We truly could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. My husband and I were looking for an all-inclusive venue, and we fell in love with Memory Lane the moment we arrived for our tour.
The venue is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking Hill Country views, a beautiful pergola and fountain, and my personal favorite—string lights wrapped around the trees that create the most magical atmosphere at night. Every detail is gorgeous!
One of the best parts of choosing Memory Lane was how effortless wedding planning became. Having everything included, from the DJ, florals, photographer, and wedding coordinator to the cake, catering, and table décor, made the entire process so easy. We never had to spend time searching for outside vendors, and everyone involved was so helpful, accommodating, and wonderful to work with.
The food was another huge highlight! Our guests are still talking about how delicious the brisket and Texas BBQ were. We couldn’t have asked for a better meal to share with our family and friends.
Another game changer was being able to stay overnight in the on-site lodging. We had a large bridal party, so instead of worrying about transportation or coordinating Ubers at the end of the night, we could simply walk from the reception to the lodging area and continue celebrating by the pool. It made the entire experience even more special and allowed us to spend more time together!
I cannot recommend Memory Lane enough to any couple looking for a breathtaking venue, an incredible team of people and vendors, delicious food, and a truly stress-free wedding planning experience. They helped make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more, and we are so grateful we chose Memory Lane!

We are now offering an all inclusive experience that is priced under $25,000 on a Saturday and under $18,000 for a weekday! Imagine not having to worry about anything besides showing up on your wedding day because we have bundled your venue, catering - all food and beverage, coordination, DJ, photographer, florist, cake and even on-site lodging for 17 of your guests for one low rate! No two weddings are alike. If you are going for Modern, Bohemian, or Classic look, we have the space for you!
We can accommodate 100-250 guests our ceremony area that has beautiful white pew benches and a pergola, with a fountain for a backdrop. Our wedding was absolutely everything we dreamed it would be. The venue itself is breathtaking, but what makes Memory Lane truly exceptional is the people behind it.
Bobby, the owner, and Wendi, our wedding planner, were phenomenal. They went above and beyond for us in ways they absolutely did not have to. They handled the tiniest details and the biggest ones with the same amount of care. They were always present when we needed them without ever being intrusive. We had a HUGE bridal party and an extensive guest list, yet everything felt effortless and incredibly organized.
We have had guest after guest tell us it was not only one of the most gorgeous weddings they have ever attended, but one of the smoothest. As the bride and groom, you don’t always see everything happening behind the scenes, but our guests noticed—and that says everything.
We stayed at the ranch for the entire weekend, and I cannot recommend that experience enough. After the reception, we were able to change clothes, head back to the lodge and pool, and keep celebrating with our favorite people. When we got there, ALL of our delicious catered food had been packed into trays, organized and labeled in the kitchen, with plates and serving utensils ready to go. We didn’t have to ask or coordinate a thing.
It genuinely felt like we got a SECOND RECEPTION without ever having to leave the venue. We ate, laughed, swam, celebrated, and made some of our favorite memories of the entire weekend that night. I will cherish those hours forever.
And somehow, the care still didn’t stop there. When we made it to the honeymoon suite, they had packed food and waters specifically for us and made sure our flowers, cards, and gifts were safely there waiting for us. Those little details after such a whirlwind of a day meant more than I can explain. They simply thought of EVERYTHING.
That is Memory Lane. It’s people who genuinely care about your wedding as if it matters to them, too.
The entire experience was seamless. From the included caterer to the florist and photographer, everything worked together beautifully. We never felt like we were juggling a million moving pieces—we were able to actually be present and enjoy our wedding.
There genuinely is not one thing we would change.
If we could go back and do it all over again, we would choose Memory Lane Ranch & Lodge 1,000,000 times over. Without hesitation. Every. Single. Time.
Bobby, Wendi, and the entire Memory Lane team—thank you for taking such incredible care of us, our families, our bridal party, and our guests. Thank you for caring about the smallest details just as much as the biggest ones. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams and truly the best weekend of our lives.

Bobby was amazing from day one — always responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. He communicated so well and was incredibly understanding when helping us with our payment plan.
Our wedding coordinator, Lynda, was absolutely incredible. She made the entire planning process stress-free and truly took care of everything. Since we didn’t have family or friends locally to help, having her support meant so much to us. On our wedding day, we truly felt like all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves.
All of the vendors were fantastic as well. Mopsie catered our wedding, and although we’re not huge BBQ fans, the food was absolutely delicious — especially the tomahawk steak! We received so many compliments from our guests.
New Roads Production and Firefly Photography captured our special moments beautifully, and The Floral Studio did an amazing job with my bouquet and altar flowers. Dean, our DJ, was also wonderful and accommodated our last-minute song requests throughout the night.
We are so grateful to Memory Lane and their entire team for making our wedding day so smooth, beautiful, and unforgettable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free wedding experience!

The cabin was beautiful & clean. There were plenty of rooms for the whole bridal party to sleep & get ready. There is even a pool & hot-tub to use at our leisure.
Everyone was so accommodating & attentive.

One of the biggest blessings of our entire wedding experience was Lynda, our incredible coordinator. From our very first meeting, she made us feel calm, supported, and completely taken care of. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she pours her heart into every part of the planning process. Lynda went above and beyond in every way — she’s a calming presence, an expert in her craft, and someone who genuinely cares about making your day perfect. She is a true gem, and we couldn’t have done it without her.
Bobby was also so wonderful to work with — always helpful and knowledgeable, and made sure everything flowed perfectly on the big day. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional.
The food was delicious, the bar staff was fantastic, and our DJ had the whole crowd dancing all night long! The photo booth was a hit and gave us some of the funniest and most memorable moments of the evening. Our florist brought my floral vision to life, and every arrangement was absolutely gorgeous.
A huge shoutout to our amazing photographer, Brett. He captured every magical moment with such talent and heart. Not only did the photos turn out beautifully, but Brett made the experience so fun — keeping us laughing, relaxed, and genuinely enjoying every moment. His energy was such a positive presence throughout the day, and we are so grateful for the memories he captured.
The ceremony setup — complete with bench seating, a cement walkway, and a lovely fountain — was picture-perfect. The outdoor space allowed guests to mingle and reconnect under soft, romantic lighting. Everything was also incredibly wheelchair accessible, making it welcoming and comfortable for all our guests.
Parking was easy, and the house was roomy, cozy, and the ideal space for getting ready with our wedding party.
Looking back, choosing Memory Lane Ranch and Lodge was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The love, joy, and care that exists in this venue and its team is something truly special. I can say without a doubt that all my wedding dreams came true here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical, seamless, and love-filled wedding day.

The venue itself is simply STUNNING. You can tell Bobby has poured so much love into every detail of the property and its rental items. The layout is perfect—it’s close enough that guests aren’t trekking across endless fields, but the separate spaces create a lovely flow from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception.
One of the best decisions we made was renting the on-site lodging. It was so spacious and made getting ready with our bridesmaids and moms (9 of us total!) an absolute breeze. Hair and makeup were seamless, and the house never felt cramped—just a fun, relaxed atmosphere before the big day.
Their all-inclusive package was another game-changer. It took so much stress off my plate as a busy bride, and the optional upgrades let us tailor the experience to fit exactly what we envisioned.
We’re beyond grateful for Bobby and the entire Memory Lane team. If you’re looking for a venue that’s beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and comes with outstanding service, this is the one!

lusive package! This made the planning process much less stressful than any of the other venues in the area. Literally anything you name it, they had it included (minus the wedding dress, tuxedos, and officiant of course lol)!! We chose to upgrade some things in the all inclusive package and Bobby made it SO easy and seamless. The catering service was amazing, delicious, and on time. The cake that came with the package was so good I’m still getting compliments about it! We chose to rent out the venue the night before for rehearsal dinner so we’d have an easy day of and that allowed our families and bridal party to have the best time together getting ready on our big day. We had so much space for my 16 loved ones getting hair/makeup done upstairs and had ample space in the kitchen for breakfast/lunch before the wedding as well as after wedding leftovers! The bar service was so nice and made sure we all had a great, tasty time. The DJ that’s included in the package (that’s right, the DJ is included in the all inclusive package!!!) was so awesome and really captured our cultures’ music and our preferences. Lynda the coordinator (she’s also included in the package!!!) was SO AWESOME to work with, my wedding wasn’t her first rodeo as she really loves what she does and you can tell. The centerpieces (you guessed it, also included in the package!!!) were so beautiful! Not having the added stress of making a million centerpieces really helped to divert attention to other things that really mattered to me. The venue package comes with a few photographers to choose from and the one we chose was so amazing and nice that I will definitely be reaching out again for other projects. Todd, our photographer, paid extra attention to my details and captured my late mom in ways I couldn’t have imagined. The florals (included in the venue package!!!) were absolutely beautiful and amazing to work with as they included a complimentary bouquet for tossing and made an arrangement to place on our memory table for our late loved ones. The pool and hot tub were an awesome complement to the venue as our families and I were able to enjoy the night before and the night of! I brought some extra beach towels as I knew my family would enjoy the pool a few times and those came in handy. The lodge was clean and the linens smelled so luxurious that I almost asked what they used for laundry. needed. It was so big and accommodating as well as spacious for the morning of makeup/hair. I cannot say enough good things about how beautiful the place is and how nice/accommodating the owner made things. On top of that, the food and service was superb. The servers giving snack during happy hour, to the sweet bartender who made my son a Shirley temple, and the owner as well as photographer worked so hard at making everything perfect and IT WAS perfect. I highly recommend.

a tour with the actual owner of the property. Bobby was very kind and answered all of our questions (This was the first wedding from either side of the family.) The property is absolutely beautiful! I think the pictures really don't give it justice. While it was gorgeous what really sold us on it was the all-inclusive package. This took all the stress away. We didn't have to speak with any other vendors unless we wanted custom upgrades like more floral, appetizers, videography, which we took full advantage and saved a lot of time. The package is way cheaper than anything else we could find and it exceeded our expectations.

initely showed us some good Aggie hospitality by allowing us to use the pool even though we did not rent lodging. He is a great guy and we are beyond thankful for him. The coordinator, Lynda, was so so sweet and the guests had a lot of great things to say about her. Despite being behind schedule, she still held things together and made sure it all still happened. She’s a great coordinator and we highly recommend using her on your special day!

omises on linens, tables chairs, day of coordinator all being included sold us. Also staying the night at the venue after the wedding & wedding rehearsal dinner at venue the prior day was also suppose to be included.
After we paid in full. Two months before my wedding they told me that linens were not included in the total cost . They also told us that if we needed a day of coordinator it would be 900 dollars more. It was a horrible experience . In fact i cried once my chef came to cook for our wedding rehearsal, and Bobby the own told us that food was not allowed .
Told us that we couldn't even come inside the build for anything . My 6 year old daughter had to pee & was afraid to ask because of how rude he was to us. We went to the Airbnb after to make plates to give to the wedding party, and Bobby called the owner of the Airbnb to tell him that we were past or limit on guest . I cried so hard because Bobby did his best to ruin a day we spend two years to plan. A day that costed us 18,000 dollars. They can’t even keep staff . Every meeting was with someone new . Having to explain everything over , and is ridiculous !
My only regret is booking this venue for my special day. I pray that no couple experience what we did. Don't waste your time or money. If i could leave no stars i would ! It’s not worth the headache trust me!

rs that made our day possible. Jacqueline and Sarah were phenomenal in their experience and care to make our wedding the best it could be. Our wedding was super windy so they were able to make it happen outside but have the signs put up so they wouldn’t blow over. They were quick to answer any and all questions I had and believe me as the time got closer, I had a butt load of questions they answered with ease and patience. The grounds are beautiful, and the lodge was so helpful for our friends who wanted to hang out or had alcohol and didn’t want to drink. Another super important thing to me is the fact that it is ADA accessible. Both our grandma’s and two of our friends are in wheelchairs, blind, or have assisted devices and were able to move around with ease. Also another thing I want to point out is at the time we booked with memory lane they had a package that included DJ, Bartending, linens, coordinator, and floral all were separate costs, but if you booked all five services you got a certain amount off so I didn’t have to worry about hiring individual people it all came with the package. I know they have even better packages now, but that’s why the above mentioned services are not included in this review (except for wild bunches) but all were amazing.

The overnight accommodations was an added perk! Who wouldn’t want to soak in the hot tub after their wedding and then head to bed there! It was the best feeling!
The staff is amazing! They are very responsive to all our emails and phone calls. COVID caused us to have to postpone our original wedding date, and they were super helpful with making sure it happened for us! They answered all my crazy emails about covid protocols and kept me up to date with each current guideline as the rules kept changing/updating with covid.
The wedding day of coordinators were the absolute best! from the second I stepped on the grounds on my wedding day to the very end of the night, they were right there beside me making sure I had a stress free day! I walked into the bridal suite and didn’t walk down until I was walking down the aisle - so i didn’t see what anything looked like after being decorated- and all of the decorations and set up were absolutely gorgeous! Any questions they had, they came and found me to make sure I was ok with what they were doing! They are the best!
It’s spacious and beautiful! So many rooms/beds for the bridal party or guests to stay! The bridal suite/ grooms suite was perfect! I love how there were BIG spacious rooms for each of us to get ready in!

Throughout the planning process, the whole crew at Memory Lane was super attentive and helpful. Never have planned a wedding before myself, the gals answered all of my questions and were sure to give me as much information as possible to make the planning experience easier.
On the big day, it down poured -- like people were receiving severe weather warning alerts on their phones -- so our plan of an outdoor ceremony was, unfortunately, impossible. I, of course, was a bit disappointed, but the team pulled the indoor area together for me so quickly and so beautifully. The team wanted to make sure that, although my original plan wouldn't work, that I was happy with the venue and I was honestly blown away with the amount of work they put into the indoor area, in the time crunch that they had. It was simply breathtaking.
The in-house floral company, Wild Bunches, made beautiful arrangements to climb up the posts inside, and the lighting seemed to twinkle. While it wasn't the original plan, it was simply beautiful and I was so, so, so beyond impressed.
I would absolutely recommend Memory Lane Event Center as a venue. While the beauty of the place speaks for itself, what really makes it over the top is the kind, accommodating and knowledgable staff.

I highly recommend the day of coordinator as they make sure the day operates smoothly. Kara and Thalia were amazing throughout the entire process. l and gracious with every little thing. I can’t say enough about the staff here. From all of our meetings, emails and calls, they were on it! I loved how we didn’t really have to worry about much because Wild Bunches did our florals and their preferred vendors are all amazing! Our family And friends were taken care of with lodging for up to 15 people and we just loved having not to not worry about driving to hotels late at night. Brock and I are truly grateful for such an amazing day. We knew this was our venue within the first few minutes of our first tour!

getting the day of coordinator. The ladies are an email, text, or phone call away. They are on top of everything. Everyone definitely knows what they are doing. The fact that we didn’t have to worry about all the little details and timeline, was a major stress relief on my mom and I. They took care of everything. The day was so perfect. I bought my decorations and didn’t even tell them how I envisioned it but I walked in and was in such awe. They placed decor where I wouldn’t have thought of. It was amazing!! And now the venue- wow! Such a gorgeous, beautiful property. My family and friends asked multiple times how we found y’all and loved it!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MEMORY LANE FOR GIVING MY HUSBAND AND I THE MOST PERFECT WEDDING.
