assion from the first time we spoke to him over the phone which is why we decided to go with Memories Made (aside from the wonderful work we saw in his portfolio and his prices!). One of the best decisions we made regarding vendors was going with Memories Made. Our videos turned out fantastic!

edding video would be delivered in 8 weeks. We did not receive the original video until 14 weeks after the wedding, and only after I repeatedly reached out asking for a firm timeline and updates. Communication throughout this process has been poor. When we received the videos, the quality was deeply upsetting. Large portions of the ceremony footage were blurry, dark, shaky, out of focus, or filmed from so far away that you could barely see faces. Many shots looked more like guest phone footage than professional videography. The editing also contained constant abrupt zooming, excessive transitions that made scenes difficult to watch, visible tripods/equipment left in the frame, distracting background noise, and songs that were not approved on our requested music list. Some songs were oddly looped over dances so the sound was off. Some of the most important moments of our wedding ceremony are almost unusable due to focus and camera positioning issues. The company owner agreed to make edits, and we sent a detailed edit list on January 11th. After that, we received no response for 3 weeks and were told there were extenuating family circumstances. We then waited for a follow up. I followed up again 9 weeks later on April 16th with no response, then again on April 20th and was told to give “2 more weeks” and that another update would be provided. That update never came. I reached out again 3 weeks later with no response, and then followed up again on 5/12 only to be told the video was not finished, it was being started from scratch, and that it is now the middle of wedding season. The edit list was submitted over 17 weeks ago. At this point, we still do not have a finished well-edited wedding video, no clear delivery timeline has been given, and I honestly do not believe we are going to receive the professional final product we paid for. This experience has been incredibly stressful and heartbreaking. I normally try to be understanding with vendors, but after months of delays, lack of communication, and the quality issues we experienced, I feel I have to leave this warning for other couples considering booking. I don't want another bride to go through this.

Our videographer, Christina was amazing to work with also! The edits took about 10 weeks to receive but it was very much worth the wait! We highly recommend this team to capture your wedding video you will not be dissapointed.

We didn’t have to worry about a thing except enjoying the day! They were prompt, they were knowledgeable and helpful, and we got exactly what we wanted – beautiful memories of a wonderful day that we can relive over and over again thanks to their skill! Their communication with us leading up to the wedding, the day of the wedding, and after the event, was thorough. Nothing was left to chance, we knew exactly what to expect and they fulfilled every responsibility. I’d hire them again in a minute for their professionalism, but the added bonus we received was the joy they take in their profession! Clearly they love what they do, and that cheerful attitude, even while filming in the pouring rain, made me appreciate them even more! If I ever need to hire a photographer or videographer in the future, they will be my first call!

notch vendor that I would highly recommend. The videos bring tears to my eyes every time I watch them. The finished products not only include an amazing highlight video, but also a longer version with the full ceremony and even more highlights. They captured such special moments so well. They even went above and beyond at the very last minute to live stream the wedding for us due to unforeseen circumstances that arose - it too was very high quality with microphones on the groom and the pastor. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Memories Made!

timately, we decided to go for it. As we were later in the planning, I didn't have a big budget to allot. Many videographers (as with any other vendors) have astronomical prices. I found Memories Made via The Knot and I always appreciate it when vendors are transparent and list their prices on their website! We selected a package that worked for us and communicated with Tommy throughout the process. Tommy is very friendly. The reason for deducting one star is mostly due to communication. When I was interviewing Tommy before booking, I noticed they are listed for two states so that was concerning because I didn't know if they'd be available for my wedding in CA. He assured me they operate in both states. However, it was not communicated to us that we'd have someone else as the videographer the day of our wedding. I feel bad that I cannot remember the name of our videographer because I was only introduced on the day of the wedding and there was so much else happening that day. We had a winter wedding at night so the lighting isn't great, and I feel that slightly impacted the video quality (that's not so much a knock on them, I knew that was a possibility having a wedding at night in December). Additionally, there wasn't much communication after the wedding as far as the timeline for receiving our videos (in the end, it took a few months). I was as understanding as possible, knowing our wedding was around the holidays and the ongoing pandemic impacts, I only wish there was a little more communication. I am happy with the outcome of the videos and being able to choose the songs featured in our video for that extra personal touch. Because the process took a little longer, Tommy was very accommodating at providing some extra footage we requested. I think their main homebase is in Kansas, perhaps it would be better suited for couples booking there. Overall, I'd still recommend working with them as long as specific details are discussed when booking and leading up to the wedding.

Andre was our actual videographer the day of, and he was FANTASTIC. He was kind, a great communicator, and got some amazing footage. He did whatever he needed to do to get the best shot. I cried watching our wedding video, and I'll treasure it forever!

They captured all the special moments and made this beautiful piece that our family can treasure for a lifetime. The day felt like it went by so fast and I feel like I missed so much so having these videos is such a blessing. They are so beautiful and I just can’t stop watching them. till didn't really know what to expect but Tommy was great in communicating promptly and answering every question we had. On the day of, he showed up early, said hi, and got right to work. Didn't notice him all day which was great as we were hesitant to have a camera in our face all day. When we saw our videos, OH MY GOSH!!!! Tears were streaming down my face, even more than on the wedding day! Maybe it was the music, listening to our vows again, and watching the emotion our families were showing was amazing! These were things we didn't catch on the wedding day. We received our wedding videos 32 days after our wedding which was a huge plus! Would hire them in a heartbeat and am already recommending them to everyone that asks!
