We were happy overall with choosing Men's Wearhouse for our Tuxedo vendor. However, their website is a bit dated and many people in the wedding party didn't get the links we sent o...
ut so it was a much more manual process than it should've been. Tuxedos are due back the day after an event, which may be the norm, but seems a bit excessive considering the events people are generally going to with tuxedos. The staff in all of the stores were great. We would use them again.
We used them for my husband’s custom suit, and for his groomsmen and they were great! Easy to work with across multiple states, no muss no fuss.
Wonderful experience!
As far as customer service and professionalism goes, I have nothing but good things to say. The process of renting suits for the groom and groomsmen for our recent wedding was very...
quick and easy. You can research online what you want, so that way you come prepared. All groomsmen need to be present so they can be measured in person. Once thing I'll say is that be careful of the prices listed online, as that's sometimes misleading and if you're looking for a complete rental i will be double what they advertise online (which is why I'm giving 4 stars and not 5). Upon pick up the suits were all in good shape, and although they say return of the suit is required the next day, we called the next day and they gave us a day extension to return the suit free of charge. So less hassle free. The sales associate was very nice and considerate and there was no checking the suit to make sure everything was good, just took it from me and said they'd handle the rest. Probably the best rental place you'll find for men's wear for special events. I would use them again.
Men's Warehouse got the guys in and out for their fittings in a half an hour. They called and emailed when the tuxes were ready to be picked up and everything fit perfectly!
They did a nice jobl
