it to this day. Her attention to detail is best-in-class, she's incredibly calm, caring and solution-oriented, and she went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure everything ran smoothly. I had accidentally given times to vendors, ahead of signing on Mitch & Jenna, that made it so our timeline wasn't going to work -- she identified this issue early on, was able to help create solutions to align vendors with the goals for the day, and got everything sorted well in advance of the wedding. She truly did an impeccable job. Like I said, I cannot say enough good things about this team. The #1 thing I'd do again if I had to wedding plan all over again would be to get these two on board -- they truly made our wedding perfect. Massive thank you Mitch & Jenna for all your work and for future brides and grooms, I fully recommend that you use them to make your wedding perfect too. Thank you!!!

Jenna was my saving grace throughout my wedding planning process. She was beyond helpful and made sure all communication with my vendors was handled leading up to the wedding. She ...

made a wedding checklist with everything you could think of and put together day of timelines. On the big day, she helped with everything! From setting up the reception room to transporting flowers to making sure our bridal party was organized and ready, she was on top of everything. Not only was she helpful, she was genuine, kind and thoughtful from the very first phone call we had and felt like a friend. I am so thankful I had Jenna as my wedding coordinator and highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! Truly the best!

to handle every situation, and I truly felt so calm the day of my wedding because I knew she had everything and would make it perfect. She truly listens and will bring your dream day to life. Mitch took the time to get to know us as a couple and our ceremony was completely personalized to us. Our guests were wowd and amazed by how genuine they were and their professionalism! The Symbis assessment they offer was truly such a special cherry on top. Beyond all, we felt like close friends with Mitch and Jenna by the end of it all. Book this dream team, they are one of a kind!

Looking back on our wedding planning process - I am SO thankful for choosing Jenna. During our initial call with Mitch and Jenna, in which we were primarily looking for a wedding...

officiant, Jenna explained what her role as a "month of coordinator" would entail, and how it is different from the standard coordinator most wedding venues have. I explained that I'm "type A" and wasn't completely sure if I needed additional help (LOL at that thought now) - but we ended up deciding that it would be in our best interest to hire Mitch and Jenna together just based off of the vibe we got talking to them, and wanting to relieve our moms of any unnecessary day of stress. Flash forward to the 6 weeks leading up to our wedding day - each week I met with Jenna to go over the timeline for our day of, things that needed to get done, when they needed to get done, etc. I don't know where I would've been without her guidance! While most people believe that wedding planning is stressful and chaotic, mine was not that at all - all thanks to her. I knew what I needed to get done each week before our next call and by the final week she took full reign contacting vendors and making arrangements so that nothing could go wrong the day of our wedding. Our wedding day was beautiful, perfect, and surreal; and we felt like we were able to be guests of our own wedding - fully present and in the moment enjoying every second of our entire wedding day. Jenna took care of all of the set up of the venue - decorating everything BEAUTIFULLY and exactly how I dreamed, made sure things were moving along smoothly, and even sewed my dress perfectly back together when the sleeve ripped 5 minutes after I put it on :) All in all - don't even think twice before hiring Jenna as your coordinator. If your wedding is in her hands - she will make it the best, most perfect day of your entire lives. She is absolutely amazing.

Jenna and Mitch's services are worth EVERY penny. We hired Jenna as our Month-of wedding planner and it was the best decision I could've made. Jenna reached out 2 months before ...

the wedding so that we could discuss what still needed to be done as far as wedding preparation and review all the vendors we'd be using. She then took everything into her own hands and became my quarterback, taking so much off my plate. She is extremely detail oriented, very communicative, friendly, and overall just really on top of things. She's also extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so confident about everything leading up to our wedding weekend. She even was patient with my groomsmen (LOL) and made sure the rehearsal and our special day ran perfectly. No joke, I could not give them any more praise. I highly recommend their services -- you are in good hands!

Jenna moved the entire day along seamlessly and worked so hard to bring our wedding to life and to gave me the most special gift of a stress free day with nothing for me to worry about. Our family and friends all thought we had known Jenna our entire relationship. Little did they know we just got to know her that last 6 months before our wedding! And that itself says it all!! We could not be happier with our experience with Mitch and Jenna! You will not find a duo like them elsewhere. It is evident Mitch and Jenna are dedicated to their clients and go ...

above and beyond; they took time out of their busy schedules to meet with us numerous times before the wedding to help mentor us and get to know my husband I better. They also made a point to connect with our parents at the rehearsal dinner which was very thoughtful and appreciated by our parents. Mitch did a fantastic job officiating our wedding. Our ceremony was truly unique and personalized for us. We had numerous guests tell us how great our ceremony was and we owe that all to Mitch! Having Jenna as our day of coordinator relieved me from many stresses and allowed me to enjoy my wedding day. Working with her 1 on 1 leading up to the wedding, I knew she would be on top of everything come the day of. From coordinating with all the vendors arriving at the venue to helping flip decor from the ceremony to reception space and helping me find an emergency lint roller, she took care of it all and I didn't have to worry about a thing. THANK YOU Mitch and Jenna, you two are amazing at what you do!

There are not enough good things I can say about this couple. When I found Jenna, I was looking for a reasonably priced day of coordinator but not anything too expensive as I am ...

already very organized. I wanted someone who could just run the day so I could enjoy it (because I would otherwise not enjoy my wedding). But she was so much more than that! We took premarital counseling with the Mitch and Jenna, which includes meeting in person and helping guide us as a soon to be married couple. It allowed us to get to know Mitch and Jenna on a more personal level, giving me so much more comfort when they ran my day. Jenna was extremely organized and helped us figure out the details. After every call the month of the wedding, she would end the call with "are you feeling OK?" and she could always tell I wasn't so we would talk for another 10 to 15 minutes about additional concerns I had. The questions she thought of never would have crossed my mind but I am glad she asked. She also used her experience to identify flaws in our timeline. For example, I had a large wedding party and she told me she was concerned about the time we had set for hair and makeup. Grateful she said something because we definitely would have had a much tighter morning if we didn't move up the start time. Mitch helped Jenna on our day of as it was a big wedding on NYE, so also a long day. Everything went perfect! If anything did go wrong, I still don't know about it. They made sure we were feeling OK, that we always had a drink and food in our system, they even took a photo with us :) I cannot say thank you enough to this couple! Highly recommend 10x over.

one of the best we’ve seen. Leading up to the wedding, she was proactive about communication, checking in about scheduling and various requests and even helping us work through a last-minute parking issue. On the day of the wedding, she lent a calm, competent presence that ensured the day was a success. She and Mitch are so positive and kind and helpful, it makes working with them a true pleasure for venues and couples alike. We hope to have them back at our venue for future weddings!

It was amazing working with Mitch & Jenna at a wedding last weekend. As a wedding DJ, it's super helpful to work with a coordinator who is very accommodating, is flexible, and has ...

great communication. Jenna knows how to make necessary adjustments to keep a smooth timeline. Mitch pays attention to detail, and made the ceremony personal to the bride & groom. He knows how to use a microphone and sounded very good. Sometimes, it's the little things, like when Mitch stepped to the side as the bride & groom had their first kiss as husband and wife. Mitch and Jenna are top-notch wedding pros. I hope to work with them again soon!

I cannot say enough good things about these two. I have had the pleasure of knowing them nearly all of my life and when it came time to find an officiant, Mitch was my first though...

t. The experience that you do with these two is really awesome and I can say I was able to take a few things from it to use in life. When it came down to the wedding day everything went without a hitch because of both Mitch and Jenna. I had many people come up to me all complementing on the ceremony that he led and that it was awesome all around. Thank you for everything you both did I nor Becca could not have asked for more.

ch did a beautiful job of joining my Catholic faith upbringing with my husband's non denominational background. Jenna was everything I didn't know that I needed on my wedding day. You name it, Jenna took care of it! We are so blessed to call these two friends and role models and are so lucky to have had them be a part of our special day. I wish we could get married over and over again and would not change a thing! These two are amazing at what they do!

e wedding planning process. Jenna was attentive, thorough, & detail-oriented when planning & guiding the decision-making process for our wedding timeline as well as coordinating our huge wedding party. She was a total pro & you can tell she's truly passionate about her clients & her job! Our wedding day went SO smoothly & we received several compliments about how kind & efficient Jenna was the entire day! She calmed any concerns or questions my husband & I had leading up to our wedding day & we cannot recommend her enough!

Mitch and Jenna were the perfect addition to our wedding day. When it came to picking an officiant we had no idea where to start or what we wanted. Mitch and Jenna filled in all th...

e blanks for us and made our ceremony so special and wonderful. We got to meet and know them over the months leading up to our wedding and they also got to know us. We learned a lot about our relationship prior to our wedding day and were able to have those tough and crucial conversations about what our future would look like, and we felt totally invested in our marriage. Not only were we totally invested in our marriage, but so are Mitch and Jenna. We gained two wonderful new friends and mentors in life and marriage through this journey with them. Our ceremony was exactly what we wanted it to be. Mitch took out all the guess work on what should be included in the ceremony, and was very flexible to our thoughts and needs for our ceremony as well and was happy to incorporate them all. Since we were able to share personal moments and stories with them, they were included in our ceremony and our families were able to hear our love journey on our wedding day. We still get SO many compliments on our ceremony, and our photos are filled with so many genuine laughs and smiles I can still remember our ceremony and where those smiles came from. Everything ran smoothly and was absolutely perfect. We can not thank Mitch and Jenna enough for their investment in our wedding day and our marriage.

The Buenger's were a perfect addition to our wedding day. We have had the privilege of knowing Mitch and Jenna our whole relationship and are truly inspired by their love for each ...

other and marriage. It may sound cliche to say that, but we really do admire the love and bond that these two have made as they have created their little, awesome family. We were lucky enough to be one of the first weddings that Mitch officiated. Our favorite reason we loved working with Mitch was because he made our wedding day about the two of us and the lifelong commitment we were set to make. The ceremony and dialogue were so thought out and fit within exactly what we wanted. Of course we thought it was a perfect ceremony, (It was!), but when we received numerous compliments about Mitch during the reception and the months after, we knew we had made the right choice in picking him to marry us. And we are so glad we did! We have also had the privilege of seeing Mitch officiate a few other weddings and we still get goosebumps at the way he draws you in with the personal stories and lessons. We could not be happier for Mitch and Jenna on this new journey! We would recommend the Buengers to anyone and everyone! We know that you will love them as much as we do!

My husband and I were first introduced to Mitch and Jenna when Mitch officiated the wedding of a close friend. We were blown away by the ceremony - it was personal, unique, and Chr...

ist centered which is exactly what we were looking for when planning our own nuptials. We reached out to Mitch and Jenna to get to know them better and to see if they would be a good fit for our wedding and we are SO glad we did! They took the time to really get to know us as a couple. Through the marriage counseling that they offer we got to know ourselves better too! Mitch and Jenna weren't afraid to ask us difficult questions and how we would handle different life scenarios, which we didn't think about before. Even more, they shared their own personal journey through marriage and children. Throughout the whole wedding planning process they checked in on us and we felt very comfortable reaching out to them too! We were absolutely blown away by our ceremony as were our family and friends. It was truly evident the time Mitch and Jenna put in to make it uniquely us and included references to the Badgers, which we loved! My mom was hesitate at first about us not getting married in a church. Mitch took extra time at the rehearsal to speak with my mom, which she really appreciated. She and the rest of our family and friends continue to mention, 6 months later, how they could feel the love we shared at our ceremony and the personal touches, which I attribute to the spectacular job of Mitch and Jenna! Thank you again!

Of all the decisions we had to make during wedding planning, choosing Mitch & Jenna to be a part of our big day was easily the BEST! Meeting with these two prior to our wedding he...

lped us feel more at ease about marriage, supported, and truly excited for the journey ahead. My husband and I both agreed these meetings really reminded us of "why" we were getting married (which can sometimes get lost in all the planning) and yet is the MOST EXCITING PART, marrying your best friend. Mitch and Jenna made our wedding ceremony TRULY UNFORGETTABLE. It was so personal, fun, sentimental, and really encapsulated our love story. Our family and friends still describe how “perfect” it was! Mitch & Jenna continuously checked in throughout wedding planning, helped guide us through the rehearsal, and played a key part in our day running smoothly. I cannot say enough nice things about these two as a couple and about the role they played in our wedding. I would recommend them to anyone! We’re forever grateful and are truly blessed for the lifelong friendship we’ve gained.
