he appetizers started circulating, we all knew this wasn’t your typical catered event. The flavors were fresh, elevated, and beautifully presented. I had a wild mushroom tart that was so good, I tracked down a server just to ask who the chef was! The dinner itself was next level. Every plate looked like it came from a fine-dining restaurant, and it tasted just as amazing. I chose the pan-seared salmon with seasonal vegetables and lemon herb butter—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. My husband had the steak and wouldn’t stop raving about it the entire night. What really stood out beyond the food was the staff’s professionalism. Every course came out on time, drinks were refilled regularly, and the servers were so friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I’ve been to a lot of weddings, but this was the first time I left talking about the food more than anything else. If you’re thinking about booking MileHighCook for your event—do it. I promise your guests will still be talking about the food weeks later.
