Mindy's is, by far, the best food we've ever had. They provided a seated salad, buffet dinner (including filet mignon, pesto stuffed chicken, stuffed shells, and roasted vegetable...
s), and bartending. No one was without a drink, even during cocktail hour when they had an extra server handing out glasses of wine. They even had cucumber water for guests before the ceremony since it was in May. And it was affordable!! Not only that, but Erin, Mindy's coordinator basically acted like our wedding planner. We did the walk through with the venue, and she asked non-stop questions, helped us make the hard decisions, and asked for all the other vendors' name and info so she can contact them in case something happens (we had a grilled cheese food truck and dessert buffet and even though she wasn't providing it, she still went above and beyond to make sure all of our food and drinks went off without a hitch). I seriously couldn't have dreamed of better, above and beyond service paired with the best food I've ever had!!
I am so glad we used Mindy's to cater our wedding. We had a fall wedding at the Barns at Wolf Trap, and wanted a simple and rustic feel. Erin was able to create a wonderful hearty...
fall menu for us, and provided delicious pies for a pie bar. Our guests absolutely loved the food, as did we! Erin was also very responsive and paid close attention to details, and her judgement in terms of what would work for our venue was really valuable. In addition, we had several guests who were vegan, and Erin arranged delicious vegan meals for them. Couldn't be happier with our experience with Mindy's!

f linens added a wonderful touch and everything looked fantastic. Short but sweet, we were very impressed.
You cannot go wrong with Mindy's. Erin is a delight to work with and can help a clueless bride (me) through the reception. My mother is a clergy spouse and has probably been to a h...
undred weddings and she said this was the best food she has ever had. When Mindy's was told my elderly grandparents were present at the reception, the staff made sure to go to them first whenever they were passing around food. Just wonderful all around and very reasonably priced. We had a fall-themed menu and it makes me hungry just to think about the food again.
