Cara is such a talented photographer and lovely person! She was our wedding photographer and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else. Her packages are very reasonable and she spent almost 12 hours with us on our wedding day. Truly above and beyond! We got an engagement session done with our package. That was so fun and a great way to get to know her better! We even got a few preview photos a week after our wedding. They were amazing and I’m so excited to see them all! I will definitely be using her again in the future.
Cara was wonderful to work with throughout our wedding process and we LOVE our wedding photos! She beautifully captured our personality, joy, and style of our wedding in a way that felt both natural and elegant.

Hi! I’m Cara Harrison, owner of Mischief and Laughs Photography. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing hundreds of awesome families and gorgeous weddings over the past 14 years – I love thinking about the rich legacy of photographs hanging on my clients’ walls! I’m a mom of three kiddos. I’m an INFP, which means I think with my heart. I love to be outdoors. Love. It. I'm more interested in connections and love than I am pretty decorations. I have a documentary style - I'm always on the lookout for emotion and action.
