We are beyond thrilled that we chose Jodi/Millyard Studios as our wedding photographer! From the very first consultation to the final delivery of our album, Jodi was nothing short ...
of amazing. As a couple, we were a bit nervous about being in front of the camera, but Jodi made us feel so comfortable and at ease from the start. She took the time to understand our vision and style, and it showed in every shot.
The day of the wedding, Jodi was professional, organized, and made the whole experience fun. She brings such a sense of humor and genuine positivity, and it was a joy to have her around capturing our special moments. She did a great job getting all of the shots we wanted - including some with our extended family which were not easy to organize! - while also remaining unobtrusive and not making us feel “over-managed.”
One of the things we loved most was the ability to relive the emotion of the day through the photos. She captured the essence of the day and provided us with gorgeous photos that honestly feel like something out of a magazine - while still being genuine and capturing our style as a couple. She captured every special moment - from our first look to our ceremony to our first dance and more. She is also fantastic at night photography! Which was really important to us since our wedding was in November and the sun set when our ceremony began. All of those photos are perfectly lit and beautiful.
If you’re looking for a wedding photographer who is not only talented but also friendly, organized, and easy to work with, look no further than Jodi at Millyard Studios. We are so grateful for the memories she has given us to treasure forever. Thank you for being such a special part of our wedding day!
Where do I even begin with Jodi? She was, without a doubt, one of the biggest reasons our wedding day was the best day of our lives. From the moment she arrived, her energy was con...
tagious. She made us feel so comfortable, kept everyone smiling, and somehow made the entire day feel effortless, even with a forecast calling for rain.
Despite the weather, Jodi captured the most breathtaking photos I have ever seen. We have only received our sneak peeks, and we are already completely blown away. Every single photo is stunning, and everyone who has seen them can’t stop talking about how incredible they are. We truly cannot wait to see the rest of our gallery because if the sneak peeks are this amazing, we know the full collection will be beyond anything we could have imagined.
What amazes me most is that Jodi did all of this by herself. She worked with the energy and efficiency of three photographers, never missing a moment. She captured so many beautiful candid photos of our guests, and she was constantly offering to take photos for family and friends when she saw them trying to use their phones. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and every special moment was preserved.
Jodi didn’t just take photos, she made our entire wedding experience even more magical. She was kind, calming, encouraging, and genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible. Looking back at these photos already brings us right back to every emotion we felt that day, and that is such an incredible gift.
If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, stop searching and book Jodi. She exceeded every expectation we had, and we truly cannot recommend her enough. She is unbelievably talented, and we will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives.

nd the pictures are wonderful. Jodi and our 2nd photographer Amy made our wedding day an absolute dream, and our photos capture that beautifully. We were able to rest easy and enjoy our day knowing Jodi was going to be able to capture our vision. She is organized (even when there are many family members involved who do not speak english), calm, and an absolute joy to work with. Her experience shines through beautifully both in the way that she organizes the day and her knowledge of our venue, which easily translates to how breathtaking the photos are. She is easy to communicate with and we were so pleasantly surprised by how quickly our photos arrived. She captured our vision perfectly, and truly felt so at peace through every step of the process with her. Hiring Jodi was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding process, and I couldn't have imagined the day without her.

Jodi is incredibly talented. She has such an eye for detail and a gift for capturing genuine emotion. Even before seeing the final gallery, we already know the photos are going to be absolutely stunning — because we saw the magic she was creating in real time. We truly cannot wait to see them!
Our family and friends were also so impressed by how seamlessly she blended into the day while still catching every important moment. Jodi went above and beyond in every way, and we’re so grateful we had her as part of our wedding team.
If you're looking for a photographer who is not only talented and professional but also kind, passionate, and fun to be around — Jodi and the Millyard Studios team are everything you could ask for.

ght. She showed up on time and went right to work. She knew from our engagement photoshoot that we don't really like getting photos taken. She made it easy to take photos and we laughed when we had to take those awkward posed photos. She made sure that we got all of the important photos done prior to our ceremony and kept a tight schedule of extended family photos after so that we could enjoy cocktail hour. She stayed in the distance during the reception and let my husband and I enjoy being with our guests and dancing. Here photos are breathtaking .... they are loving, warm and natural which is exactly what I wanted. When I need another photoshoot she is my go to!

get to keep forever, and she blew us away with how incredible they were. Her 2nd photographer Nicole was just as amazing, capturing every single moment and in such a beautiful and creative way. From the moment we met Jodi we knew instantly she would be a perfect fit. Her bubbly personality made us feel like we've been friends for years! She made us feel so comfortable during out photo sessions and kept us laughing. We got married on an Island on a lake she has never been to and she agreed with no hesitation and excitement in her eyes! We didn't have a wedding planner, and Jodi helped us put together a timeline of the entire day which was extremely helpful for us. When she showed up on our wedding day i instantly felt relaxed as i knew she would keep things going and she did! Lizzie was also such a joy to work with, she helped us pick our our photos for our album and was extremely responsive! Millyard Studios is the best decision you'll ever make for your wedding photographer!! We are forever grateful for them and our wedding photos! xoxo

sion for photography shows in the pictures she takes. When we were looking for a photographer we wanted candid and natural looking photos. We didn't want someone to tell us how to stand and what to do. Thats why we loved Jodi because she focuses on the natural photos and candid photos. When we did some of the photos she would give us direction and then she would say something funny which made us have that natural smile. We got married at LaBelle Winery and she knew all the spots to take those golden hour photos and she knew where to stand to get the perfect photo. Jodi and her team and truly amazing people to work with! I would highly recommend Millyard Studios for your big day!

cative in the months leading up to our wedding. I also loved our engagement shoot, I felt like we really got a preview to what our wedding day would be like. Not to mention, we felt so comfortable with Jodi. And on our wedding day, I couldn't have asked for a better duo. The pictures came out STUNNING. Overall, I'm so happy with our decision and recommend Millyard to anyone looking for gorgeous wedding photos!

s very personable and easy to talk to. We are not people who love having our pictures taken, but Jodi truly made the experience very comfortable for us. My biggest worry was getting pictures back that wouldn’t look natural, but Jodi’s photographs couldn’t look more natural or beautiful! Jodi and her team were incredibly organized leading up to our big day and I ended up using the timeline she and I constructed together to make my entire day of schedule which was super helpful! Day of, Jodi continued to impress us. She really knows her craft and how to direct and give helpful feedback. I had an unfortunate mishap with my dress an hour before I was set to walk down the aisle, and Jodi couldn’t have been more helpful with figuring out what to do…she was even going to sew my dress at one point! She really went above and beyond what we expected! You simply won’t find a better photographer for your big day than Jodi and the whole team at Millyard!

took amazing photos for our engagement shoot & I am so excited to see the completed wedding photos. Seeing a few sneak peeks have gotten me so excited because she really captures the true happiness and joy in everyone. My wedding was such a fun day, filled with so much happiness and she really captured that. I love that she always will go through any obstacle such as getting in a bush to capture the perfect photo lol. Highly recommend Millyard for all your photography needs! Also, Lizzie in the office is always a pleasure to work with as well & always so sweet when speaking to her. I could not say enough about how great they are as a whole. :)

ersonality and is willing to do whatever she needs to to get all the best shots. We did our engagement photos at Nubble Lighthouse in Maine and she was climbing all over the rocks to make sure we got some AMAZING photos. On our wedding day, we had some intense winds from the outskirts of Hurricane Lee and she worked with us throughout the night, with the changing weather patterns, to capture all the best shots. She is very accommodating and we are so excited to see the final results! She is wonderful and we will definitely hire her again for future photo needs. If I could give 10 stars, I would! The best!

the most amazing team of people day of. She dealt with my loud italian family and even in all of the most stressful moments (it down poured for our special day) Jodi and Lizzie were the best hype girls ever. They stood in the rain to get the most amazing shots of me and my husband. Thank you Millyard Team! Look no further than using them as your photographers, they are truly the best of the best.

hroughout our sessions that even the candids are stunning! She helped plan our wedding timeline and kept our family and bridal party on schedule throughout the day. es😂 Jodi made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and captured our day beautifully. Even though it was 20 degrees outside and we had to walk through a few inches of snow to get some pictures, her fun personality kept us all laughing. She also helped us to create our photo timeline for our day, helped us put together a shot list, corralled our families, and she and her office staff were always quick to answer any questions that we could come up with. They were also very timely in getting our photos back to us after the wedding.

e would never forget. When you work with Jodi and her assistant, Peter, you can tell how passionate they are about their craft – there wasn’t a detail of a shot that Jodi wanted to miss, even if it meant kneeling down in fresh snow on a bitterly cold night. We can’t recommend Millyard Studios enough. Thank You for all you did for us, Jodi!
Where do I even start? Jodi is just awesome! We spoke to several photographers during our wedding planning process, but we clicked with Jodi right away.
Her skills are unmatched, ...
she's hilarious, and really knows how to put you at ease - both while taking pictures and while you're a little nervous up in the bridal suite.
We just got our wedding album back and I can't say enough, luckily pictures are literally worth a thousand words in this case. 20/10 suggest booking Millyard for your big day and we can't wait to hire her to capture all of our milestones ahead!

plans changed, worked closely with our other vendors, and helped us work out our day-of schedule so that everything ran as smoothly as possible.
Jodi has a great eye for lighting and location. You will find her going the extra mile (often while climbing through bushes) to get the perfect shot. She is easygoing and made my husband and I, our families, and our wedding parties feel comfortable in front of the camera.
We recieved our full wedding day album in just under a month, which was quicker than I expected, especially since we were married in peak wedding season. We were happy with that timeline, but I wish we had gotten a sneak peek of 1 - 5 images before receiving the full album.
A note to brides - there were a couple things out of place in our photos that I had thought our photographers would have pointed out. For example, during our engagement shoot my necklace had turned and the clasp was in front and on my wedding day, when we took the matching PJ photo, I was sitting on my button up in a way that caused the buttons to gap. Both of these would have been quick fixes if they'd been pointed out or I had noticed myself. I honestly dont know if that's a reasonable expectation to have of a photographer, but in retrospect, it's probably a good idea to designate a bridesmaid to be on high alert for anything out of place.
Overall, we are very happy with our experience will Millyard and highly recommend Jodi's services!
We are thrilled to have had Millyard Studios for our November wedding at LaBelle Winery! From our initial contact with Millyard, Lizzie and the team were incredibly kind, and easy ...
to work with. Scheduling consults, engagement photos and final planning meetings was very easy and any questions we had were always answered quickly. Jodi has the best energy. My husband and I were nervous to be in front of the camera for a whole day, but Jodi gave us great cues and kept us laughing which made for beautiful, natural photos that we love. On top of just being an awesome person, Jodi really knows how to capture weddings. She and her assistant Peter knew exactly where on the property we needed to be and at what time to have the best lighting and those photos are DREAMY. Jodi and Peter also braved the cold and ducked into bushes to get the best shots for us so we love them for that!! Millyard truly gave us everything from beautiful portraits, to epic candids, and some awesome creative/artistic shots. We couldn't be happier with the photos from our wedding day and we whole heartedly recommend hiring them for yours!!

, as well as the timeline they create makes the day itself go smoothly. Looking at Jodi's previous work, I knew she would have fun and creative visions for the day! She made my husband and I so comfortable throughout the day and captured all the special moments. make me feel as if I am their only client. Jodi and her staff have been so patient and helpful in making sure my vision of my wedding come true. I hired Jodi to photograph my engagement session and she was such a blast! So down to earth and made us feel so comfortable while making it fun. She will be photographing my wedding on 5/1/22 and I cannot wait. Her day of timeline for weddings is so organized. She is adamant about making sure she gets all the best shots! And her talent is amazing. If you want someone fun, professional, patient, and worth your time and money, hire Jodi!

le about the venue, the timing, and location of the photos. She continued to communicate with me throughout the wedding process and set up a timeline for my wedding, which was very helpful. On the day of the wedding, she was very flexible and made every effort to capture all the photos I wanted. As a side bonus, she was super enthusiastic and made me laugh the entire day while taking photos. She is also great because she isn't afraid to jump in a bush or behind a tree to capture amazing photos. I can't wait to see what our future wedding photos look like! We will definitely use her again for future photos.
TLDR; choose Millyard! I was wanting a photographer who would capture the beauty of our day - from the flowers I spent hours toiling over, to the way light flowed through my dress,...
to the dramatic clouds that happened to be overhead that day. She captured it all with perfect lighting, angles, emotion, etc. As a camera shy person, she also helped me pose very naturally. As a business, Jodie and her team are very responsive (24-28h response time max). They also helped put together a timeline for the morning to help structure who needed be where and when, which is so helpful since I didn't hire a coordinator. We gave her a list of photos we wanted and she captured every one. Our photos were available within 6 weeks, as promised. For the most part, Jodie was very pleasant to work with. We paid $2-3K, and I think it was an appropriate price for the quality of her work! I may be biased, but the photos from my wedding are far better in quality than others I've seen! Thanks Millyard!
Cannot recommend Jodi and her team enough!! Her pictures are breath taking and Jodi’s energy during the sessions is amazing. Highly highly recommend!

to get the most amazing shots. Cannot recommend enough!
I first heard of Millyard Studios and Jodi by recommendation of a friend who worked in the wedding industry. I believe her exact words were "you have to book them, there is no one...
better." There could not have been a more true statement. Jodi and Peter were so wonderful to work with, both on the wedding day and leading up to it (almost two years, thanks to COVID!). They were so funny and awesome to work with and make you feel so relaxed in front of the camera. Jodi shot our engagement shoot and elopement as well as our big wedding/reception and the pictures speak for themselves. The quality of the photos is so amazing - light, airy, and natural. If you do nothing else for your wedding, book Millyard Studios!

unning! The process was so easy and Lizzie who works in the office has been so helpful, kind and patient with all of our questions. We cannot wait for our wedding day and have peace of mind that our photos (one of the most important things to us!) will be absolutely beautiful. 1000/10 recommend hiring Jodi and Millyard Studios!
OMG UPDATE!
Photography was one of the most important vendors to us for our wedding day and the moment we met Jodi and her team we knew we had made the right choice! That was only solidified further when we met Jodi for our engagement shoot. She was excited to shoot in a brand new location AND had us laughing instantly and continuously throughout the session...even when we got lost in the woods...in the rain...and dark! (and yes- she even offered her umbrella to us!) Lizzie who works in the office is so personable and patient while you choose your photos. She is such an asset to the Millyard team! THEN comes wedding day. Jodi and her assistant were EARLY to arrive which for someone like me who is a little timeline happy- was so amazing. I instantly felt calm in both their presence and couldn't wait to start capturing our day. We already know the photos are going to be magical and look forward to returning to Millyard Studios with all our future photography needs!!! BOOK JODI - you won't regret it!!!

We knew that of all the vendors we had, we didn’t want to lose Millyard as a vendor with all the postponements, and they were easy to work with to find a date that worked for us and them! We also had Peter as a second shooter the day of the wedding. The two of them were absolutely great together and both had such outgoing personalities and made taking photos so much fun! We can’t wait to use Millyard again for our next big moments!
We chose Jodi and her team not only for their amazing photographs, but also for Jodi's personality. We are awkward and hate getting our photos taken, but working with Jodi made it ...
a ton of fun. She will do ANYTHING to get the most amazing photos and she helps you relax and feel natural while doing it. Our second shooter Peter was also great, we met him the day of our wedding and he couldn't have fit any better had we hand-selected him as well. Jodi was prepared, on time, flexible, ready to roll with anything that happened and in the end gave us amazing photos that we are absolutely in love with. We couldn't recommend anyone better.

from an image search when they posted some photos they took at our venue. We reached out on a whim and luckily enough Jodi was available on short notice for our wedding date. We truly wish that we had found her and contracted her from the beginning. Jodi and the team were so easy to work with, took amazing photos and eliminated all of the stress of wedding photography. The photos are amazing and the team is so fun and easy to work with. We cannot recommend Millyard more highly and cannot wait to contract them again for future photos and we are telling all of our friends to use them in the future. They are the absolute best!
Jodi is a family friend and when I saw her work, I immediately knew I wanted her to capture our moments on camera. She has such an eye and vision. When I first met her, I knew for ...
SURE she would be the one. Her personality is the best! I was so nevous to take our engagement photos!! She made us feel so at ease and just made us laugh and enjoy the moment. Jodi put together an amazing timeline for our wedding day--which I know is SUPER HELPFUL for us brides!!!!! On my wedding day, Jodi came in with a big smile and we got right to work! I cannot wait to see the photos. If you are looking for someone down to earth who is going to make you feel SO comfortable taking photos and at the same time be completely taking away when you see her work, then you HAVE to book her. Her helper Peter Higgins came along to help and he was also super friendly!! I am so happy we went with Millyard Studios!!!!!

We couldn't be happier with the value we got too. The whole Millyard team is great to work with (very organized and professional), they make it fun, and most importantly they take stunning photos. They were a joy to work with and we would absolutely recommend them - don't make the mistake of not hiring them for your big day!

hots to our final wedding album consultation, we had a genuinely great time working with them. Everyone felt so at ease with Jodi and Amanda at our wedding, and when the wedding organizer was nowhere to be found due to a medical emergency, Jodi and Amanda stepped up and made sure that we were keeping to our schedule as best as possible. We honestly wish Jodi and crew ran entire weddings, they would be so good at it. And the photos are absolutely stunning! People cannot stop raving about them! If you go to Millyard's offices, you can see that not only does Jodi do pics in good weather, she is a master of making the worst weather look absolutely breathtaking in wedding shots. We were even at one point hoping for a little rain because of how fantastic her rain pictures are! Thanks so much, Jodi and crew!
Jodi is phenomenal. We worked with her for our Engagement and Wedding photos, and she was incredible. Not only were her photos amazing, but she was through the entire process. She ...
never rushed us, and in fact, went the extra mile to get more shots, more time, and tried more angles and options than we expected. She climbed sharp rocks out on the beach to get the perfect engagement shots for us, and always found a creative new shot to try out for our wedding photos. She is creative, fun, engaging, a great choreographer, and knows her stuff. She and her team are so Professional, we felt so taken care of during the whole process. She provided additional tips on timing and logistics of our wedding. She knows everything to know about weddings and photos. We wish we could have her with us for every life event. We enthusiastically recommend her for pictures. You will love her!
