Mike Cooper / Creative Exposures: Your personal DJ-MC

as wonderful! My husband and I do not like taking pictures...at all. But she made us feel so comfortable and focused on what we wanted. Would highly recommend creative exposures to anyone in Colorado. Couldn’t get much better.

ng that gave things a special touch. If you use him, be sure to have payment ready for him at the beginning of your wedding/during set up so that you and he don’t need to worry about getting him paid later on.

nce a DJ can make or break an event, but I had guests coming up and complimenting the music choices all night!

creative ideas to get the dancing going and made it such a fun party. We also had a last minute venue change due to bad weather and he mad everything go flawlessly. Thank you Mike!

love to dance and so do our guests so this was a crucial part of our party! We are thrilled with him and the great party he led!

s going to be our DJ. His energy from the moment you meet him just makes you smile! After seeing the portfolios of Mike and his wife, Amy, we also decided to hire them as our photographer and for our photo booth. The photo booth was very impressive and above what we were expecting - they provided an entire wall of props for our guests to use giving them tons of options for fun! Our guests were provided with multiple copies of their photos from the booth so everyone got their own. The best part was Mike created a personalized banner for the bottom of the photos so our guests had a very special memory to keep. We opted for the photo package to include Amy and an additional photographer to make sure we didn't miss a moment of the wedding. Amy was so personable and professional, she really made me feel confident and comfortable. She was very easy to work with. As a team Mike and Amy had great ideas for us on poses and locations for the shots, which was beneficial as we had no idea what we wanted. The DJ services were unbelievable! Mike had our guests dancing and laughing all night. He was able to read the crowd and play music that everyone enjoyed. Mike was very organized and kept my stress to a minimum the whole night - he handled it all! I 100% recommend Creative Exposures, whether you need a DJ, a photographer, a photo booth, or any combination of the above!

ing party, vendors, and guests, and kept us all on track! He was able to find every song we wanted! We could not have been happier and definitely recommend him for your wedding or event!

informative throughout the process, giving us lots of options to really make the day memorable. It is easy to see that he truly loves what he is doing and strives to make it as easy as possible for his customers. I can hardly wait to see how everything turns out! Stay tuned!!

floor. He came up with a hilarious and fun idea right on the spot. He kept the dance floor full all night, set up for everything on time, and was so kind all night long. He knew exactly when to step in and step out. I highly recommend Mike! He provided everything we wanted including songs, lights, photo booth, and fun!

would recommend him as he did a great job. He was flexible, organized, and overall friendly and pleasant to do business with. Thank you so much!!

ongs that we wanted played at our reception a few weeks ahead of time and he was very good about contacting us the week of our event to review all of the details. When he showed up, he was professionally dressed, very friendly and his set up was nice. He helped the evening run smoothly and definitely kept the party going. He had great ideas for music and dances and was easy going about everything. Mike was able accommodate us with whatever we asked for during our reception. All of our guests had nothing but good things to say about the music. I would definitely use Mike at any of our future events or recommend him to our family and friends.

and he stuck to it! Our photographers have worked with him previously and made sure to mention he's the best to work with. We also added the photo booth and it was a complete hit. The props were great and people had so much fun! Thank you, Mike!

e of everything audio related for the ceremony and reception. Mike suggested some things for day-of that I hadn't thought of (an announcement to silence cell phones prior to ceremony, etc.) that made everything run like clockwork. Once Mike arrived there was nothing that I had to do or, take care of, or think about which was such a blessing! All our friends and family kept telling us how awesome our DJ was and what a wonderful time they had. Icing on the cake was the up-lighting that mike provided; it tied everything together beautifully and was a huge hit with our guests. You won't go wrong with hiring Creative Exposures for your wedding or event!

about was the DJ. Mike set up with no hassle. He set up music outside for the ceremony as well as inside for the reception. The whole event was flawless. He coordinated between all of the vendors so things ran smoothly all night. He did his own fun touches to keep the party alive. All of my song requests played without worry and he even accommodated rowdy guests :). He also stayed an extra hour so we could continue to fun. I would definitely recommend Mike for any event!

ly, we didn't give him many ideas on what we wanted, but He read us and knew exactly what to photograph for us! The photo booth was a total hit too! Our guests couldn't say enough about our photographer!

edule and correct. Thanks again!

Exposures for your wedding or special event! Only issue was it took awhile for him to return emails.

businessmen, and genuinely nice people. Skilled and Motivating: Not only do our pictures look GREAT (in terms of Mike and John's photography skills), but both Mike and John were able to get us all laughing and smiling with their jokes and humorous comments. This lent to us looking natural in nearly every photo! Professional Businessmen: Mike is very responsive to e-mail, text and phone calls. He's easy to commuicate with, and was willing to cater to our needs. His contract was clear and easy to understand as well as very fair. He delivered our photos on time (via a USB drive), and made them accessible to us and our guests via a convenient website link. Genuinely Nice People: You know when you meet someone and you think to yourself, "They were really nice!", well that's what you'll think when you meet Mike and John. Constantly smiling and seemingly as happy as we were on our own wedding day, working with Mike and John will leave you feeling upbeat and positive! Rest assured, choosing Creative Exposures to photograph your wedding, or any of your other most important days will be a GREAT decision. We highly recommend them! Seth and Julia

et up smoothly and Mike went out of his way to try to find the exact color for the uplighting. The music was fabulous, and the photobooth was a huge hit. Two weeks later and we are still getting comments on how much fun the evening was and how great the DJ and photobooth were. We'll definitely use them if again if the need arises!

nded to my query on thumbtack promptly. He offered great suggestions to make the whole experience customized for my mom and dad. Temo, the attendant for the booth the night of the party was all set up and ready to go before the first guest even arrived and stayed past the last guest! Hugh selection of props. Really, in short, this was the hit of the party! Will most definitely be using Mike's services again. Cindi B.

with photography, they knew how to get the right lighting and angle of everyone so that we all looked our best in the pictures. They both made sure that if we wanted a specific picture with a certain person, those shots got taken. My new husband and I, along with our families are all very happy with how our wedding photos came out. When it was time for Mike to switch over to his DJ role, he did a fantastic job. He was lively enough to get our guests going, and entertained. He played the songs that we requested. Mike was also able to handle all of our last minute requests that we through at him, like an unplanned bridesmaid vs. groomsmen dance off, and deciding at the last minute to incorporate the bouquet toss and garter toss (after we had originally told him we did not want to do those things). Mike was great, he did everything and more that we could have wanted from a DJ. We were so happy with our decision to go with Mike and Amy for our wedding photos and DJ needs. Their services were at such a reasonable price, for the quality that you can expect from Creative Exposures. We would recommend them to our friends, family, and anyone else looking for wedding photography and DJ services.

their own creative ideas to liven things up which resulted in great pictures. They came with the package that we purchase at our venue in Golden so they were not at all over priced which is hard to find when you are planning a wedding! I would definitely recommend them for your wedding too!

to booth. We had so much fun and honestly feel that we got even more than we paid for. Best decision we made for our reception. Thanks guys!

g they seemed like pros who kept us on schedule but also were flexible to how we wanted things to go. Mike was a great DJ that got our guests dancing, and Amy was a great photographer who kept things moving. Also they provide their services at a great price. I'd definitely recommend to others.

de for fun memories. This was, by far, the best photo booth we've hired.

ad so much fun with the photobooth - he includes plenty of props, a professional way of displaying them (although this does require space - if this is an issue for you he has alternatives), and the photos are printed immediately following the photos taken. He also provided a cd to us with all photos taken that night. Highly recommend.

sts. Moreover, we were probably a big pain as a couple because we were late on our song list and forms, but Mike was super patient and really just great to work with. He kept everyone dancing during the reception, and his sister ran the photo booth, which was also a big hit. She was great to work with as well, and as a team they really were a fantastic addition to our wedding day!

e for set up, and the amount of props were amazing! Everyone at my party REALLY enjoyed the photo booth. It's a definite MUST to go with Mike when considering a photo booth for your event.

much more than we could've ever imagined. Bravo!" - JW Vaughns

showing us shots as they took the "staged" shots, creating beautiful images of the rings, flowers, and cake, to getting amazing candid shots. Mike and his wife did better than we could have imagined and it made our wedding day so much more memorable!!!!

back to what I want everyone to know. Aug 23, 2014 was the day of our wedding. We did everything ourselves because it was cheaper. We put up tents and built a dance floor and rented table and chairs. The wedding was at 7:30pm by 3:30 everything was up and ready to go. It was perfect. at 4:30 the rain and wind came through and tore everything to pieces. It was all ruined. My dream crushed right in front of me. Mike the owner of Creative Exposures got out his phone and started making calls for me. He saved everything, with out him I would have had to cancel everything because it was so bad. He had a tent company out to our site and the tent up by 6:30pm. It was amazing. He also directed the reception perfectly. It was a success. All the pictures are beautiful and are in taste with the type of people we are. Every song I wanted played he played. He didn't miss a beat. I am completely satisfied and relieved I picked Creative Exposures. ps I didn't put the cost because I don't remember exact figers. it was around $2,000 for both.

having as much fun as the rest of us! His price was incredible, he was on time, he was upbeat and fun, and I think he even stayed a bit longer than I had expected. Totally professional and totally a sweetheart. He ROCKS!!!!

f especially when it comes to a wedding. During our first meet up, they told us about photography options & other services they offer. We were going to do our own DJing since the other wedding's I've been to, they weren't all that great & we thought we could do better for the amount of money they cost. After we told Mike that, he recommended we get a DJ. I can't tell you how grateful my husband & I are that we got a DJ & the photo booth through Creative Exposures for our wedding! They were totally right, the DJ can either make or break it & I've been to many weddings recently... Jeff completely made our wedding reception more perfect than we could've imagined! You can tell not only had he been doing this for many many years (17 years), but he actually had fun doing it & did his best to get others having as much fun as they can. Before we even met at the wedding, he was super friendly over the phone & invited us to contact him at any time if we needed anything. He arrived several hours early! Our particular case was what we thought to be difficult since part of the reception was downstairs, food was upstairs, & the cake cutting & dancing was downstairs at Woodspur Lodge in Winter Park,CO. We thought there was no way he could move all of his equipment that far & we'd have to make do. We were shocked to see he was able to move with ease & he made it seem like it was no problem at all. The mood was perfect the whole time & everything moved smoothly from one event to the next. All the music he played the whole time was perfect & we couldn't have asked for anything different. Everyone had so much fun in the photo booth! We were told by numerous guests it was one of the best weddings they've been to, had the most fun at our wedding, & loved all the music played. Last but not least, Amy was our photographer for the wedding & reception. She was about a half hour to an hour early along with the photo booth & gentleman running the photo booth. Because of that, I'm pretty sure she ended up staying much longer than the original agreement, which we are super grateful for!:) She was fun to work with & braved the elements well since our wedding ceremony & pictures afterward were outside in the mountains during winter time. She did such a great job overall & caught all the funny & meaningful moments of the evening. She had some cool poses for us to do that were romantic & sweet. She's like Houdini because she got pictures of so many different things in a short period of time. Some were upstairs, some downstairs, & I don't know how she moved so fast to catch all the action happening at the wedding. Most of the time, my husband & I along with other guests didn't even realize she was talking all these pictures, so it didn't interfere with the mood or affect people from having fun. After the wedding, we were given two sets of three copies of all the pictures on discs (one set in color & one in black & white) for us & our parents. The whole wedding & reception was so perfect with Amy, Jeff, & the photo booth that my husband & I still can't believe how perfect it was & can't stop thinking about it weeks later. Now we have a ton of pictures of our entire wedding & reception capturing every moment that we will cherish forever!:) We thank you so much!:)

at keeping a schedule, and took TONS of photos for us. He played nearly every song I requested and knows how to get a crowd pumped. Very happy about going with Creative Exposures, they are the perfect combo of professional and fun!

g excellent, creative photos of events and our wish families. He is reliable, compassionate, professional and a genuine delight to work with – he is always full of such energy and enthusiasm, making even the most camera-shy relax, smile and enjoy the photo-taking experience. He is willing to make time and help us whenever he possibly can. He is comfortable and engaging with all “types” of subjects, but his favorite Make-A-Wish “gig’ is taking keepsake photos of wish families at our annual holiday event. He takes several portrait shots of each of the 175-200 children and families throughout the long day; his family photos corner has become a must-stop highlight of the event. We can’t say enough good things about this generous, talented supporter. We highly recommend him and his first-rate work – he’s a great guy who delivers great results!

in my weddings but family members and friends he has done and the pictures are amazing. Everyone from the wedding parties were very satisfied with his photos. He is very energetic and can get the party going with his DJing. The photo booth is a blast. Mike will listen to you and do his best to give you what you want. I highly recommend Creative Exposures for all your wedding needs and photo needs.
