We had a bit of an issue with the bluetooth for music on the bus which left it kind of quiet rather than a fun party moment, but overall we are so glad we had their services for our bridal party and guests.

hour and pay 7 days before the event date, which I liked. We decreased our hours prior to the event, adjusting our ending invoice price. The last few weeks before our wedding was stressful - I had to call multiple times to confirm a shuttle was coming, payment was processed. Overall, the shuttle came on time, transported my guests as anticipated. This company does include 20% gratuity in the overall invoice price, so if you aren't intending on tipping that much or at all, there isn't that option.
