The shirt for my groom had a huge stain on it, and the jacket had sticky stuff on it and both had to be replaced prior to the wedding. My groom lost 30 lbs and the jacket was a bit too big. The salesman tried to convince him he looked fine and I had to step in and say "look this is the most important day of his life, this is not a great look for him" and I didn't like that they didn't want to fix the issue. We had to argue but they ended up changing the size and also letting him take the next size down from the new size in case he liked that look better. The suspenders were busted. We didn't realize we actually had to look at EVERY SINGLE PIECE of the suit prior to leaving the store, guess again. Not a super experience, but the men looked nice at the end of the day, despite rigging part of their tuxes.

We got my tux for free with 5 paid tux rentals from my groomsmen, and we were able to match the ties to the bridesmaid dresses (in 3 different shades of turquoise) since my wife ordered the girls' dresses from David's Bridal - the partner store.

of issues altering some of the groomsmen's tux orders, since they had their own and they lost the best man's measurements, so he had to go in again. I also ordered personalized flasks as groomsmen gifts through Men's Wearhouse, and they forgot to ship one of them, and when I called and told them to ship it to the groomsmen's house, they shipped it to the original shipping address, so that particular groomsmen got his gift a good two weeks after everyone else.
