DO NOT hire them! If you care at all about having a “quality” wedding video that you can cherish forever, you need to look elsewhere for videographers that actually care about maki...ng their customers happy! They do not care at all about you and only care about your money. They do not understand what true customer satisfaction is because after they send you your video, they are done with you and on to the next transaction. For example, in their contract, you are suppose to receive your video within 2-3 months. They breached their own contract and sent me my video after that time period (they blamed COVID but they continued videoing weddings during that time, which I noticed on social media. So that was a lie). Then, they request you to review the video within 48 hours “if” you want them to make changes to your video. I think it is hilarious that they breached their own contract by sending me my video late but expect me to still follow the contract and meet the 48 hour deadline. I work long hours during the week (which, I informed them) so meeting that 48 hour deadline is insensitive and should be on my time especially since they already sent me my video late. I still met their deadline and sent them an extensive list of changes because the video was absolutely horrible! I was heart broken! It looked like they rushed it/put it together in ten minutes (they must be so behind in wedding videos): They had a guy holding the sound pole and the photographers in multiple shots (Did not crop them out), they had multiple misspellings in my video, they used 80’s music for every shot because again they are not thinking about their customers/age of the couple and used music on their playlist, the lighting in multiple shots were way off (because it looked like they just put it together without any lighting corrections), and how they put the order of events did not make sense or flow nicely in the video, etc. It looked like amateurs completed this video (we later found out that they have media interns working on the videos. That made sense to me because the man and woman videoing my wedding looked to be 18-22 years old). So you are paying $4k for interns! After they received my extensive list of changes (which, I was also fighting with them because they wanted to charge me for the changes. So because they messed up and did not identify these issues in the video themselves before sending me the video, I have to pay for their mistakes? It was a complete joke. However, they came to their senses and did not charge me for the edits. So that was the only decency thing they did). As such, they sent me the video back with the edits and they still could not get them all right! So instead of the back and forth email discussions like before, I called John and told him I am still unhappy and not understanding what the issue is (he responded saying “I thought we are done with this project”). It is mind blowing how they literally could care LESS about you and their customers because we are just transactions to them. However, they did work on the second round of edits (since they could not get everything done right during the first round); then, sent me the video (basically saying we are done now, no more edits, deal with it, goodbye) and by this time, it was February and my wedding was in September. At this point, I gave up & accepted the video. I still have not shared it because I am heartbroken regarding the experience & the final product still does not look good.
