Owner and planner Ashleé discovered her passion for weddings when working as a server and subsequently a bridal attendant in Long Island. Seeing how small details come together to create a day that stands out from the rest inspired her to start her own business. Now, she works with couples everywhere to plan, design, and execute a celebration that will never be forgotten.
Whatever you need help with, Ashleé will be by your side. Full and partial planning packages are available, with services ranging from budget analysis and vendor referrals to event design, to-do lists, and more. Day-of coordination is another option, ideal for those who want a guiding eye over the event as it happens. s to discuss decor, details, and timeline. She reached out to all my vendors in advance and was handling things behind the scenes before the day arrived.
When my venue burned down 12 days before the event (crazy, I know), Ashleé called me right away to check in and started reaching out to her own network to help me find a new space. My husband and I were able to rebook at a venue, and Ashleé got started right away prepping our team of vendors, communicating with the new venue, and making sure the morning of and the event ran as smoothly as possible.
On the day of the reception, she made herself readily available the entire day. She ensured that our florist brought us our bouquet and boutonnieres before heading to the venue to decorate. She made the table scapes at the venue look so beautiful and whimsical. She placed all our decor items in the new venue and the space looked more beautiful than I could have even imagined. During the event, she ensured that the timeline ran smoothly and with minimal delays, and that every vendor was paid and tipped. She also had the most kind and calm demeanor; she and her assistant were such a pleasure to be around. At the end of the night, she put all of our decor back into boxes, and made it so easy for us to transport everything home. Honestly could not have had our event run as smoothly without her and her team at Mint Shrine Events. I highly recommend then to any couple!
