Memories For You comes with my highest recommendations! Zoie is exceptional. She was the star of the entire wedding planning process! Zoie kept me on task with choices I was to mak...
e regarding my wedding, was kind enough to join me in a venue walk-through, and had multiple planning phone calls with me for my big day. Zoie worked with me to set a “cut off” time for me to cease worrying the week before my wedding, where I just lived in bliss and she handled all inquiries, incidents, and reach-outs to vendors. Zoie made me feel like the day was under-control at all-times. Her and Danielle seamlessly executed all of the specific details of my wedding day including memory table, favors, sweetheart table with my leftover florals, and more small things that made a big difference. Zoie was attentive to each vision I shared, and seamlessly made them not only happen, but exceed all expectations.
Zoie is spectacular with working with rowdy groomsmen, nervous bridesmaids, and overwhelmed brides. Her empathy and attention to detail set her apart. Zoie was the saving grace of our wedding day and I will be recommending her to every single person I know who is planning to get married! This is your sign to book Memories for You!
Unfortunately I am unable to recommend Zoie as a wedding planner. We used Zoie for our wedding which took place at the Jupiter lighthouse and our reception was in our backyard.

re are a few of our frustrations with Zoie’s day-of wedding coordination services.
-We were promised 3 staff the day of our wedding and ended up with only 2 (Zoie and one assistant).
-Zoie took a 2 week vacation exactly 2 weeks before the wedding.
-The band needed a hard surface to play on, but that wasn’t accounted for so they took up much of our dance floor since our wedding was outside. Zoie should have talked to the band about their needs before the wedding. And to make it even worse, Zoie told me about the band needing the dance floor literally 2 minutes before I was walking down the aisle. The timing for her telling me right before I walked down the aisle was awful and she should have communicated with the band about this before the event.
-Flowers delivered to hotel desk not our room (where we needed them for getting ready photos) so we had to carry them up, which was a flaw on her planning and communication
-The Guestbook note cards were not taken out for guests to sign, so we ended up without guest book signatures.
-Center table flower arrangements were placed backwards, so my mom had to correct the arrangement during the reception. Zoie was in charge of putting the bouquet on the center table, and she did so incorrectly.
-Our addresses in Zoie's wedding planning portal were deleted the day after the wedding without notification to us. This made thank you notes extremely hard because we couldn’t access our addresses which were saved in Zoie’s portal. Which is frustrating when she never mentioned to us that we were going to be deleted from the portal the day after the wedding.
-Table flowers still had wrapping on the roses and Zoie never took them off the flowers. This made our tables look very unfinished and unprofessional.
-The wedding day-of timeline was never sent to the bartender.
-No plates or forks for cake cutting. While cutting the cake I had to ask for a fork and I had to tell Zoie to put out the plates and forks for the guests so they could enjoy the cake, but my mom ended up doing it because Zoie didn’t even when I asked her to.
-One of our fire pits was not lit, and this fire pit served as a crucial point for lighting and to keep the mosquitoes away. This was also one of Zoie's responsibilities.
-My one request from Zoie during our initial consultation was for our parents to not have to worry about anything on our wedding day. She promised us they would not have to worry about anything. But with all of the mismanaged aspects of the wedding, our parents were indeed stressed and worried on the wedding day.
-After our wedding we wanted to talk to Zoie about our concerns. When we texted her, she used very unprofessional and rude language and accused us of trying to “scam her”. It doesn’t even make sense for her to accuse us of this since we paid her in full.
-When we requested a copy of our contract after the wedding, she refused to provide one to us.
All in all, I simply cannot recommend her. These details above are facts that happened, and doesn’t even account for the extra added stress that we all had to put up with on our wedding day due to Zoie’s mistakes.
We booked Memories For You for our wedding in December and there were many details that were overlooked, both big and small. All of the planning was supposed to be taken over the m...
onth before the wedding but a vacation abroad with little access to email really only gave her two weeks of planning.
I will just list some of the issues we experienced from our perspective:
The foam wrapping on our center pieces for guest tables was never removed and the bride/groom table piece was placed backwards which was corrected by the bride’s mother.
We discussed placing a recycling bin behind the bar for our bartenders. This was not done so the best man had to do so.
No plates were put out for cake so the bride’s mother had to take care of it.
The hair and makeup professional expressed to us on the day of the wedding she was confused on some details and never received a phone call to discuss anything.
The bartender was not included on the vendor email and never received a wedding timeline or any kind of correspondence.
We were told our wedding required two additional staff due to its complexity but last minute only received one.
We planned to have the band setup on the grass behind the dance floor but there was no communication with the band as to what kind of surface they needed to play on which resulted in half our dance floor being taken up by the band. If we knew the band had to play on a hard surface, we would have arranged for proper accommodations.
Upon trying to access our contract and address list it turns out it was deleted the day after the wedding. Afterwards we were informed that information was posted in the “notes” section of the portal but we were never directly relayed the message that we would no longer have access. We have a record of all vendor contracts to keep on file (all of which were emailed to us from every other vendor with no issue) from the wedding and after trying to obtain a copy of a contract she accused us of trying to SCAM her which was extraordinarily rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for. This was an awful and offensive way to be treated as a customer.
We feel that if you are booking a wedding at an established venue that has its own coordination involved, Memories For You might be an okay pick as a vendor. However, if your wedding has a lot of from scratch planning, is in multiple locations, or has lots of moving parts, we feel we cannot recommend Memories For You.
Book her and book her early if you are getting married! She has relationships with other vendors and can significantly lessen the time it'll take for you to plan your big day! Zoie...
is so organized and professional and has this down to a science. She is a great listener and does not try to influence you at all, her goal is to make your wedding exactly what you and your significant other have dreamed of. She is so sweet, but extremely assertive with other vendors when needed. I could go on and on all day. She's just magic. Book her, you won't regret it.
I met Zoie from Memories for You in June of this year. She came highly recommended by our wedding venue. From our first conversation I knew that I wanted Zoie to be our wedding pla...
nner. Zoie is professional, creative, and truly cared about making our wedding day special. The attention that she provided made us feel like we were her only clients. Having a new baby and very little free time to plan it was really important to have a planner that was very organized and detailed. In preparation for our wedding Zoie created a timeline for our vendors and bridal party. It provided everyone with details for the day of and where they needed to be. I’d never seen anything so extremely detailed. On the day of our wedding I was completely at ease. Zoie handled any issue that came up and it made our day stress free and flawless. Our wedding was magical and it was everything that we imagined. Zoie was a huge part of making this day special. Thank you again! Jenn & Dan

ery step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable, very professional & her attention to detail is excellent. She exceeded our expectations in so many ways.
As the mother of the bride, people would frequently ask if I was feeling “stressed out” & I could honestly say “no” because I had complete trust in Zoie. Our daughter got the wedding she had dreamed of & everything ran smoothly & was beautiful, thanks to Zoie.
I would hire Zoie again in a heartbeat & would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Zoie for everything.

pported and understood. We had spoken with a few wedding planners before contracting with Memories for You, and many of the others made us feel like our ideas were invalid or impossible. Zoie came to the conversation with incredible expertise and a compassionate desire to help us make our wedding the best day of our lives. Zoie is a phenomenal listener, a terrific resource for vendors, she talks through ideas and concepts quite thoroughly, and steers the way to keep couples on track (and we often needed that!). We had a destination wedding and didn’t even meet Zoie until our rehearsal, but it felt like we had known her for years, particularly because of how readily available she made herself throughout our planning process. If there were any problems or issues on the day of the wedding, I don’t know about them - Zoie and her team took care of everything and somehow managed to stay invisible throughout the evening. Working with Zoie and Memories for You was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Thank you, Zoie, for an absolutely wonderful experience!

as pretty much me just in a different body. Zoie is a great planner and day of coordinator and I would recommend her to any bride or person having/planning an event. She is extremely detailed, fun to chat with and understood my vision to the "TTTTTT". She answered every phone call and if she wasn't available to talk via phone she sent a text message almost immediately. Since I have type "A personality", I really liked the fact that she created a timeline for the day of the wedding. This helped minimize my levels of anxiety, kept me in the loop and a great way to keep all of the vendors in the loop as well. Everyone remained on the same page for the entire day (absolutely no chaos) . I am very pleased with the service I received and I 100 percent recommend "Memories for You"! Zoie, Thank you
Memories for You was an absolute God send. I could not have asked for a better person to help with my special day. I absolutely NEEDED Zoie since I had to become less involved with...
my wedding planning after being accepted into graduate school. My wedding was destination, but it sure didn't feel like Zoie was that far away. She came to the rescue, and did more than I ever imagine a day of coordinator would do. My entire family absolutely adored her for being so personable yet professional at the same time. She was very supportive of my ideas for my wedding, and was very accommodating with any alterations or changes needed. She also handled all of the personalities that came with our wedding guest, which was amazing to watch. She was truly on our side. We had a venue coordinator as well, but Zoie truly worked for us! She was efficient and very well prepared for any and everything. Danielle was a rockstar by her side as well. I truly don't think my wedding would have been any better and Memories for You had a large part in the flawless event we hosted. If Zoie could coordinate my life, I'd hire her for that too! Thank you all sooo much, I have no more words that could explain how grateful we are for Memories for You! Don't hesitate with hiring Memories for You for anything that has to do with your special day. You will not be disappointed.
I hired Zoie because she was so friendly and accommodating when we spoke on the phone about what I was looking for in a wedding planner. I wanted someone for month-of-day-of coordi...
nation and she spoke about going above and beyond to help even before the time-frame we were paying her for came around. My first red flag was that whenever I took her up on this--sending over vendor contracts for her to look at, asking for vendor recommendations, etc--she either took so long to get back to me that I went ahead and got help elsewhere or she told me that my question wasn't in her area of expertise. I brushed this all off because we weren't paying her for this early help anyways.
By the time the month of our wedding came around I was concerned at my lack of contact with Zoie and went ahead and did some things on my own (detailed timeline, etc) I then had a conversation with her about tasks I hoped she and her assistant would be taking care of day-of, to which I felt like everything I needed, she had a reason why she couldn't do it.
Fast forward to week of our wedding. She quit.
I will say that legally, I am to blame. At some point early in our discussions, Zoie got the date of our wedding wrong and wrote the wrong date on the contract. I then, not noticing the error, signed the contract.
Week of our wedding Zoie discovered the error and because she had not blocked off two days to work on our wedding (she said she scheduled another event for friday) she informed us that she would not be at our ceremony but would try and make the rehearsal and reception.
The next day she cancelled all together citing stress. To make matters worse, I had previously asked her to get day-of contact info from vendors and when they would be arriving--after she quit we asked for that information--she hadn't gotten anything.
I'm still trying to figure out what we paid her for...as we only got a 50% refund. I get legally I'm to blame..but I can't come up with one thing she helped with...
Zoie had me at "hello". From our first conversation, she gave me a sense of ease - a feeling that everything was going to be okay. I am very happy to say - she more than delivered!...
My husband, myself and our entire wedding party were all able to enjoy ourselves. There was no pressure of trying to be in two places at once. I'm also proud to say that the most frequent compliment we received from our guests was on how "peaceful" and "fun" our wedding was. I owe that to Zoie. She was always by my side - even when I didn't see her.
Zoie, thank you for coordinating our wedding so that we could be fully present in one of the most highly underrated, caotic, and beautiful moments of our lives.

ly a challenge and one that should not be taken upon Yourself alone. Not if You want to relax and enjoy the most important day of Your life. The recent wedding RIMAS FILMS has filmed was coordinated by an amazing wedding planner Zoie Burgess, Memories for You Weddings & Events. And yes, I am calling Zoie amazing, because I have absolutely no complaints, but only kind words and praises for her hard work. Zoie was very responsive and always reachable if needed, from the very beginning. She helped to sail the wedding smoothly through a windy day. And made sure everyone enjoyed the reception part too! Zoie was a pleasure to work with and I sincerely hope we will get to work again soon!

all all the way through the reception, she offered amazing advice and was such a calming presence throughout the whole planning process; she was on top of all of our other wedding vendors and helped the day go by smoothly. Our wedding day was absolutely flawless thanks to all of her hard work.

vision as an extension of me on the actual day, and I knew that I did not want a family member to be burdened with the responsibility.
Zoie to the rescue! Zoie offers multiple levels of planning assistance, and she worked with me on Day-of Coordination, and I am so happy with the results. From our first conversation, I knew that Zoie understood my personality and what I was looking for for my perfect day. I never had to worry about things been done the right way, the first time. She was professional, courteous, and willing to answer my questions whenever I had them. Most importantly, I was kept oblivious to stress throughout. :)
Having a day-of coordinator was the literally the best decision I made, and I thank Zoie for helping Ryan and I to have a beautiful wedding day!!
Zoie and her team were absolutely amazing!! I used her for my day of coordination and I don't know what I would have done without her. The weather was 50/50 on my wedding day and I...
had to make the decision to keep my events outside or move them indoors. The venues staff pushed me to move it indoors and made me second guess my decision so many times. Zoie was the calm, voice of reason I needed to hear and suggested that I keep it outside (it looked like we would miss the rain.) I'm happy she was there for me and on myside. Turns out, it didn't rain. She was just so professional, friendly and did more for me than I ever imagined. I would recommend her to anyone getting married in South Florida. (Also, it's probably worth the splurge to have her coordinate your entire event. She's such a pro and it's alot of stress off your plate!)

the big day. I gave her a vision and she made it happen. I only hired her as "Day Of" coordinator but I wish I would have had her plan the entire thing! It would have saved me so much time and headaches. She provided wonderful contacts for vendors I ultimately chose. Zoie and her assistant both were extremely professional and just took care of every detail, even things I didn't ask for. Her communication with all the vendors was great to keep everyone on the same page and well informed of all the wedding day details. She is well respected by her peers.
....every vendor she recommended praised her when I mentioned who I got their contact from. I really can't recommend her enough. I don't really remember how I stumbled upon her name, but I'm glad I did!

stics on our special day. Zoie was prompt, attentive, resourceful, and resilient. Her ability to truly look after our needs on such a momentous occasion were readily evident through her attention to detail. We had a traditional Indian wedding, and given all the intricate customs and traditions of our culture, we would have never known that Zoie herself was not an experienced Indian wedding planner. We give Zoie our highest endorsement and recommendation. Having Zoie as our day-of planner was, in all estimates, the best wedding decision we made. Quick, hire her, before someone else does!
