I’m writing this review after they tried to pay me off not to write it.
Do not use Met Limo for your wedding. From the very start, something felt off. We had scheduled a call to g...
o over their wedding packages, but they kept delaying it. We ultimately chose them because they claimed to provide an on-site coordinator to ensure everything ran smoothly. Great—except they later told us that was an additional cost.
They were mostly responsive up until the moment we paid. After the reservation was confirmed, communication became frustrating. They would only respond late at night and were slow to address any questions or concerns.
On the wedding day, we had a sprinter van for the wedding party and a bus for guests. The sprinter van was fine—nothing special—but the bus service was a disaster. We had provided detailed timing instructions, including that guests could not be dropped off before a certain time due to venue rules. They ignored that entirely and dropped guests off during our photo session.
After the reception, the bus made its first trip back to the hotel at 9:50 PM (a five-minute drive) but didn’t return for the remaining guests until we called dispatch. While they refuse to admit it, the driver forgot to come back! Our guests were left waiting around for 45 minutes before the bus finally came back.
After all this, Met Limo denied any wrongdoing and even told us, “This isn’t how you should go into your marriage.” They’ve clearly offered other couples compensation to keep quiet, but if you look hard enough, you’ll see similar complaints.
Save yourself the stress—do not use Met Limo for your wedding.
If I could rate Met Boston Limo with six stars, I would! We had complicated transport needs for a wedding - multiple vehicles of different sizes in three locations over 12 hours. ...
From my first conversation with Sarah in the office, it was clear that MBL could do the job and handle it all with skill and professionalism. Sarah treated the job as if it was a wedding in *her* family. The on-site coordinator, Eric, made sure every pick-up and drop-off went exactly to plan. And when we needed to make a schedule change on the fly due to weather, MBL made some quick calls and arranged for additional coverage. They may not be the cheapest alternative, but for “peace of mind” their services were well worth it!
We hired Met Boston Limo for our wedding on Nov 30, 2024 and without a doubt that was the best decision we ever made! The knowledge and guidance they provided during the planning p...
hases were exactly what we needed. The professionalism was outstanding. Honestly would not want to imagine what my wedding day would have been without them by our side to get us to and from the wedding without issue. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making what is normally a stressful day feel so simple. 10/10 recommend.
We hired Met Boston Limo to help us with wedding transportation around Boston. We had to get from one end of the city to another and we hired them to provide us with 3 giant buses ...
and a Rolls Royce Ghost. When there was unexpected traffic due to a graduatiom, their customer support team was next level. Sarah and Lewis helped me throughout the day to keep things going smoothly and their on-site coordinator and chauffeurs were exceptionally prepared to handle the stress (or maybe I should say my stress 😄) on the wedding day. Thank you all so much for getting us down the aisle! Well worth money spent!
Met limo was very professional and on it! They sent a manager in a separate SUV to monitor the operations for our wedding day and make sure it all went smoothly. They also offered ...

We had a luxury vehicle as transportation from the venue and Met Boston Limo was great! The price was really good, and we liked that they offer flat rates per trip. They didn't eve...
n charge a deposit; just payment the day of. Our driver was early and very friendly and the vehicle was immaculate.
The best limo service I've ever had! A super nice driver picked myself, bridesmaids, MOH, and mom up at our hotel, he was already waiting for us when we got down. He got us to the ...
venue so quickly it was amazing. They allowed us to have multiple stops, so he then went to pick up my husband elsewhere, which I thought was so helpful and wasn't sure if multiple stops would be allowed. At the end of the night, we had another driver pick us up in a beautiful SUV to bring us back to the hotel. Everyone we worked with at Met Boston Limo was lovely, super friendly and helpful, and driving was top notch. Would definitely recommend!!

s well as an impromptu shuttle order at the end of the night were beautiful - clean, stocked, and ready to rock. Both of our drivers could not have done a better job - polished, polite, accommodating, and did a solid job driving their vehicles through Boston city traffic.
Would 100% use them again.
We used Met Limo multiple times during the wedding weekend and each service was great! We got a 36 person shuttle for our rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding, a 52 person...
bus to shuttle wedding guests to and from the hotels and venue and finally, a private car to take myself and my (now) husband home after the wedding was done. Each driver was punctual, professional and accomodating. We had to extend the rehearsal dinner bus reservation by a half hour and the driver was very accomodating. He also was very helpful in helping my husband's elderly grandmother on/off the bus.
Before the day-of, Tom was very responsive and helpful as I fielded him with many, many questions. Sometimes even responding to me in 5 minutes at 9 PM on a Sunday!
I would definitely recommend Met Limo as the service we got was top notch. As someone who always frets about logistics, it was a comfort that Met Limo was completely on top of everything so the night ran smoothly.
We recommend Met Boston Limo for any event! I was in communication with Tom, who was very quick to responding back to me. We had two coach buses going to multiple locations and eve...

dly, asked me to text him the schedule after dropping us off at the salon (even though I went over it with Tom several times), and nearly crushed my sister with the van. It would have been nice to have a friendlier, polite and prepared driver on my wedding day. But we got every where we needed to go and the van/buses were nice.
