Michelle Arlotta Photography

he took of our friends and family partying and dancing are truly incredible. These photos captured the fun and joy of the day and we will cherish them for a lifetime. Thank you, Michelle, for going above and beyond to capture our special day!

recious time on something she didn't think would be perfect. If that's fine with you, she's the best photographer you'll find. Every picture she took for us was amazing, and that was before she even retouched them and made them even more amazing. She's very responsive by email, and happy to talk on the phone too. We got albums from her too, and were very grateful she got us design proofs quickly, and omg the album layout is amazing. She added a few pages to ensure that the story of our day was told the best it could be told. She laid out pages in a way I would've never thought of, but also so much better than I could've imagined. I can't wait to get the albums back, and I'm so excited to hang her pictures up everywhere!

he photos. She really captures the day in such a raw and vibrant way. I am someone who really does not like my photograph taken and Michelle took that to heart and made me feel incredibly comfortable. We love looking back on the photos of the dancing and laughter and she is really top of line when it comes to those moments.

Talent doesn’t even come close to the art she creates! Forever grateful for her work!

was happening, and not someone who just posed us in the famous wedding bride and groom poses and called it a day. We also, as a couple, do not LOVE being the center of attention, and having our photos taken but Michelle took all of the stress off of us, made us laugh, and just let us enjoy being together in the moment! We got lucky because my brother and sister in law had used Michelle Arlotta and recommended her immensely, and we were SUPER blown away by their album and online gallery. She shoots in the way my husband wished more wedding photographers did. She pays such attention to detail, catches every single moment (they don’t call her the ninja for nothing!) and her knowledge of catching the photo in the perfect lighting is truly amazing and mind blowing! I did not have a single worry with Michelle, she is kind, attentive, responds to every one of my crazy emails and requests, and she impressed my husband and left him speechless which lets me win all of the arguments now! I actually miss my wedding day, because I enjoyed Michelle and her assistant immensely. I am so glad we chose Michelle Arlotta and cannot thank her enough for giving me still shots of people and memories from my wedding day for my to have and cherish forever! You seriously do not have to look any further if your stuck with your photographer vendor decision, Michelle Arlotta is AMAZING!

elle's work on instagram, and we were drawn to her ability to so uniquely and aptly capture the most delicate authentic moments. Michelle is truly a master of her craft. She is professional, courteous, thoughtful, considerate, and facilitates a very welcoming and comfortable environment in front of the camera. She conducts herself and her work with honesty and integrity. You would do well to consider her for your special event! Thank you, Michelle!

r - Michelle Arlotta. They weren't staged or the same old poses you saw elsewhere. She was capturing real moments and you could feel the emotion. That's exactly what we were looking for. Once we connected with Michelle over Skype, it sealed the deal. She listened to what we were looking for and offered great advice based on her extensive industry experience. And that was all before the pandemic hit. When we had to postpone our May 1 wedding, Michelle was responsive, transparent, and communicative as we worked through the details of selecting a new date. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in the process. And then, when we decided to still get officially married on our original May 1 date with just the two of us (due to restrictions on public gatherings), we asked Michelle if she would consider photographing the moment from a safe distance. Not only did she agree, she offered a location (her spacious property) and an officiant (her neighbor). None of our family could be with us, but the photos Michelle captured helped us share the story of the day with everyone we love. We are so grateful to Michelle for helping bring our vision to life and capturing it so beautifully. We can't wait to have her photograph all of our crazy friends and family whenever we get to have our big reception!

onalism is unmatched and her extensive experience was super helpful in navigating all the pre-wedding logistical planning (and we had a LOT of logistics to consider!). There are really no words to describe how happy we are with our photos and wedding album - they are perfect. She had us hooked just days after the wedding with her Instagram teasers and blog post - we couldn't wait to get our hands on all of them, and her turnaround time was even quicker than we expected! She was able to capture all of our special moments (despite some heavy photog restrictions in our church), had a ton of patience with my large family portrait requests (even though I had no patience left!) and got some amazing candids of our guests (even after some of them crashed into her post-limbo on the dance floor). Michelle, again, thank you so much!!

‘in the moment’ shots which really allowed me and my husband to relive our favorite moments of our wedding. She gets to know you on a personal level and was able to give direction easily during the photos. She takes the time to help building a timeline for the day to make sure we got in all the pictures we wanted. My husband and I are so in love with our wedding photos! I would absolutely hire Michelle again in the future.

everywhere we wanted to get pictures and thanks to Michelle, we were able to squeeze in all the locations we wanted and didn't feel rushed or that we spent our whole day taking pictures. We loved working with Michelle! She is friendly and easygoing, honest and fun to work with. She really did a great job of telling our wedding day's story.

on October 21st at the Stone House Lodge and the photos are nothing short of amazing. Michelle captured every moment of our special day perfectly. She was so responsive during the whole process and made us feel at ease. If you’re looking for a photographer who cares about her clients and goes above and beyond, then Michelle is it. If we could give Michelle 10 stars we would! Her work is beautiful and we will cherish our photographs forever.

a glimpse into the many moments you weren't a part of. As we review our pictures, we continue to see all of the stories of our day with the people we love most. Michelle captured our day so spectacularly, each photo beaming with joy, love, and emotion. She is an artist, with an unbelievable understanding of her craft and a style that is so genuine and real. Seamlessly and stealthily Michelle documented our day from place to place without ever getting in the way. Choosing a photographer is an investment, you will not find someone more talented, kind, genuine, and committed than Michelle, she was a pleasure to work with and we cannot recommend her enough!

gle picture that is taken of you that day. Upon first meeting Michelle, she was so down to earth and it felt like we had been talking to a person we had known for years, not someone who we had just met for the first time. After reviewing her work and seeing her style of photography, we knew she was the perfect photographer for us! When we did our engagement session with Michelle, my husband and I were so nervous - but Michelle had a way of making us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and not silly or like we were being "staged" for special moments. Fast forward to our wedding day this past October, we felt so comfortable and at ease knowing that she was there to work with us. Michelle is able to capture special moments of your wedding day that you didn't even know existed, and I'm so grateful for the moments that she captured on our day. Our entire wedding day went by so fast and was such a blur, but because of Michelle, we are able to look at our beautiful wedding photos and relive one of the best days of our lives. What also makes Michelle so special is that, to be honest by the time the reception is going on - you almost completely forget that she is there taking pictures! That was something else that stood out to me about her style of photography - she isn't in your face the whole night asking you to pose certain ways to get certain photos - she just gets them on her own and is able to capture these incredible moments throughout the ceremony, reception, and even on the dance floor! With all that being said, I would highly recommend Michelle to photograph your special day. Aside from being amazing at what she does, she is quick to respond and is very flexible with your needs. You will not be disappointed - thank you Michelle!!

ed their photos as amazing. It’s so different from the usual point and click. Arlotta focuses on the couple and her pictures reflect their joy and connection. It is a pleasure to recommend her.

a joy to work with Michelle. We highly recommend her.

ne year since my wedding, I am still absolutely in love with my wedding photos and Michelle’s talent as a photographer. Friends and family continue to tell us how amazing our pictures came out! Michelle also does what so few photographers can manage. She really captured the joy and love that my husband and I were feeling on our wedding day. If you are considering booking Michelle for your big day, there is no need to hesitate. I’m so happy that I have her photos to look at for the rest of my life.

Michelle online and reviewed her work, and reached out to her. Fortunately, she was available for our special day! Her experience and suggestions definitely helped guide us through the process of getting ready for the wedding. Michelle is like a ninja, as she refers to herself, doing what she does without being obviously in the moment. She took so many beautiful shots of the wedding preparations, the ceremony, post-ceremony photos and the reception, that finding ones that were our favorites proved to be quite challenging. After reviewing the online gallery afterward, we were blown away at the amazing pictures she captured. To be able to re-live that day going through our pictures is absolutely wonderful. It wasn’t just us that she impressed, our friends and family loved the pictures as well.

got to understand who we were as a couple. She is very experienced in the wedding industry, so she’s also like a fountain of knowledge. She listened to all of our wants, and was very helpful in guiding us through how a typical wedding day works. It was so helpful to have a better understanding of what to expect. We did our engagement shoot and Michelle was so great at breaking the ice. At this point we’ve never posed for pictures before or been the center of attention for anything, so it was great to get some insight on how it would be on our wedding day. In months leading up to the wedding Michelle was always super responsive and helped us set up a perfect timeline for the day. She was at the venue on time and kept us (me, my husband, all our family, and bridal party) on track. The day goes so fast that when we received our gallery it was like fully witnessing our wedding for the first time and honestly, I wouldn’t have wanted to see it though anyone else’s lens. Michelle is just such an incredible artist with an amazing eye there is no one better to capture this moment in your life. The love, personality, joy, (all of the emotions!!) just pour out of every image and you will be truly lucky to have Michelle with you on your wedding day.

professionalism. We LOVE our preview and we can't wait to see the rest!

e and happy tears that I had plastered on my face the entire time. Michelle BRILLIANTLY captured our day. It’s as if I can not only relive my visual memories of the day, but more importantly, all of the emotions I felt during each part of our entire wedding day. You simply cannot say that about every photographer. She prides herself on capturing the moments that characterize your experience, so to describe her solely as photographer doesn’t do her justice. She is a storyteller. She gets to know your personality and your vibe almost immediately. She needed no direction; her expertise took her exactly where she needed to go on our wedding day and we truly couldn’t be happier with the memories that she magically bottled up for us, aesthetics and emotions alike. And of course I must mention, the quality and artistry of her pictures are flawless. It’s really not a matter of whether or not to book her as your photographer. It’s whether or not you have the privilege of her joining you on your day so you can experience it again and again for the rest of your life. If you want the complete picture of your day that goes beyond the “getting ready, the ceremony, and the party”; if you want your relationship, your family’s bond, and your happiness to be captured; if you want the silly, the sassy, the perfection and imperfection to come through, then look no further. Michelle is your girl.

ive it. When my bridesmaid recommended Michelle Arlotta, I automatically fell in love with her website and photos. Her style is so candid, and I love how the colors pop in her photos. She truly captures your emotions, not just smiles and poses for the camera. After my fiance and I met her, we both looked at each other and said that's our photographer, time to stop hunting. Yes, she may cost a little more than other photographers, but I really believe you get what you pay for. You can tell she is confident in her abilities, and it makes you feel confident that she'll do a great job. We recently had our engagement photos done with her, and we legitimately look like models! She did such an incredible job capturing our love and personalities. I can't say any more great things about her! Can't wait to see what she does on our wedding day! Piece of advice: because she's the best, she books up very quickly so contact her early!! You won't regret it :)

he perfect photographer for our wedding. She has a unique eye, and I wanted that for my wedding photos. I wasn't a super traditional bride, and Michelle immediately struck me as a non-traditional wedding photographer. I'll admit that I haven't seen all of the photos of our wedding yet, but the two she posted right after it on Facebook were INCREDIBLE. The gal spent most of the day shooting into direct sunlight and, from what I've seen so far, she seemingly pulled it off with ease. Michelle's work is one-of-a-kind. Yeah, she does the typical stuff, but then she takes it up 1,000 notches. She sees the details of the evening, the individual memories that make up the heart of your wedding day, and the special moments that will fill your heart with joy and warmth. Best of all, her photos capture both the love and the fun. I mean, the photos on her blog speak for themselves--stop reading my review and check them out. If you're all about the dance floor, she can capture a fierce dance party! My advice to you is this: Michelle tells it like she sees it, and it's best if you leave her to do her magic. The finished project will surely wow you. I can't wait to see the final product!

w great our photos turned out (both for our engagement session & wedding), but everyone also said how never once did they notice Michelle. She has a special way of catching everything without making a scene. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone!!

attentive to detail and very expedient in answering questions via e-mail. She made us feel comfortable during both our engagement session and on our wedding day, even when all eyes were on us. She seemed to always be at the right place at the right time, taking amazing pictures that really capture all the love, beauty and excitement that happen that day. Your wedding day will fly right by, but Michelle will be there to bring out the best in your guests for all of those times when you missed something. Photography was an extremely high priority for us, and Michelle exceeded our expectations with her professionalism and product.

that capture the emotion and feeling from the day. After meeting her and looking at her portfolio it was impossible to choose anyone else to photograph our big day. I am more than happy with our decision. I've recieved so many compliments on our photographs and I could not be happier.

ae was awesome. I'd recommend her to anyone without reservation.
