We booked Metro Livery for our wedding, and they were super accommodating. I had called a few times leading up to my wedding date asking different questions, and every person I spo...
ke with had great customer service. It was also nice that we got the shuttle driver’s numbers in case someone needed to call. I heard both drivers were really personable and accommodating.
Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Metro Livery for my wedding. I had three buses reserved (one at 12:30 PM and two at 2:45 PM), all clearly listed in my contrac...
t and confirmed multiple times with their representative.
However, just three minutes before the first pickup, I (the bride) received a call stating there was a “miscommunication” and that all buses were scheduled for 2:45 PM.
My wedding planner was then told a different story—that there was a mechanical issue—which contradicted the original explanation. Because of this, we had to scramble for Ubers, arrived late, and lost valuable photo time.
To Metro’s credit, Erica initially agreed to issue a refund to help make things right, but weeks later I still haven’t received it despite leaving several messages with no response.
This experience was extremely stressful, especially on such an important day. I’ve always spoken highly of Metro Livery and recommended them to my hospitality clients, but after this, I can’t in good conscience continue to do so.
Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. The buses were 45 minutes late and left over 60 guests waiting in the rain. Our guests eventually had to pay for their own Ubers. ...
The Vendor did not offer any credit or refund and claimed that "services were rendered" We were humiliated.

Getting whisked away at the end of the night was the most fun experience! We loved our send off and red carpet departure!
Metro Livery was hands down amazing. I got married back in December and I remember it was so stressful trying to figure out which company to use. One of my friends suggested Metro ...
Livery and I'm so glad that I took her advice. They were definitely the best choice for our transportation needs. Professional , friendly and made the guests and myself feel like we were someone important. They showed up early, never once did I have to stress on getting our guests to the venue or back to their hotels. The prices were great. I would definitely recommend them to anybody or any family member that needs this type of service. Oh and don't let me forget the office staff they were great too. Thanks again Metro Livery for making my special day perfect!

comped a getaway car for us!!! They seemed to be as happy for us as we were!
Metro Livery saved us when our original shuttle vendor, Swoop, backed out with 3 weeks to go. We had zero problems working with them; they were easy to get in touch with, on time, ...
and accommodated us bringing a cooler on the bus for guests. The price was much higher than our original vendor, but I doubt that's representative since we had to book so last minute.
DO NOT HIRE! We hired them for 12 hours of our wedding. They broke down and stranded our guest on the side of the road and never sent a replacement vehicle. Our other guest has to ...
shuttle everyone. Our wedding had to start 30 mins late so our guests to arrive. After the reception we hired and prepaid them till 3:00am they ghosted our guests around 1am and stranded them downtown Nashville and had to pay very expensive Ubers. They also ran off with hundreds of dollars in unopened alcohol that was to returned.
