If I could give 10 stars, I would. Michael Segal is incredible to work with from start to finish. He shot our engagement shoot, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. His energy is con...
tagious, and he knows how to bring the best out of the people he is capturing in photos. I normally do not love pictures of myself, but I swear after seeing some sneak peaks of our wedding photos I thought I could model!! We did an additional shoot Sunday morning after the wedding, where I could take pictures more freely without worrying about my dress, and we ended up with some of the best photos of the weekend from that morning.
Michael brought Tomer with him for the wedding day, and my guests kept ranting about both of them. My guests would be trying to take a picture of a couple or group on their phone and all of a sudden Michael or Tomer would be there to snap a photo. With as much energy as Michael brings, he also has the ability to just blend in when needed to capture truly candid photos.
The photographer was the MOST important vendor to me when planning my wedding, and Michael Segal and his team exceeded all expectations. He is not only a fabulous photographer who somehow knows exactly where the perfect light is, but he is also just an amazing human being with so much passion for all things in life.
If there is one thing you can do to make your wedding weekend magical, it is to HIRE Michael Segal Weddings. You will not regret it.

tos to be in the moment and that’s exactly what Michael did. Michael is so easy to work with and understood exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much for capturing our love and the magic we felt that night. All of our guests can’t get over how beautiful our wedding photos turned out. And don’t even get me started on the turn around time. It hasn’t even been a month we’ve been married and we have all of our photos in our possession. Thank you so much!!!

incredibly talented, but he's also extremely responsive. I would get replies within minutes, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
He works quickly and efficiently. We received a sneak peek just days after the wedding, and our full gallery was delivered in two weeks. I’ve already favorited over 350 images, and we received about triple that number, there were so many beautiful shots to choose from. His day-of team, Tomer and Nikki, were also fantastic. They captured every special moment so naturally and effortlessly.
Michael’s passion for his work is undeniable, and it truly comes through in every image. We’ve received so many compliments from friends and family on how beautiful and timeless our photos are. Thank you again, Michael, you helped make our day unforgettable!

h as sunsets at the beach. His professionalism and meticulous attention to detail ensured a seamless experience on our wedding day. Notably, he provided invaluable assistance in planning our family pictures on the wedding day. The studio photo (with Michael taking pictures of our guests) during the evening was highly appreciated by our guests, adding a touch of elegance and fun to the occasion. Within four days of the wedding, Michael promptly shared a sneak peek of over a hundred photographs with us. His user-friendly website makes it easy to browse and view the images, which are conveniently categorized into sections such as “First Look,” “Getting Ready,” “Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner,” and more. Additionally, we created two signed books featuring photographs from our engagement, which were displayed during the rehearsal and welcome dinner. Highly recommend working with him!
Michael is awesome. 1) He not only provided us with great photos but also wonderful memories. 2) He is not only a great photographer but a great director. It was a breeze to shoot ...

Also, his assistant Sam is such a sweet guy who assisted Michael and us with his genuine heart. We loved him being with us during the photoshoot session. It was so fun to work with him and we are more than happy with the photos he took. I would love to work with Michael and Sam again in the future.

Michael is a great collaborator. He brought his own ideas to the table, and also made sure to get the specific shots we wanted. Being posed for pictures can be a slightly awkward experience at the best of times, but Michael's enthusiasm and playful manner help make the process fun, and the formal photos turned out great as a result. The candids are even better, and his shots of the dance floor really captured the energy of the reception.
Michael sent us a sneak peak the Monday after the wedding and promptly put together an online gallery that makes it easy to share, download, and even order prints of our favorite images. We are so happy with our choice to hire Michael, and would recommend him to anyone!

Michael is extremely communicative and was accommodating to our schedules as are not based in LA. We feel so lucky and grateful to have worked with Michael.

ehearsal dinner and wedding, and he captured such beautiful and candid moments of everyone at the events, so we not only have great photos of ourselves, but also all of our guests!
I usually don’t like photos of myself, but as I was going through the wedding photos, I was stunned at how beautiful they were! His turnaround time was so fast and they we’re photographed and edited to perfection!
He really knows what he’s doing and made us feel so comfortable and fun when shooting our photos! He’s also just really cool and fun to work with! I don’t know how you could get a better photographer than him, he’s just the best and cannot recommend him enough!

nce and a creative eye, and Michael more than delivered.
His pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of photography you get and he was readily available for us to ask him questions whenever we had them leading up to our wedding. He also delivered our photos back so quickly we couldn't believe it!
He’s a true artist so sometimes, especially at the beginning, it was difficult to see his vision as described as we are not used to being in front of a camera. But once we got to know him and got a better understanding of his communication style, he was a breeze to work with. We kept hearing that the photographer is the person you’re spending the most time with on your wedding day so make sure you like them and can have fun with them. That was some of the best advice we got and we are so glad we went with Michael!
Compared to all the other photographers out there we've talked to and seen, Michael is easily one of the best in the business!

We loved working with Michael Segal photography for our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and wedding day.

we had some ideas about the vibe we wanted, we didn’t have a clue about how to choose locations or poses. But shooting with Michael was a breeze. He gave us clear instructions, tons of positive encouragement, and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Michael uses this same warm approach to put your guests at ease, and is great at capturing all your loved ones.
Plus, he was knowledgeable about the area we were getting married (Palm Springs), and suggested some creative locations. Some of our favorite photos came from a spot Michael recommended in the open desert.
The photos came out incredibly. Michael did a mix of more “classic”, restrained poses and fun, creative shots. Plus, he shoots so efficiently — often a single take is good enough, and then you’re on to the next group or location. He has an incredible eye for lighting and interesting backdrops.
We are beyond thrilled with how our photos came out, and Michael made the process easy and fun. Even if you don’t think you’re natural on camera, Michael will make you look and feel like a movie star!

ful the entire time. He extended this same warmth and charisma to everyone at our wedding and as a result we have the most beautiful authentic photos of our family and friends. Michael treats you as if you’re the most important wedding he has ever done and is genuinely excited to get the best photos. Best decision was working with Michael!

Michael shot both our engagement and wedding pictures. He was an absolute blast to shoot with. Michael helped us be comfortable and break the ice. The shots all turned out amazing....
I asked him to pick our outfits and he chose which one worked best with the atmosphere and lighting. He had great spot for the engagement shoot, came up with places at the venue to shoot that we never would have thought of and those pictures turned out incredible too. Honestly even my family was raving about Michael. On our wedding night, my husband and I talked about how much we enjoyed shooting with Michael. It was an all around incredible experience.
Michael is an amazing photographer! We hired him for a casual and small beach vow renewal. He was easy-going and professional. Fit right in and adapted to our group (including many...

dible and will be cherished for the rest of our lives. He has a special eye for framing and lighting and is an excellent director as well. He has an infectious personality that helps even the occasionally self conscious feel comfortable and able to be themselves. He really was able to capture our personalities and love in his photography, and that extends to our guests as well. Although he was there and captured all the moments, his footprint was very small and not at all intrusive. Turnaround time was shockingly fast, you won’t have to wait long to get to relive your big day. The full essence of the our most special day was captured and immortalized through his work and we couldn’t be more grateful. We will certainly use him for our future photography needs and would encourage you to book him for your upcoming wedding or special event.

One funny anecdote, Michael gently asked us to walk along this wall before we were dressed and my husband and I both were like "ok, fine" and it is one of our favorite photos from the whole weekend!! He's an artist and has a beautiful eye! thank you!

Food for thought if you're trying to figure out how to choose the right photographer: a photographer is one of the most important aspects of a wedding because of HOW they can make you FEEL. They are with you all day/night and set the tone for your event. It's worth optimizing this piece of your wedding! The difference between just liking someone or LOVING every minute of your time with your photographer is huge. And then when you receive incredible photos on top of a great experience, it's even better.
Michael Segal and Jenna are the kinds of people that you will adore and you'll respect and love the result even more.
