I had my wedding September 6th 2025, and here is my detailed review of my wedding! First and foremost, my reception was here AFTER my wedding in a Catholic church. Food and alcohol... was the most important detail for my family.. and unfortunately we had quite some issues with just that. We were promised 2 bars, only one of the bars in the room were opened. which created horribly long lines for guests, and not what we were promised. My signature drink was a malibu & diet coke… Malibu was promised to us.. we paid for a premium bar. We also requested Negronis which is an Italian cocktail with Campari. The week before my wedding Pamela called asking if i wanted dragon fruit/passion fruit Malibu.. i told her no and that is not what i wanted. she then promised regular Malibu would be at my event. On the day of my wedding my mother heard the bartenders saying “we only have fruity Malibu, the chef ordered the wrong one and people will be too drunk to notice a difference.” this outraged me after the wedding considering I made signage for my signature drinks and I was promised just that. they also did not supply Campari like they told us they would… three of my tables at my wedding never received salads. we chose family style and had 3 entrees.. salmon, chicken and beef. when guests asked for more food, they told them they had ran out. when my mother asked for more beef, they told us they would bring some out, but they actually brought roast beef from the wedding next to ours… we didn’t pay nearly 30 grand for food that we did not order.. we were promised, unlimited amounts of food. The venue never cut my wedding cake so it just sat there and on top of that they left ice cream and pieces of sheet cake that we had given them on a table by the time guests even noticed it was just melted piles of ice cream on a table. The venue charged us an additional $300 to set up our dessert table for us… we were told it would be beautiful and decorated. It was literally plain white tables with some desserts on stands… during the reception workers were putting desserts into boxes to take home.. when we asked what they were doing. They did nothing besides started putting the desserts back on the stands… during the reception, one of the servers took my magazines, placed it on one of the guests tables and took his phone out to start filming it while all my guest sat around and watched him. when we asked him what he was doing he said he wanted to show his girlfriend so that she could do it at their wedding.. we hired bridal insignia for decor, which is correlated indirectly to the mirage.. in which they took 17 additional minutes and all of my guests were sitting outside waiting for the hall to open even though reception started at six. Guests didn’t even come in until 6:17. The wedding next-door kept coming into our wedding and taking photos and dancing on our dance floor and sitting at the tables… we had no idea who these people were or why they were in our hall. eventually, one of the bridesmaids tried to take me off the dance floor to go into the other wedding so the bride could have photos taken in my hall…. WTF. overall, I am extremely disappointed my mother called Pamela the next day and told her how upset we were. no one has since reached out or said anything to us, I’m not trying to seek compensation, but rather make sure this doesn’t happen to another bride. to say the least, we’re pretty disappointed and would not recommend this place for a wedding.
