This was a total ripoff and I'm not saying that because they only give you the forms. I'm saying that because they offer absolutely no support through the process. If you have a qu...
estion they never bother to reply. If you call their number you'll actually get an error message. If you email them to say, hey your phone number isn't working, no one will ever call you or email you back. I paid for the premium service which is anything but premium.
The app is clunky and the instructions on it are vague and unclear. It's clear they don't care about you or your name change. Apparently they're just shooting fish in a barrel. There are a bunch of name change service comparably priced. There's no reason to use this one. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.
This is such an amazing service! Someone gave this to me as a bridal shower gift and it's now my go to gift for bridal showers!
This service was terrible! I bought the most expensive $69 package and while filling out the forms a couple questions came up. I tried calling the number many times and never rec...
eived an answer. I also tried emailing the business - still no answer. Eventually I just kept plugging away at the forms the best I could and hit another roadblock - there was no button to select to complete the paperwork and have it sent to me. Once again, I tried contacting ANYone at this company and received no answers. Completely frustrated and defeated, I finally gave up and go with another service. And after all this, 3 or 4 months later I got a package in the mail with all my paperwork! Not only was it too late, the paperwork was not accurate. In addition, I'm concerned about having shared so much personal information with this company after seeing how they treat me as a customer!
It was amazing for everything pertaining to my name change with all documents readily available in one place. Was not too expensive.
So easy! Walks you through everything, no hassle. Highly recommend!

Service made everything easier. The site knew more than the people in the actual social security office! Made it much easier to change my name!
The process was very easy and pain free... I was able to take my time without any stress..I would definitely recommend.
This service made my life so much easier! All of the forms I needed came pre-printed, with envelopes where applicable. Each step was in order and it made changing my name a breeze....
Worth every penny!

t on the website so I was able to type in the spaces provided and print the forms afterwards. Other important information and addresses where to send the forms are right on the website as well. I believe this website was very helpful and I am happy that I used this website since it made the name change process less stressful for me!
I was very nervous and felt very overwhelmed about changing my name. Miss to Mrs had all the information, links and forms I needed. I recommend the premium package. Having all the ...
items sent to me with postage already taken care of was such a time saver! Thank you and I’ve already started recommending it to friends!

companies I hadn't thought about. Definitely worth visiting just to better understand the name change process.
This service does not save you time, it wastes it completely. There are two forms that are really needed, but they make you think there are several. Of those two forms, one cannot ...
be done through mail (DMV), and for the other one (SSC), they conveniently leave out that you need to mail in a certified marriage certificate (not a photocopy or a notarized copy).
SO...I paid $70 for forms to be filled out online (I still had to retype info for several forms), to have the filled-out forms mailed to me with prepaid envelopes for mailing forms to the different agencies. Truth is, ONLY ONE FORM CAN BE DONE THROUGH MAIL. I didn’t need all these tax forms and post office forms and bank and credit card forms.
The one form that can be done through mail is social security. That is it. That is what I paid $70 for, and I didn’t even include my certified marriage certificate because I was not instructed to do so.
This service literally has one job and one promise...to make life a little bit easier for brides changing their last name. They do the exact opposite. I have spent more time trying to figure out this horribly explained, horribly organized, “modern” service than I would have spent sitting in the SS office and DMV combined.
I was very excited for this service and thought it would help simplify the name change process. It did have all of the information consolidated, but a lot of it was tailored to an ...
address change (which I didn't need) and also I could not find my primary bank or my mortgage company on the site. It is a good idea, but wasn't for me. The customer service is great though- they were quick to respond and accommodate when I requested a refund.
I think the service is a good idea (hence 3 stars instead of 1). It does do a good job of making one think of things one wouldn't realize are part of this (like car insurance, loan...
s, professional certificates, etc.).
However, the information for the CA DMV is off- way off. As in important things like price, buttons to push on the phone, having forms ordered. I sent several emails to help them correct this error, yet nothing was returned to me. The voter registration form is also extraneous since when one is at the DMV, one's driver's license form contains a voter registration portion.
Parts of the site don't work properly or are a little un-user-friendly (items should be checked off when one prints the form and marks it mailed instead of when one fills out all the information, etc.).
Glad I did it so I can have it all in one place and be reminded of what I still need to do, but seems like something I could have figured out on my own for free- especially since I had to for part of it!
This was a very helpful tool to use after I was married & faced the challenge of changing my name over officially. I like that they tell you EXACTLY what you need & what do...
cuments (marriage license, passport, license, etc.) you need at each place. This was very helpful!

an't do it all for you (e.g., you still have to go to the DMV), but they generate all the forms you will need (even state-specific forms) and provide instruction on which order to do things (e.g., you need to start with your new social security card...I would have started with my license). It was a really easy to use program and well worth $30!
This software simplified the process, I can't imagine chasing down each agency independently! Sure, some you might have done on your own and saved some money but if you're a task-...
stressed person this really lifts the burden of getting it all done easily and in order. I recommend it! I would say to check your state's specific requirements for Drivers License change of address around election time or you could risk not getting to vote on time...Texas requires registration 30 days in your new precinct before you can vote.
MissNowMrs.com really helped me in the name change process. i moved, got married and returned to work, and had little time to research and find out what I had to do on my own. They...
really helped me shorten the time, and complete all the forms. I didn't have any question as to what I needed to do at all. I would definitely recommend using them!
